The drivers are excellent. However I got a very rude guy when I called today to tell him that I wanted to be picked up 15 minutes early for my appointment on Monday. I asked for a supervisor he said that he was and hung up on me.

Very nice driver called me and let me know when he was about 3 mins away made small talk with me while driving offered me a 🍩 when he picked me up. Gave me a card when dropped off so I could call for a ride to my next appointment. Fast even with traffic in the morning on the I 90 east at 7:40 AM got me to my appointment at 8:00 scheduled for 8:30AM. Fast and courteous
