Great place to get a dip manicure at a good price. The staff was knowable, kind, and clean. They did a great job making sure I was happy even doing a test nail before we did a full set of ombre dip to be sure I was happy with the combination. The listened to my needs and made sure I was making the best decisions. Higley recommend this nail salon.

Terrible! Just got my nails done a few days ago and they look like they were done two weeks ago. The nail tech had his mask around his chin the whole time. No plexiglass barriers. My one nail has already chipped.. the manicure was terrible as he was more interested in who was walking through the door then my nails. And.. massaged my wrist and arm instead of my hands.. never again.

Nail tech Andy, is the only nail person I will go to unless I move out of state! Lol he always makes sure everything looks amazing and its what you want. I always leave loving my nails

I called, they told me come right in! I did, signed in and was taken right away. Nam did a great job, quickly did a full set with gel polish. So pleased to have found a new spot, since my place called me to tell me that they didnt have time for my appointment. PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE GET NEW HAND TOWELS!!!

The staff is very nice but i got my Acrylics done there on thursday (July 1st 2021) and the one nail came off today (July 3rd 2021) not even 3 days later. they were supposed to be my birthday nails

Went there for a pedicure ended up with an infection in my toe. Went to Well Care and had to be put on antibiotics. Went back to nail salon asking for a refund and they refused! I lost half a day of work, spent 2 hours at Well Care, paid a copay for visit and prescription and they refused to refund the $42 for the pedicure. Said “it’s our policy “. Will never ever go back! Bad business!

There is no separation of clients. There is no plexiglass. Prices untreated astronomically! A regular pedi, with regular nail polish and a gel manicure cost $67!!! That’s ridiculous! Price gouging!

The place is good, I give it 4 stars because the gel comes off quick from having to pick at the polish under my nail or that wasnt smoothed out on the side of my finger. Otherwise, the service is good. They are typically available the same day, and they are really helpful and friendly people

This is my favorite nail salon in all of Western NY. Throughout the years they have consistently done a great job, which means that the management must be very good to either take great people or train them very well. Just overall better service and skill than most places nowadays.

I have been coming to this salon for 2 years now. My nails used to always look so good. Lately, with the new crew, the past 3 times i have gone, there was a problem or they just looked very bad. I came in a week ago and got a fill but they way the guy had done them just looked like i still needed a fill?? I came again today to get a fill and a new color. i’ve have the same women before and i don’t really like her because she’s too rough and when i pull away because she’s hurting me, she just yanks my hand back and continues. But the quality of the nails i got today were just terrible. She cut them without asking me, none of them are even with each other and they are pointing out in all different directions and different shapes. I’ve loved coming to this place because of the environment and they have always done a great job. But with my last few visits turning out bad, I think today was my last time here.

I got a infection from this salon after getting a pedicure.

My pedi was not painted well but the worst thing is my gel cam off 3 days after. He did a poor job painting, very fast. Less than a week its all chipped off. Very disappointing

I visited this salon for the first time today for a full set and pedicure and I absolutely loved it ken was my tech he was super nice and answered all my questions with no problem he took his time on my nails and feet and did an amazing job he also exsplained everything he was doing before doing it and made sure to ask if I was ok with certain things or if I wanted something changed or differently the salon was very clean they cleaned the chairs etc. After every use there was new tools used on me opened right in front of me i messaged them on Their facebook page first for some information and was responded to right away the same day this place was great I would diffanitly recommend going here and ill diffanitly be going back.

First time going here and I really liked it. The man who did my nails really took his time and it was a good price too. They also have an ATM so you don’t have to use your card.

I personally love Rose she does a amazing job on my nails I try to call in advance to request her since I started going again.I have had my sisters and my PCA come with me to get there nails done & the same guy has done there nails at all different times & all 3 if them has had 1-3nails pop off with in 3days, (with saying this I called when it happened to my pca they said she could come in and they would fix it) but she doesnt live close she takes care of me M-F & has 2 babys to go pick up from daycare once shes done working for the day so shes unable to just drop everything and go.

The man who did my pedicure was incredibly unprofessional. He literally threw his tools at me, into the tub, and on to my feet. I have never experienced someone so rude when getting my nails done. He also did not do a very good job, probably because he was so concerned with looking like a cool guy who can throw his tools around. Unfortunately, he cannot catch them and he frequently hit me with them. While getting a pedicure and expecting to relax, I just dont appreciate having sponges and lotions thrown at me. He also scrubbed my foot for about 5 minutes on the very-sensitive arch (the part where there is NO CALLUS WHATSOEVER). I had to tell him that that was enough and he needed to stop, just to get him to move on. To this, he laughed. I believe he was purposely trying to make me uncomfortable. He should be ashamed of himself. He also put his chair directly in front of me when he finished, so I had to literally climb over it, after I had just had my nails done and was trying to walk without messing them up. Stay far away from this place....there are many nail salons just a short way away, where you can get much better service for the same cost.

