Driver was great. Arrived however later than scheduled.

Says I was at Kenmore Cab...but only because its now KAB Transportation and belongs to me! 😉 So I was probably in my office doinh paperwork as usual!

I am using this service very frequently, and I must say that it is the best from all Of Buffalo!The drivers pick u up on time and take you home very fast and safely!Never had any complication or bad experience. I would definately recommend this service to anyone who needs fast and safe rides to or from any place in the area for a reasonable price.

The “Manage” got horrible customer service and she is rude doesn’t need to be opened if they don’t know how to talk to the consumer. Will never call this service again and will let my friends know and if it haves a different name they should fix the website.

It appears car number 52 likes running red lights & driving erratic. Im not sure if he was intoxicated, he was making grunting noises

Normally, Kenmore cab is a go to as they are quick and easy to get a hold of when bar hopping between hertel and back home to Kenmore...until this weekend that it! The dispatcher was not only rude, but offensive and derogatory towards me. Not only was a specific pick up location given (I was literally on the corner of hertel and sterling) but when that wasnt good enough I was told to answer the f-in question and to call back when I smart enough to. Im sure more words about me were said, I was just to applaud to hear them, but certainly heard the phone hang up. NEVER again will Kenmore cab be called, and to the dispatcher....find a career that makes you happy, cause clearly customer service is not your forte.

Rude. Trying to give them a chance so Uber wont take over. Ugh. Goodbye cabs.

I had a driver attempt to cut me off 3 times, 2 of them in turning lanes almost hitting me, for no reason. Then drove in the lane of OPPOSING traffic to get around me, followed me to my house and told me to go back to where I come from! I am a Buffalo native! I served in the military for 8 years which is why I have out of state plates. This driver was a danger to those on the road as well as possible customers and he should be fired! I called the company to file a complaint and will be following up tomorrow to see what will been done to prevent other drivers from driving so reckless. I will file a lawsuit if they do nothing about it.

I asked to be picked up at Hydraulic Hearth. The dispatch told me that will be 4 hours because you told me two words you mother fu#%er. DO NOT CALL THEM!

Call dispatcher very rude and lack professionalism. And this attitude was unprovoked.

30 minute wait. Bad service. Driver had to call for a credit card authorization which took at least 6 minutes.Get with the times. This city NEEDS Uber.
