I worked with the PCA group over the course of 2 years while working at a logistics company. In 2018, our human services agency was facing a crisis with our IT systems and a lack of response from our then provider. We learned of PCA from another partner in Cattaraugus County, and went to meet PCA representatives at their offices. Impressed with their focus on both customers and employees, we invited them to respond to an RFP. Fast forward over two years, and we are in a much better and more secure place. The issues that created multiple help desk tickets a week with our old provider are gone. Servers and secure and monitored. Staff are educated about IT and cybersecurity. Strong policies are in place. Tickets are at an all-time low. But most importantly, the communication between our agency and PCA is stellar - open and supportive. I would never hesitate to recommend PCA and I think they saved our IT lives!
