We rented a 16 passenger limo bus for a holiday wine tour. Melanie was great helping us when we had to change our itinerary last minute. I booked my appointment over a week in advance to find out on the date of my best friends wedding that the date was scheduled wrong by the woman after I specified the date and times over 5 times as we has discussed a cash price since it was such a short time frame needed. After contacting them they were able to pick up only the bride and charges me 125 for a 9min trip. After the driver had left the drop off point I was told he was speeding, cutting off other drivers, and just driving in an unsafe manner when he knew there was a 3 yr old on board the vehicle. This is by far the worst company Ive dealt with and I will never be able to trust them with an event again

We also used a shuttle provided by the hotel; we had a much better experience w/ Buffalo Limousine. For the cost, I would highly recommend that kind of shuttle situation for a wedding w/ multiple locations. I am also in NYC, so they were very easy to work w/ from a distance and very willing to talk out multiple options.

My crew and I are from out of town, it made more sense for us to have a chauffeured SUV so we did not have to waste time finding our way around the area while we conducted our site visits. We had an excellent experience with this company on Saturday evening. We used their largest limo bus which held 28 people. The interior was clean, nice, and stocked w/ water, chips, cups, and ice with adequate cooler space.The driver was professional and arrived 15 minutes early. He (somehow) put up with the 28 of us, knew his way around the city and was always ready to leave when we were (our trip had multiple stops).I highly recommend this company and will certainly use for my future needs.

My family and I had a GREAT experience during our recent birthday celebrations using Buffalo Limousine! Our driver - Jorge T. - was timely, efficient, a safe driver, proactive, chivalrous, funny....the list goes on and on! 😁 I would DEFINITELY recommend this company - especially if you have the honor of having Jorge as your driver. 😃 I only wish it werent 90° outside during the first 2/3rds of our excursion because the A/C was NOT able to cool us down until the temperature outside was much lower. Also, we were supposed to have ice upon his arrival and it wasnt there but Jorge quickly picked up more than enough ice for us so it didnt delay us.

The worst company Ive ever been to in my life, theres a dog in the back that bit my leg the second I walked in and than the guy in charge is a really racist man ! rip people off always in a bad mood for no reason. worst worst service ever ! why spent your hard earned money with someone that doesnt appreciate it and give you the worst attitude like you owe him your life. Collette Vacations offers a sedan service to connect to airports within 50 miles. Buffalo Limousine is their preferred provider. The pickup was scheduled for 3:30am for a 42 mile trip to Buffalo Airport for a 6:00am flight. At 3:45am we called wondering where the car was. The driver had apparently overslept and there was no way to rectify this other than to drive ourselves to the airport, pay for a week of parking, and drive home when returning from our trip. If you ever choose Buffalo Limousine for an early morning pickup, insist that the driver calls you when the car leaves the garage.
