The guys at the service area have always been so helpful but they need more on Saturdays there were 7 cars in the morning and one guy.
Service Advisor Stephen was friendly and detailed with the information, he took his time answering my questions and concerns I had.
I was very disappointed with the customer service regarding my service appointment. I dropped my truck off for a diagnostic regarding a service code. It took two days to get a response, and that was after I followed up on my own time; I was not contacted by a technician. I do not recommend with location for service if you expect to know what’s going on with your car/truck.
The gentleman Luis Casanova greeted me and was very courteous, caring and kind. I received prompt service and answers to all of my questions. My car was serviced and provided sooner than expected. Thank you for being nice and courteous Mr. Casanova I appreciate your time and help.

I have been bringing my little red Spark to Premierever since I bought it. Ive always been happy.Today I had a new Service Manager. He was awesome. Very friendly, caring & even saved me some Money!It was suppose to be a 2 1/2 hour hour wait but he got me out sooner.AND hes a cat person. Both his family & Dad have cats.! So he shared that too!You can go some places & they barely talk 20 you.Premier Chevrolet found good manager. I missed the previous man John. I LUIS is very much like him caring.Thank you Luis
My husband and I purchased a new vehicle from this dealership while visiting California from out of state. We were excited to find the one we had been looking for in their inventory. The salesman, Chris, was friendly and the negotiation was reasonable with Ty, the manager on staff at that time. They explained everything and were helpful. When we went to sign our documents with Richard in the finance department is when everything changed. The paperwork was incorrect and incomplete and he aggressively tried to force us to sign these legal documents. I held my ground that I would not sign and he became combative towards us. We almost left the office at that point but decided to continue as this was just one negative person we encountered and we really wanted this vehicle. Fast forward almost two months and we called the dealership to seek advice on why we haven’t received any information from the lender, OnStar, Sirius, or even Chevrolet and to obtain the missing documentation required by my home state DMV to register the vehicle. I was directed to the finance department by the operator to have my questions answered. I got Richard on the line. I introduced myself to him again, told him my concerns but before I could ask my questions he told me he hasn’t received any communication for over two months on a vehicle he just purchased either. I asked if that is normal and who can I contact to make sure our information was correct in their system. He began to tell me off and speak to me in a very unprofessional and condescending way. I requested to speak to a manager stating that I’m not going to argue and just need these things addressed. His response, “I’d gladly hand you over to get rid of you!” Then he hung up on me. Since then, I have left multiple messages for a manager, any manager at this point in time, to call me back to report how terrible Richard treated me, to help me with the missing documentation (WHERE’S MY PAPERWORK), set up the correct contact information so we are able to actually use all the features in the vehicle, AND confirm they received the title for the vehicle we traded in. I have requested to speak to a GM and was told they don’t have one but I can speak to Ty or someone named Mike that is also a manager. It is going on two weeks since I have been leaving messages and I still have not received any calls back. This is disappointing and I’m so disgusted with how Richard has spoke to me and the lack of communication from this entire dealership after they received their money.
The sales department was great when we bought the vehicle. This survey is about my last experience. That was with the service department. I had an appointment and I was told that with the amount of vehicles I would be waiting longer. What’s the point of the appointment if I still get treated as first come first serve. Then when I was told my vehicle was ready and that they would be bringing it right up, I waited 15 minutes. Service department is very poor.
The last time I took my truck in for service I asked that they make sure my settings were restored to what I had them set to...seats, mirrors, etc... This time again all messed up. No longer will I be returning to this dealership. We will also purchase our new truck elsewhere due to poor service. It should be simple to just return the truck the way it came in, however I guess thats asking to much.

Took our truck in for an oil change and asked for a diagnosis on the transmission. Please note this time is the third time we take the truck in for a transmission issue (purchased 1/19). The truck was left on Monday. Our service rep advised they were busy and wed receive a call to give us status. A call was never received! Therefore, we called and twice were promised calls in return, but again nothing was returned!!! We were finally able to speak with someone and given a loaner. The car was extremely dirty and hadnt been washed in months!!!! The loaner was returned immediately and our truck was never diagnosed!!! We were comped an oil change for our inconvenience but the dissatisfaction with the service remains!!!

My husband and I went in with a limited amount of time to get a vehicle. We already knew exactly which one we wanted and brought our own loan from our credit union. Our salesperson, Marco, was very helpful and did made sure to get us what we needed in a short amount of time. He was even able to get us a lower interest rate than our credit union which was already low to begin with! The only reason I give it a 4 stars and not 5 is because oil changes are not included any more?? We just bought another car 1.5 years ago and it included them for 3 years at no extra cost. Other than that we had a great experience with them and I love my new car!

I went to the dealership at 7 in the morning on the date promised yesterday. There is a problem with the audio. The employee said that I had to leave the car, so I called my wife and went to work in my wifes car. It was almost 4pm and a representative called me and said they found no problems. It was crazy. Anyway, in need of a car, I picked up the car after work in the evening, and there was still a problem. So I filmed a video and sent an email, but no response. So I called again, explained the situation again on the answering machine and left a message, but still no response from me. I understand youre busy, but shouldnt you call me to tell me whats going on? I bought a new car in March and have been under stress for over three months.

