Paul from 716 Party Rental is phenomenal, I had him bring in the Photo booth for my wedding on 09/12/15, Everyone had a blast he brought props, he manned the booth in case of any issues, the photo booth was easy to use, and the printing of the pictures were great quality and had super-fast printing. I would definitely recommend 716 Party Rental to anyone looking for a photo booth for any occasion. Paul is very professional and the cost was very reasonable!!!! 10 out 10 for sure!!!!

716 Party Rental brought a photo booth to my outdoor party and stole the show. Marcus the photographer was awesome. He was extremely personable, patient and braved a windy day to set up the booth! He and 716 Party Rental made the party very special. I recomend them for any large event and will definitely choose them for my next big event!!! Thanks

Finally set up 30 minutes before the party. Caterers, cake and food arrived before needed tent and tables, guests had also started to arrive. Guests noted that the chairs had arrived and were muddy. Disappointed again by a rental company.

0 StarsNever showed up! Never contacted even though they claim they sent me an e-mail a couple days before. I went through every single e-mail and no I did not get one! You would think that if they sent 1 e-mail to confirm things and no response, especially when paid in full they would make a second attempt. Was told they didnt have to make a second attempt. Also could have called like they said they would but did not, or sent me a notification through messenger which is how we initially contacted. The Lady told me she contacted her Lawyer and because I did not respond to an e-mail, (that was never sent) technically she didnt have to refund my money. Thankfully my Son still enjoyed his Wedding, (we paid the DJ another 200$ to stay longer he was awesome btw, DeeJay the DJ) but as a Mom and the person who organized the Wedding for Him and his new Wife I feel awful like I let them down. Such a disappointment! I just assumed they would show up, my fault I guess (shouldnt assume things)? You live and you learn ☹️☹️.Update: Thank Goodness for PayPal! This lady refused to refund me and I had to go through PayPal for it. PayPal gave them 10 days to respond to my claim but they did not respond at all. Therefore the case was found in my favor and we got our money back!
