Dear Owner of Centerpark Plaza,Many of your tenants have been complaining about the elevator situation for several years now. Even some of your loyal customers have gotten trapped and stuck inside your elevators due to technical malfunctions. It is a safety hazard and risk to work in your building. Also it would be nice to install more than two elevators for a building that size with numerous employees from different corporate business companies working there. I will NOT change this rating until significant Changes are Made and your tenants feel safe working in your building. God bless you and Farewell.
