The girl who took care of me was on her phone the whole time. She left gel on my nails and polished over it. Very disappointed for 80.00. Won’t be going back there

I arrived around 5:00 to get my eyebrows done. I haven’t been here since Covid started and they usually do such a great job, so I decided to come back to get them done again. It’s now 6:30 and no one has came up to me or has taken me back at all to do my eyebrows. Mind you, there were 2 other people waiting beside me to get their nails done. There were two employees just walking around doing nothing. It’s like they don’t want the money. I overheard the one worker on the phone annoyed with a customer because they were closing in 30 minutes. She just kept stating that they were closing in 30 minutes and that they weren’t taking any more customers, then hung up. So you’re not taking any more people, or just not letting anyone else into your store? Technically you are open until 7 pm and should be taking in customers. If you didn’t want to take in any more customers don’t be open until 7. I got up and crossed my name off and no one said anything. Please go somewhere else if you can! Something that would’ve taken me (and the workers) 5 minutes to complete should not of taken me an hour and a half to wait for. 100% a waste of time. I will not be coming back whatsoever.

I go here every 2 weeks. I absolutely love the services. They can sometimes be very busy. I recommend calling and making an appointment. I recommend Kenny, Lily, Linh, Judy, or Michelle. They are all very talented and precise. Others may be good as well but these are the best I know.

Always happy with service. was able to walk in and get them done half hour before they closed. He didnt rush, took his time. ended up leaving close to 45 minutes after they officially closed. Service was great and prices were the same. surprisingly since we are currently in a pandemic.

This place has gotten worse. Sat and waited a whole hour to TRY and get my eyebrows waxed. They dont greet you or anything just have you sit and wait until whenever theyre done.

I went here for the first time on New Years Day and got dip powder on my naturals nails. A few of my nails had tips on them from breaking and the nail artist was too lazy to soak those nails off and add new tips so she filed them down and put dip over my already 3 week old dip. Needless to say all of my nails did not last a week. I figured I’d give them another shot so I went again and got dip. Again, a different lady this time, was too lazy to soak off my nails with the tip so did the same thing as last time. These lasted one week. Dip usually lasts me about 2 1/2- 3 weeks. Now all of my natural nails are ruined. I will never return.

First time getting a manicure and pedicure as a construction worker I must say this aint that bad..

Started coming here because I heard good things through a family friend and recently moved from the north towns to the south towns and have yet to be disappointed always walk out with what I want, nice atmosphere and very clean! Would highly recommend Nailtique and their services to anyone!

I really wanted to give them more stars but my nails fell off.I told them I didnt want my nails so long and they kept.them super long. They are pros, I trusted them.I guess in new york is not the same type of manicure Im used to (cuticle treatment) I was visiting from out of state so I had to pay to get them fixedOver all dissatisfied spent 115$ this dayI heard lots of really happy customers though and I also heard a nail tech arguing with some KAREN as well.Im not sure, I liked my tech and let him take the reigns and trusted him, but atmospheric+experience+longevity = 2/5*I posted as 3 stars because maybe was a bad day

My friend and I recently came here after she had a good experience. We both walked out extremely unsatisfied. The people were rude and unprofessional. Instead of my nails being drilled my skin was drilled, and I have not only cuts all over and worn out cuticles, but I literally have tiny chunks of skin missing on the lower ends of my nails. I’ve had bad experiences, but this is by far the worst yet. My fingers are in horrible pain and I cannot even put an ounce of pressure on them without horrible pain. I feel like my nails are going to fall out. Please do not come here if you value quality, comfort, or your skin. Cannot believe I paid for this.

I have never had a pedicure before, but when your daughter says she wants to spend her daddy daughter date getting your nails done, you do it. I dont have any basis to compare it to, but they were nice, patient, and my feet were super soft at the end of it.

I’ve had 2 dip manis in the last month one lasted about a week and the other 1 day. I contacted the tech and she was kind but the salon doesn’t allow for refunds. I will not go back - my old salon had better product, theirs appears to be thin and cheap.

Got a full set my nails were chunky, thick, lob sided, crooked and were uneven in length. hate them. design was cute and he stayed late to do them. but absolutely will never go back horrible. he also left a huge space between the stair of my nail and where he put the acrylic. they looked horrible and i’ve been trying to rip them off.

They are always very busy. I only go 2-3x a yr. You get rushed through, its expensive and I got stuck in a chair that didnt work next 2 someone who was a very heavy smoker. Not fun with asthma!

I wouldnt go anywhere else for my manicures, pedicures, waxes, and lashes in Hamburg NY! They are the best! The price is right and their expertise is spot on! Summer and Judy ROCK! Dont pass this place up!

Completely disappointed! I do not usually come to this nail salon but I was in the area. My nails were filed entirely to thin and they NOTICEABLY crooked! They look absolutely horrible!

Went here to get a full set and the nail tech cut all of my cuticles down so bad that they are red, raw, and so sore I can barely put pressure on my fingers... this is NOT my first time coming here & I have had positive experiences in the past but this bad one has ruined any chances of coming back.

Loved the guy who did my nails, will go back for fills, etc. But his coworkers need to learn some professionalism. The last time I saw that much goofing around it was I high school. He gets a 5+, they get a -1.

Horrible staff. I think that theyre under the impression that business will walk their way simply because they are in the Mall. They have no regard for customer service and are lazy and rude. Convenience MUST be the only reason people go to this salon. The work they did was overpriced for work that shouldve been half the cost. Do not recommend.

Absolutely amazing and fast love it

I was EXTREMELY DISAPPOINTED how my nails turned out. I got my fill done and the mood color polish on my nails and the colors dont change first of all and second the polish chipped the first week and Im very upset about that. Makes me not want to go back at all.

First time getting my nails done here and I am very pleased my technician was awesome. LIN or however you spell his name did a super job on my nails. He shaped them properly and the fill and paint job is great.. I am happy I tried out this place. I will be back!!!

I go to Michelle and she’s amazing! I drive out of my way just to come to this nail salon to see her because she does the best job and takes her time to do quality work instead of rushing through a fill like many other salons I’ve been to in the past! Also, before I started coming here I was trying to get a baby pink nail color for MONTHS and every salon would always be out of that color because it was so popular. This salon makes sure they’re stocked up on all their colors!

I LOVE LOVE LOVE this place!!! I usually get my nails done in Dunkirk and paid just as much, with Rhinestones. My nails have never looked better, it was quick and done perfectly!! I will definitely be coming here again!!

Ive been here in the past and never really had complaints but this time it was an absolutely horrible experience. I asked a couple ladies who were drying with me and they said that only 2 of the girls are good and they always request them but will not see anyone else because of terrible experiences.The gentleman was maybe the worst nail tech Ive ever had. For my pedicure, I told him not to cut down the sides on my nails at all and he completely ignored me and did it anyway. When I asked of he had heard me, he said yes, but he only cut them a little bit. Then when he was doing my manicure, I asked that he not buff the tops of my nails as they are very brittle and yet he again completely ignored me and did it anyway. When I asked him about that, he said he needed to take the shine off my nails. The worst part about that was that my nail polish didnt even last the whole day. Just hours later it was already chipped and ruined. In addition, he put the polish on way too thick, he kept going over and over and over it with the color polish and then put top coat on before it even had a chance to dry so the polish on my nails ended up pushed around and uneven looking. On top of that, every coat he did he didnt end/line up with the previous coat so it again looked uneven, unprofessional, and chipped very quickly. He didnt shape my nails either. Just quickly ran a file over them and I asked him to shorten one of my nails a little more and he took it down to the skin.When I talked to the woman I was told was in charge, she just flat out didnt care. I will never go back to Nailtique and I want to make sure others dont waste their money either. I could have saved myself $50 and done a better job own my own.