The initial meeting was good, customer service was normal. Nothing great but not thing bad. When I picked up the car, customer service was below standard. I was called the day before that my car was ready and that the keys would be ready for when I came in. Well I was told that they were just going to grabbthe keys. After waiting for about 15min I asked again to see what was going on with my keys. The lady said, oh hun I thought you were gone already, they must have lost your keys. Let me talk to the representative and see whats going on. Not at all what I wanted to hear. After waiting another ten minutes one of the mechanics pulled up with my car and said that my car was ready. He was about to walk away when I asked if anyone was going to tell what they found in my car and why the part was bad? He explained and an the end asked me if no one had talked to me. I said no. I was already irritated and I know it wasnt his fault so I left. For sure not coming back

My brakes was making noise on my 2020 Tahoe so I took it in and Stephen was able to let me know that it was my axle that was giving off heat and needed to be replaced. Of course it was busy as usual. Came here today to make a deal on a new Camaro LT1 and talked to Ben. I had asked him over the phone if there were any mark ups before making my way over there and he said “no definitely not”. When my gf and I arrived (1.5 hour drive btw) we got to talking numbers and they seemed stupid high on a $40,000 car even after a hefty 7K down payment… ON A LEASE. So Ben brought his Pringles man looking smug faced manager over who said that the car had an $8,000 mark up. That’s right… 8K over…on a LT1. That’s SS money. Over all they wasted our time and effort. Don’t come here or you’ll get bamboozled I promise you.

This was my first Chevy. It was an excellent experience all around. Trish was my salesperson and was so awesome. From the first texts to emails and guiding me thru the process and getting me a super deal. She wasn’t pushy or force any extra on me. After I arrived someone e greeted me immediately and when everything was done - it happened so fast compared to my other car buying experienced I kind of was sitting there in the chair not knowing we were done. Horrible horrible horrible service department. And dealership altogether. My dad brought his car here to be serviced under an extended warranty that he bought for the car and still they charged him an enormous amount to fix somwtbing on the car. And its not just that they didnt honor his warranty, its also the fact that he was without his car for almost 2 weeks and left with no answer as to why. He called numerous times to get any info from anyone he could in the service department and each time he got no answer. He would leave messages and get no return phone calls. He even came in person to see what he could find out after a week of being ignored or not getting a call back and still they couldnt explain to him what was taking so long. I do not recommend anyone to have their car serviced here or to even come here. 0 stars if possible.

We received pretty good service from this dealership. our truck died and we practically had to roll it into the service line. we set an appointment over the phone and they were able to inform us what was wrong with our truck after an inspection. they performed an oil change as well in just an hour or two and we were on our way. although the price was a bit steep we needed assistance and we got it.
One of the worst experience ever at dealership.Service advisor never tells you when the car will be ready not even an estimate time. After waiting over 2 and half hrs I asked when my car will be ready and he said 4 to 5 hrs more... OMG!!!I took my car without fixing the problem.Seriously!!! My first time there, took in my Chevy Bolt (purchased at a different dealership) for a tire rotation, and they finished in about 40mins, and it was complimentary since still under warranty! Wow, that is great service, thank you Premier Chevrolet! I will definitely go back for other services later.
Nobody met me at my truck, I went inside, and was not even acknowledged. The service advisor asked me what I needed and I told him, good props for getting me entered into the system and saying oil change can get done asap. I asked about fuel filter change and was quoted a price and also alignment and was quoted a price. Found out that alignment couldnt get done because they said my tires are too big. I also had a TPMS that was out and they wouldnt change it out because they said my tires were to big. so all I could do was get my oil changed. I think dealerships should be better equipped to handle vehicles with larger wheels and market that. Overall the dealership was very clean and quite. There was a guy smoking in the car drop off area that was annoying, so maybe they should build a designated smoking area so customers dont have to deal with that when dropping off their cars. I dont know if he was a dealership employee or not.

SHAME ON YOU PREMIER CHEVROLETI received the worst service possible. Once I agree to the charge, The service rep Randy did not communicate frequently as to the status of my service to my truck. In a period of over 2 weeks of my truck being in the service dept. I received 2 phone calls and 1 text I was blown off as far as the problems with my navi system and told there was no issues. After calling in 2 weeks later to get a status, I was told my vehicle had in fact been ready for pick up for several days. I was reassured by the service manager Armando, that my navi was in good working condition with no problems. I was told that if I had the reoccurance with onstar connection, to pull over to the side of the road and press my onstar button.I picked my truck up, paid 793.00 for this service visit. 3 hrs later I had an appointment went to use my onstar and it was inoperable. Two hours later I tried using my navi again...still inoperable. This is my 3rd service visit addressing this navi problem and I was sent home in a vehicle that was not properly repaired. My advice to you, is to shop around for a better service dept.

No one greeted me when I got there. There was no obvious line to stand in. Your quote was $1,000 more than where I had the car fixed. You charged me $120 when I picked up my car. I was not made aware of this charge until check out. I just paid it because I was over it with your dealership. When I came to pick up my car, the service person I checked in with said I had to wait for my guy who was busy for minutes when she had nothing to do. Worst place ever!

Every time I have been there for service everyone except the receptionist are slow, lazy and rude. I used to only dealWith John but he’s no longer there but if everyone was as good as him then you’d have a great service department. It’s so unfortunate that everyone has no professionalism at all. I had gone in for a $619.85 Major Service inspection at 7:20 amthat lasted 4 hours. My stay at the dealership was overall a pleasant. Howver, that evening at 8:20pm my white 2017 Chevy Impala would not start after filling it at a gas station. Severalservice warnings popped up and I had to get assistance pushing my car to the nearby parking. After about 20 minutes of turning the power on and off, the engine finally started and I was able to drive home but the check engine light was on. I emailed Randy Dover about the incident and eventually made an appointment to return that following mornig at 8:20. I had to arrange a tow for my car and a separate means of transport to the dealership. Randy was very pleasant and made his best effort to accomodate me but it did take another 4 hours. We kind of dont know what happened after the service but my car seems fine now!I am only giving 3 star rating because of the wait time and the fact that I had to return to dealership and spend over 8 hours there. Luckily I can work remotely.
