Amazing service. Friendly from the start. Called for a last minute surprise for an extended family birthday picnic. I had a couple options to choose from in my price range. Crew arrived prior to the party & quickly had the house ready to go. Kids were so excited. The crew that came later that night were just as efficient and friendly and took very little time to deflate the house and pack everything up. Highly recommend!

Had a fun time but we were told we could keep everything until the morning so we gave the guys some extra money for letting us do that but at 10 at night a guy shows up ringing our door bell while my kids are both sleeping to pick up just the bounce house not the tables and chairs which was pointless. *everything has been resolved and the guys were super helpful today. We were given a recommendation from a friend. So we rented a waterslide for a birthday party. The kids were in it for practically 8 hours. Set up and take down was down fairly quickly and both sets of employees were wonderful and friendly. We will be using them every year for the birthday party from here on out!!!!

The service was excellent! Friendly staff. The website is user-friendly too. They err on the side of having the bouncy house way early than the requested time, which was great as I could check off one of the many items on my to-do list for a birthday party. They have a great selection of bouncy houses to choose from. The bouncy house was in perfect condition and clean. I would definitely recommend the service. You wont be disappointed.

I cant say enough great things about this company. We rented the 22 foot wave runner. The set up was quick and every employee was very friendly. Unfortunately the day of our party was non stop rain. I just needed to leave a quick review of my experience so far with this company. We were trying to find an inflatable water slide for a party next month and I was having a heck of a time finding a place to Deliver to Catt County. The websites were giving me issues and my stress level was insanely high at this point! So I emailed the company and a staff member, Brittany, pretty much saved my sanity. I kid you not lol. Not only did she answer all my ridiculous questions, but also set up my reservation for me via email to make it much more simple for me. We are super excited for the party and hope the rest goes just as smoothly!

The crew was quick, efficient and timely for both drop off and pick up. They dropped off early to give plenty of time to be ready for our party and due to the weather gave additional time for everything to dry out. The unit was in great shape and everyone had a blast! I was so impressed with Buffalo. I am from the Bay Area and we did a big party in buffalo and brought in a company that I got a recommendation from a friend. They were awesome. Clean and sanitized units with a friendly staff wearing masks. I was super happy that they were able to accommodate us on a short notice.

I wasnt going to leave a review however i happened to see a response to a review stating they couldnt find the persons info. When you respond back to people they can then remove your original post FYI. My experience was one i have emails to prove!! I was told times on the contract where just a formality and the times we agreed on would not be an issue since my event was at 4 leaving 2hrs. Of actual use also paid extra delivery fees because of my location. Needless to say they did come to pick up in the middle of party i understand that even but the guy who picked up was so mean and unprofessional when i asked to please just let me show you info. About time he just said he didnt care and infront of my guests said what i paid, he was so bad his partner came up apologizing and helped me by giving me a number to call and b4 i could get through he called the cops unbelievable after all that the cop did a great job at seeing who was at wrong and all ended well but point is they also said it was inconvenient to come back in the morning and it was my understanding thats what the extra delivery fees where for. we also got open syrups for snow cone that where taken back i hope they do fix that on all kids behalfs. please make sure for your event and all kids safety. Thank you for you time and i hope this only helps this company see some of there wrongs and make them right. I do wish them the best, to forgive takes more strength then to hold a grudge.

Going through this company for an important event was a huge mistake.. sticking to just the facts, they have no communication skills many inquiries left unanswered b4 party, they arrived a day early for us to tend to then pulled up in middle of party to take down(inquiries for this not to be an issue where made) employees where absolutely rude did not try finding someone to direct them as it was well after dark. Worse they brought open syrup for snow cone machine and took it with them I can only assume for your next party.. COVID 101 needless to say the machine did not get used due to that. They advertised a discount for ordering 2 and none where applied because they have lost business to COVID like we all havent Ive been renting these items for over 17yrs. And never experienced such ignorance as what this company has shown.. my location was an inconvenience for them was there reasoning even with my extra outrageous delivery fees!!

The purchase was started online and then talked with the friendly staff. The set up crew took the time to make sure everything was set before they left. We enjoyed the rental. We will be back again.

I just wanted to say I was very happy with my rental from Bouncing On Air LLC. We had a party for my two sons and rented a cotton candy machine as well as a popcorn machine. Both machines were very clean when we pick them up and the gentleman I picked them up from (Dave) seem to be genuinely nice and its refreshing to see somebody who doesnt hate their job. Both machines function properly and we were given all supplies that we needed to make our party just that much better. We would definitely rent from Bouncing On Air LLC again. Thank you 😁

These guys are the best we just rented the Baja Giant blue water slide from them and the kids absolutely loved it. With everything that’s going on with the epidemic they went out thier way to sanitize the whole slide in front of us and took thier time as well and did not rush delivery and pick up was easy as 123I wish I could give more then 5 stars. We will definitely be renting from them again

Tent was nice but extremely dirty on the inside. My guest couldn’t believe it was delivered like that. The outside of the tent was way cleaner than inside which is what everyone sees. Definitely needs to be cleaned after a couple uses rather than rolled up and re-rented. The table and chairs were good and delivery, setup and takedown went very well.

I rented the Jousting arena, it was a quick set up and take down. Dave was great and explained everything to us. He even came back to help us get water off of the inflatable (of course it rained that day). Overall great service and will definitely be using again!

Our Photo Booth experience at the wedding was great all the guests enjoyed it and loved the quality of the pictures. the staff did a wonderful job accommodating to all guests. The staff even ended up staying a little bit later which was awesome to get extra pictures. and even forgot my photo booth album and David drove it out to me which I was really appreciative of highly recommended and a great price for budgeting brides!!

We rented the sumo suits for our party. They delivered on time, picked up on time. However the suits were VERY stinky! People were hesitant to use them because they didn’t want to smell like the suits. So I feel that I almost didn’t get my money’s worth ($230). When they came to pick up we told them how smelly the suits were and they said they needed to be cleaned. Would’ve been nice to have them cleaned before I received them!Update: Today, after my review I was contacted by the owner who made things right.

Their biggest slide is the bomb! Bigger and better and high and faster than any other! 28x85 feet of insanity!!! Its steep, its fast, its big air big time! At our party ages 5 - 55 flew down that thing, hugely FUN!