I went in to get a fill on a full set. The lady rushed me because they were closing in an hour and a half. Anyone who gets a fill knows it doesn’t take longer than 15-20 minutes. She kept pushing the Gel nail polish on me because she didn’t want to stay later. (that’s my opinion) I declined because I really didn’t want to pay the extra $12 for gel polish that works just as good as regular O.P.I polish. I’ve been getting that for years and have had no issues with chipping. After I said this, she continued with the idea of me getting gel nail polish. I could see she was getting visibly annoyed that I was not giving into her suggestions. Then came time for the actual fill. I asked her to keep them thin like my previous set I had on because I wear contacts and I find thin nails easier. She made my nails thicker than I would have wished. They looked like bubble nails to me. They are so thick that I had customers at work asking me where I got them done and people have referred me to other places because they felt bad. I got them done 3 days ago and I’m already soaking them in polish remover to take them off. Even at the salon, I asked her to make them thinner and she told me she would file them down with the tool. She did do this but they were still thick. She was being extremely rude to me the whole time and reminding me they close at 9 when it was 7:58. She was being so rude to me that I caved into the gel nail polish so I wouldn’t have to sit in that salon any longer. There is actually only 2-3 actual good technicians there. As a business owner myself, I know how some reviews could be misleading but this place is no longer worth my business. I feel as if some aren’t even properly licensed because of the quality of their work.

The workers are all very nice and speak English very well, and I love the way they did my nails! I got an adorable french manicure from them today. They are friendly and will chat openly with you if you want. They also do an *amazing* job at eyebrows. I always get my eyebrows done there! (And im super picky). If youre looking for a nice nail place, I recommend them.I also think customers who complain about them are very stuck up. Orchard Park is filled with those sorts of unfortunate/miserable people who have too much time and money. 🙄

Horrible customer service. I think Sara took care of me & did a horrible job doing a simple fill & botched my design & tried to blame it on my choice of color. After my top coat dried she filed my nails again ruining the sides of my nails. When I went back to get them fixed she was rude & said I had to pay again. Im very highly unsatisfied & will NEVER be back again! This was the worst customer service Ive ever experienced.

I went there today to get a fill and get my nails repainted. The results of that ended up with me having skin torn open on 3 of my nails and it was bleeding. I brought it to their attention and all they said was “they’re okay”

The technicians always do a great job!

The lady messed up my eyebrows. Rushed through only took 15-20 mins when it takes about 30-45. I only got a 10 mins pedi. Half my nails are crooked, there chipped. And my toe nails are fully painted. And she cut them way to short. And WOULDNT get a refund

11/22/19, got here at 5:30 as a walk-in. It is now 6:40 and not one person has even said hello to me or let me know how long I would have to wait. All I want to do is gay a manicure and relax a bit then go home... But now I am more stressed and frustrated then when I got here... WTF...

Great job, little pricey

The first time I have gone and gotten my nails done here and wont go again. I was rushed in to take a seat. I was told to pick a color then never talked to again. When filing my nails she almost cut my skin then while clipping them she clipped some skin. She never asked me what shape I wanted my nails. And when doing my nails she would yank my hand closer to her. They also has a child running around she almost knocked down the polish rack and also kept bumping my chair. Another tech was facetiming while working on a customer. She also wanted me to pay half way through when she was done with filing the acrylic down.

Had an apt with Summer, got there early. At my apt time Summer called someone on the list. I went up to the counter and told her I had an apt . She said I would have to wait 30 minutes. I told her I couldnt wait and would have to come back. She said ok call me. Lol, seriously? Decided to go to The Nail Place on Seneca. Very clean and the girls there are very nice and do a great job.

Aweful service for a wedding party. They rushed my main and pedi. Nails looked aweful. They never even attended to my cuticles. Will not be going back there.

I’ve been a customer here for years. Never had issues with service. Went in today as a walk in and they called the person that was after me. I understand a lot of customers have preferences to who they see. I have one that I like to see and always tip her well when I’m in to get my nails done. She looked at me, cussed, then took the other lady after me. I have never been so agitated in the years coming here. I will now seek services else where.

