If I could give 0 stars I would have. I took my 2 year old son in for a haircut. I posted what I asked for and what I got. You can clearly see there is no line up, 0 fade and theres literally a line, from where she marked the back of his neck, but didnt shave away the hair underneath so it appears as a shaved line on the back of his head. Its hard to tell but she didnt blend his sides with the top of his head so theres a clear langth difference, It seriously looks like my son joined the military with that basic training hair cut. She assumed this was my sons first haircut and it was actually his 4th so please dont blame my child for your lack of talent. My sons hair texture is semi corse and curly, so maybe she only know how to cut smooth silky hair. Idk but this was trash.

Very bad cx service had only 1 barber an elder hispanic women that was very bad tempered and was very rude to my 7 yr old son had to make sure she finished the job like it was requested because she kept whining about not being able to do a fade if it wasnt done the way she recommended Would not recommend this establishment to my worst enemy. Ive been to many barber locations all around the valley and never felt this sort vibe negative anywhere else.

I have had great experiences here before but the female barber I had today (female barber with chair facing the door) provided a very poor visit. I had asked for a 1 1/2 fade on the side with a little off the top and a line up I would assume a simple cut would cause no issues. She cut the side fine and the top she had taken off some maybe a little more then I was hoping but the problem came with the line up which is done with a razor blade most places. Towards the end she was getting ready to do the line up but no she left the hair long in the front (bangs is what she called it) and when I mentioned the line up she said that was it and I said no with the razor and to cut that hair off the “bangs” she started going back and forth saying the number I picked (which I didn’t she picked for me assuming it was the right length to cut) after a few minutes I said it was fine and to just leave it after trying to cut just the tips of the hair with scissors. She then starts putting random products in my hair I didn’t ask for. Overall a very poor experience and I will not be returning. I recommend checking out any other barber near by I know I will for next time.

Nobody in chairs and would not cut my hair because they are by appointment only.

I would give zero stars. I took my 4year old and she was very very rude to my son. This place is not child friendly. There is a place a little further east that is great with kids. She has a very dry unpleasant personality with all customers. I never understood why you would open a business if you wouldnt put your customers 1st.

I like female barbers and there is a woman there. She did a great haircut and facial trim up.

I love the way they make the styles! I have been there only three times and there is only one lady that is gentil, the other two are just always mad and with a shitty face, they don’t know how to treat little kids, so if you are thinking on bringing your kids to get a haircut here think twice! Never again taking my kids to this place!

You guys should talk to your customers a little more to find out exactly what they want, like or dislike before you start shaving away. And if your not comfortable cutting someones hair based off the style,length or hair type say so dont just do it to get the money. Not everyone likes it shaved way up above their ears ask ask ask questions before you start shaving. Customer be very specific on what you want and how you want it in detail

They cut my hair the way I asked and not what they wanted. Best hair cut I have gotten in years going to other shops.

She cuts good but what I dont like is she always talking on her phone every time I come in she always on her phone. I dont have no time for that do that when your on lunch or dont have anybody in waiting

The main female working here is hit or miss. Sometimes she does an excellent job, but she does bad man can you see it. Her attitude shows too

Everything was fine, the boy who attended us is new and makes him want to ... but the very nosy lady got angry just because the boy told me if it was shorter or so and I told him on 2 occasions that I feel shorter than I I showed a photo of how I wanted it exactly but the lady got angry with me that because he was taking too long as if it was my fault that the boy was late, it is obvious that if he asks me if this is so or shorter I will tell him how Im not going to leave her hair in a way that I dont like and pay for that, the lady supposes that Im going to know the measure of cutting her hair, because I dont know about that, thats why they will cut it if not, then I Id cut it ahaha Ill never go back to that place too bad!