I have been going to this salon for the last several months and have had NOTHING but incredibly professional, high quality service. I always make an appointment, I seldom have to wait very long and I am always very, very happy with the end result. Id definitely recommend their pink and white solar nail ( ombre fade) if you are a pink and white nail girl. Get nothing but compliments on mine -- and I am a computer programmer by day so I need my nails tough!

Shaping wasn’t good at all. Came in for a FULL SET and in less than A WEEK I have 4 broken nails. I’m not a heavy handed person so there’s no reason why 4 nails are broken already. No point in making them fix them, they will just keep breaking. I’m taking them all off and getting a new set at my regular nail salon. What a waste of money.

I love Nail Style & Spa!! Very friendly service. Theyve just added more Pedicure chairs too, so quicker service there...Prices are within the norm.

Been going here for years, I cant vouch for the new people they hired yet, but everyone whos been there the past few years have all been great. The ladies are the best around! Theyve been doing so well they had to add more nail tables, and more massage chairs. Theyll need a bigger store soon! Haha

Ive been here a few times, and Im very happy with the final product and general services. I recommend trying this place out for anything from a standard manicure to some of their signature treatments. The only recommendation I make is that you be patient in the summer time, seeing that they get VERY busy.

Came to this nail place a little before 7 for Pedicure and fill. The guy said it would be a wait, which was fine. He then told me to have a seat for a pedicure and a guy was getting the water ready for my pedicure. While I’m sitting waiting two other girls walk in for a pedicure after me. The two workers started their pedicure before mine while I’m sitting here still waiting for a pedicure 20 mins later while other people are getting serviced. Will not return to this nail place at all! Other customers that come after me get their pedicure before mine is ridiculous. I also realized that I got the spa pedicure and did not get the full treatment that came with it.

Cut my daughters skin 4 times badly with no apologies and still charged full price! The owner blamed my daughter for having thin nails!

I wanted to like this place but one week after my gel manicure, my nails look worse than when I went in. Even though I got a gel, three nails chipped one day later. I returned and had two fixed, but it didn’t matter because in a few days they have pretty much all chipped or edges showing through on the tips. My cuticles are a mess - they are damaged and growing back in flakes. I regret giving this place a try and it’s a little more money than other places that don’t chip/ruin your nails. I would skip this one...

I loved my pedicure a lot. And I saw they had childrens prices so I thought it would be wonderful to have a nail day with my girls, I get there, see a manicure is $10 and a pedicure is $20 for kids, next thing you know before I could even sign in the lady is adding things on, $1 for polish, $6 to trim their cuticles etc......mind you she sees I have 3 girls with me...so they were going to try to get another $40 out of a $90 advertised total. Not counting mine where I would have left a nice tip as I always do....screw that! Completely turning a stress free event into a stressful one! Stay away! And they dont wax eyebrows well either. I can trim their nails at home for free thank you!

I used to love this place but the new staff sucks. I got my a gel manicure and it chipped in 3 days. Every time I get this certain worker there I tell him I only want gel color ($20) and he proceeds to do a “manicure” which is only rubbing disgusting lotion on my hands & that costs an extra $15. I have 3 chipped nails because he was rushing and did a poor job. & I paid $35. This past time he said “you want gel manicure?” I said “no, gel color... just the paint” so he either is uneducated in his line of work or pretended to not understand to try to scam. I will never go there again & I advise all who are reading this to do the same

This place is absolutely horrible. I walked in with the intentions of getting a gel fill, and when I sat down instantly the technician had an attitude. She was extremely unprofessional and disresepctful. She told me I could not get a gel fill because two of my nails had lifted, and I was well aware. I have gone to other nail salons who had no problem fixing the problem respectfully and unpainfully. She ripped off my nails with an excess nail that you would get put on if you were getting a full set and cut me several times with a tool. I was in pain the whole time and I told her. She did not do anything about it and kept going. She ruined my nails underneath and they now look horrible. I will never return to this place for their workers are unprofessional and very nasty.

Have never had a problem before today, went in for a gel pedicure. Had to do errands after and when I got home, realized half of my nails were not painted all that way and the paint was uneven and clumpy.