The woman who was doing my pedi talked in her foreign language the whole time I was there. She rushed through my final coat of clear polish also. Not worth 30.00

Charged $40 to “fix a broken nail” and fill but she didn’t even fix it. She just covered my natural nail with acrylic and filed it. Time I went before that the guy who did my nails was very creepy and flirted with me while asking me strange questions about drug use. Not coming back..

Horrible experience ! I spent over $100 getting my nails and my mothers nails done. And then two days after getting the gel they were dis colored I went to go tell them if they could fix it because I just got engaged and I didnt want to get my new ring on these ugly fingers. Well they told me they couldnt do anything about it. Ridiculous!

This place is terrible! They were not busy when a relative of mine came in. She hasnt put acrylic nails on in years. Her nails look absolutley horrible. The one older woman with shoulder length hair was not very pleasant and helpful. I would suggest for anyone looking to get any service done to go to a smaller shop. There are too many workers and things going on. Workers too busy on their phones or chatting and not making sure their work is done properly.

Went for a fill and they sanded down my nails to where there was almost nothing left. She dropped the sander on my hand and I jerked and it fell on her hand and she got mad at me. 2 weeks layer my nails turned brown and fell off. So now i have half of my nails. I will never return

Gave our appointment to another group, and then did nothing about it. Another customer had to say something to get the nail salon to do anything. Shotty work, never had a good experience here. They are only busy because of the convenience and long hours. Males are the absolute worst. Cant stand this nail salon, avoid at all costs

HORRIBLE experience!!! They are the absolute rudest people. Definitely not a way to conduct business. The one lady was telling me my nails might be too short( mind you I get my nails done a lot) so I said its ok I still wanted them. Well she didnt wanna do them so they bounced me around to two different people who looked talked in Chinese and laughed. I have never been so embarrassed in my life. I told them to take the one nail they glued off because they are extremely rude and I left. I will never go back there again and warn others not to.

My friend got her nails done here a week ago and she told me how she started bleeding because this women had cut her skin and was bleeding that the blood went into the polish i would not recommend going there because the first time i went the gels came off in a week and the girl said they would stay on up to 4 weeks 😪🤬the hole time i was there she was speaking her foreign language and there were these people watch right over ur shoulder and breathing on you like stop 😡😡😡 the girl i had and my friend had she was rushing through the whole last two coat not worth $30.00

I had an awful experience, I got cut and burnt, and my nail beds were sore for DAYS afterwards. And my nails were not properly shaped, and I had to shape them myself. I will not be going there again. Also my mother and sister in law went there two weeks later, and three people walked in after them, and got called before them, and they signed in after them. Horrible customer service, awful nails. I dont recommend this place to anyone.

Workers are extremely rude, I had an older lady who was extremely rough and had an attitude the entire time. Also, they charge extra for shapes when it is advertised no where and they do not tell you ahead of time. I would honestly give this shop no stars if it were an option. Extremely dissatisfied and will be sure to warn people about going here.

Literally the worst nail salon I’ve ever been to, I had the dipped nails done and the guy had no idea how to do them, they turned out to thick and uneven I asked him to take them off and he refused I called to complain and was told to come in the next day to have them fixed that day they purposely left me sitting there for almost an hour until I Just asked for money back because I had to leave and of course they refused, do not go to this Salon they are rude and unsanitary.

The word “appointment” means nothing to these people...don’t waste your time making an appointment, because they will take walk ins before anyone with a set appointment time.

Shoddy work every time I’ve been there and almost all the employees pause repeatedly during your appointment to take texts and calls. Super frustrating and usually a waste of money.

Terrible experience. So unprofessional I went here a couple times and wait almost an hour every time come. You sign in and they don’t go by the sign in sheet at all they took almost 10 people who came in after. Never going there again.

Very unprofessional. They act like you dont exist. Then once you finally get called they rush through everything. Get them in, get them out.
