Went in with an appointment scheduled but was available to go in earlier and they were able to accommodate. Really great staff and a clean safe environment.

If I could give Zero stars I would, I work for Walmart and have for the past 10 years, we get a discount on items in the hair salon. But apparently today Susan who yelled in my face that she was the manager stated she “should obviously know”, we do not get discounts and that for the past 10 years everyone has been doing it wrong . Save your time, money and go somewhere you don’t get literally yelled at by the manager of all people .

Renee Jones is a awesome stylist at this store. Always does my hair exactly the way I ask. Very professional and upbeat. Renee goes out of her way to make sure you are comfortable with your hair plus always gives good advice on products that work well with my hair.

I just called like 20 mins ago to ask for the services and Susanne answered and was very rude she wouldn’t even let me finish asking my question and she would interrupt me and just tell me you would have to come to our location. After I had to interrupt her again she finally gave me the answer to my question which was what is the starting price for full highlights. I didn’t even have to go to the location lost a customer! Very bad service!! Don’t waste your time!

One day I came here to get my hair cut. The manager asked another associate to tell me that they will not help me today. I kindly asked why. The associate said she didnt know the reason, so I asked see the manager. Her answer was because I had made a complaint previously. I told her that was 5 years ago, I had been getting my hair cut here since. Ridiculous right? My complaint was about my daughters hair cut. She still didnt care to reconsider.

Was my first visit,, had a pedicure done only. Was very happy, will make all future visits there. Service was wonderful and in a timely manner.

I went here for a simple trim. My hair is all one length, or was anyways. It’s not hard to trim the edges all the way around or at least I thought it wasn’t. The stylist ended up axing off half my length near the front of my face, how she managed to do this is beyond me but I was in tears, I lost 7 inches of length after having to go to another place to have them fix it. These stylists are not professional. Go to a high dollar salon, it may cost more but they won’t screw up your hair like this place. I tried to save a few pennies and ended up losing 7 inches of hair. The girl clearly had no idea what she was doing.

If you need a great haircut for a great price. I have never had a bad experience in 10 years..

*Save your money a beautyschool is cheaper and have done better than this place!! I thought the best of this place now they over charged me & had horrible service more than 3xs now. Someone from costumer service called after I send the email.They said they would refund me its been 1 week and no refund I styled my hair and the hair cut I got was uneven so not worth it

I see ada everytime. I actually request her because she is the only one i know that can cut my hair the way i like it. I have been to salons in the past and they dont listen or tell me the cut i want is not possible. Ada makes it happen while listening to my every request. She does not rush and does my hair beautifully will continue to see ada and i go often. Ada is a very important piece of this business.

Horrible. Do not go here. Ada butchered my hair. Was given a refund. Contacted corporate to report ada. Corporate said they would handle the situation. (Hopefully they do) also was informed that ada was saying i was harrassing the salon. LOL. 🤦🏻 save your hair, yourself from the drama and stress and just never go here.

Terrible experience lady renae rushed the whole time, she poked me in the back with a comb and never said sorry, never blow dried me off came out covered in hair. Never even said a word during the hair cut very rude and unprofessional. WILL NEVER COME BACK STAY AWAY HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE
