Ordered a “brand new” bounce house that arrived with a hole in it. I wanted to exchange it for a new one without a hole in it. I got a $200 discount and a repair kit instead.Then the plug for the blower burnt out after a handful of uses. They make you jump through hoops to resolve issues. I never write bad reviews Bc I’m a business owner myself and understand how hard it is. But this poor customer service is too much. If something is defective exchange it or replace it. Make it right with your customer. Then fix the problem with your supplier. Don’t make your customers give you interviews, talk to multiple people in your company, and then want them to mail back a small $200 part of your $3,500 order BEFORE you will replace it. Amazon, walmart, Zappos, just about any company out there will ship a replacement and then only charge you if you don’t ship it back if asked to do so. Just ridiculous.
We ordered a commercial inflatable water slide. The slide has been incredible! My kids are loving it! The quality of the slide is fantastic!! If you are looking to purchase an inflatable, this is the company for you! Oh ya.... I worked with Lora during the sale process. She was amazing!
Buyer beware! HORRIBLE.Tent and table along with pogo bounce are together they have horrible customer service false advertising make sure you read the fine print they do not honor things that they have advertised & send u written quotes which they dont honor when u go to purchase!They send u quote then take it away from you because of a listing error or some other BS. Customers shouldnt get screwed because of companies mistakes.Please think twice about doing business with Pogo bounce or tent and table youll regret it
Not impressed at all. Ordered 5x inflatables in February, 2021. By the end of March (3-4 rentals) 3 out of the 5 units were having issues. Build quality is terrible. Customer service doesn’t want to help. Got offered $100 store credit after spending 10k. Look elsewhere. These will not hold hold long term!
They are completely rude and do not offer any refunds or returns without paying for shipping or restocking fee. The item we purchased cannot even be used on our rental. Do not shop here if youre a small business. They could care less about their customers. Terrible service!!
Order some tent stakes at 9am and they were on the way by 3pm the same day. Excellent service. I will be ordering from them again. Thank you
It is so funny and sad how the only people who leave reviews are generally the haters. Frankly Mark and crew have been amazing with service and accommodations. Their product is priced very fair and the quality is very good. Highly recommend these people. And I am a competitor.
Please save yourself a major headache and look elsewhere... I have had so many issue with this company I don’t even know where to start this.I placed my first order a couple years back for some 20x20 high peak tents and when they came the center mast pins were missing so they told me to go to the hardware store and find a pipe that fits the sleeve.I know we are all human and can make mistakes so I let this 1 go. Fast forward to now.. I placed another order for a 20x30 frame tent top only and I ordered a 10x20.When they sent me my shipping confirmation I noticed the address was wrong so I emailed them to update my info and provided them with the correct address.I then get an email from Noel asking me for my new address which I already provided via email but I sent it again anyway. When I received my updated shipping confirmation the address was still wrong..: so I had to call again. This literally went on like 5 times!I explained that I needed my 10x20 ASAP and they charged my card in full and I was expected to get my tent in about 2 days. Well 2 days later nothing came and I called them and was told they never shipped it.. WHAT???? You took my money but didn’t ship my order!! I ended up canceling the order because I needed the tent that weekend so I had no choice but to rent it from a local competitor. I then get a call from Mark Slater who I assume is the owner or part owner and he tells me how this has never happened before and that he will personally make sure this gets fixed the next time I order and just how great their service really is etc etc... so about another week later I was in need again for a 10x20 or some 10x10’s. I called for Mark but was told he isn’t there so I had no choice but to order with someone else. I asked them to verify with the shipping dept if they had the stock and when it would go out. I was supposed to get a call back and that never happened. So I called again to find out what the hold up was and again was told they are looking into it and would call me back either way so that I knew what I had to do. Again no call back again. When I called back this time I was very angry at the lack of service I was getting and I was told AGAIN I would get a call back. I told them not to bother and I placed my order somewhere else. As all of this was going on my 20x30 tent top was delivered and when I opened it to inspect it I was absolutely stunned to find not only was it not a frame top it wasn’t even the correct size!They sent me a 20x40 pole tent..... I then called again to speak with Mark and again he wasn’t available so I also emailed him and made it very clear I wanted a return call or email so that we can discuss all of these issues but I still have not hear back from him at all!!!I have never dealt with a company that was this incompetent ever!!! You are better off to contact Celina... not only are most of the prices better the customer service is outstanding!!!

Build quality is not great, do not expect these products to last very long. Maybe just long enough to surpass the 1 year warranty, then you are on your own because they will not stand behind their products.
We have used for of their bounce houses 5 days a week for seven years. We are now replacing one of seven blowers purchased seven years ship ago. I would say that is pretty good equipment.
Better party supplies. Buy or rent. Inflatables, all kind of tents, banquet furniture, patio furniture, lawn care, office supplies, tent and inflatable accessories and repair kits and more.

Bought a hand full of inflatables from tent and table and dealt with a Christine.1 of my obsticals the seams came loose AFTER ONLY 3 MONTHS and they would not take care of it.Ive tryed to get it resolved with them and NOTHING.BEWARE THEY DONT STAND BEHIND THERE INFLATABLES.Sad way to run a business.
Ten years ago...I bought 11 bounce houses. I still rent them out. Ive made my investment 100 times over.
They never send the correct products, I asked for a glue and it arrived dry, it did not help you, but the truth is not about waiting up to 4 weeks for your things, this company is not what it was before, they change their quality every time if I could give it 0 stars. aria
