So we drive 30 minutes to see big Daniel, my son has autism and Big Daniel is the only one that can get him to sit still to get a haircut. He is so patient and he is always talking to my son even though he not always talks back to Big Daniel. My son loves getting haircuts by Daniel so we’ll be coming back often. Big Daniel has been cutting his hair for almost 6 years now since he was 3 years old. Great experience and awesome customer service.

Atmosphere is not what it use to be, I use to love coming in here and enjoying my time with good music and now it’s awkward and quiet, and it’s very unclean in the barber shop. Will be taking my business with my younger 6 siblings somewhere else .

Johnny was extremely patient with my son (2 yr old) who was freaking out the whole time. Gave him an awesome cut despite all the resistance he was met with. Highly recommend!

Do not go there!!!!!! They totally messed up my sons hair!!!!! I showed the barber (Gilbert) two pictures of what my sons haircut should look like and he said no problem, he can do that. His hair looks nothing like in the pictures. All I wanted him to do was a fade on the sides and a little longer on top. What the barber did was shave the hair all over and left a little bit of hair on the top!!!!!! We had an appointment and had to wait over 30 mins. Will never go there again. Very disappointed!!

Booked an appointment with Big D for my 3.5 year old son who is always so scared to get his hair cut. He was so good this time and it was because Big D was so awesome with him!! ♥️ Hes such a big sweetheart and was so amazing to see cutting my sons hair. He loved him and now says He wants to see Big D again! 🤣 I would recommend this shop and will continue to bring my son here for touch ups. Thank you for being so great with him!!

Whomever decided to raise the price in cuts wasn’t thinking about the community. Don’t get me wrong, barbers are on point. But immediately after COVID, you decide to raise the price. Talk about terrible timing while people are still somewhat recovering. You can say that we need to think about the barbers but thats why I always tip the max amount no matter what. Even when it’s me and my 3 kids I select max tip. Unfortunately now I will wait twice as long for a cut. At a minimum y’all could have adjusted the military and hero’s discount. I mean our vets and officers are out there every day of the week risking their lives and so should the discount apply to every day of the weak as well not just selected days. Again barbers are on point and deserve 5 stars but as an overall establishment to make such a bold move during these times is selfish.

My 95 yr old Grandfather needed a special outing and we decided to get him a straight razor shave and haircut. Tim and this shop are a God send. They allowed a WWII veteran to be pampered with a true gentlemen’s haircut and shave. The time, effort and care was simply the best.

Always a great experience here. All the barbers are amazing but Eric is our go to Barber. Does an amazing job with my son in making him feel comfortable (even when my son falls asleep.. see pics below.. lol). Everyone works as a team to make the atmosphere fun and enjoyable.

Tim did a great job with my haircut. I just moved here and was struggling find a new barber (its hard to find one who does a great job). He listen to my input and had me looking sharp again. Easy to book online for appointment. Thank Tim......be back again as I think I have found my new permanent barber.

Nothing to be overly excited about. Didn’t fade the side how I like or asked. Looks like I got two different hair cuts depending on the side you look at. Gave me a comb over fade what is nothing like my hair cut was before.Good thing hair grows back.

Showed up 15 minutes early for my scheduled appointment and advised the barber I was just waiting outside (due to COVID). Two minutes before my appointment time another customer enters the shop and gets seated right away.

This shop is a gem in Verrado. They are highly organized and work by appointments, which is so refreshing compared to the long waits at most other barbershops. I go to Robert, who’s professionalism is unparalleled and his skills are peerless. Definitely glad to have this shop and will keep going.

Just Moved here.. Looked for Barber.. This is the LAST place I would recommend.. After walking in around 1:00 I was told I need an appointment. I did so for 5:00... Got there around 4:50... After watching 3 Barbers fold up and done for the day.. I asked what the problem was.. Supposedly.. The Guy I had was somewhere else in the building and was a NEW barber.. Nobody working there seemed the LEAST Bit concerned about a customer, me.. Walked out after 45 min. Wait. Know I wont ruin their Business.. BUT This is NO WAY to run a Business...I dont know who to RECOMMEND.. BUT I KNOW WHO NOT TO RECOMMEND.. 0 stars.

Every dude here is so cool. They have real conversations with you, it never feels awkward. The haircuts are fantastic. You come away with a fresh cut, massage, and hot towel soak. The owner, Mr. Guincho is a pleasure to work with and you can tell he cares about customers experiences.

A place in Buckeye to get a cut from a barber. Although one barber their thought he could cut hair and took and hour to cut my hair and it was a bad cut. All I asked for was a flat top! The other guys are good.

Do yourself a favor and go to another Barber Shop that treats its customers with respect and appreciation. I made a 6:30 pm appointment two days in advance, I was there 10 minutes early, took a seat. The barber who they set me up with acknowledged my existence and said he would be right with me, as he was working on someone. He then proceeded to finish that client and called another gentleman up and began to cut his hair, mind you this was already at 6:45! I just sat there waiting till 7 pm., growing more and more annoyed. Never was I told he was two clients behind, then I also witnessed another barber literally clean up his whole station and leave for the night, while I still just sat there waiting!! The actual owner was there and didnt seem to care one bit! I just walked out with my son - after wasting 40 minutes of my time! Actually it was well over an hour total if you count my travel time! Why make appointments if your not going to honor them?! I could of made a scene, stood up and expressed my disgust. But what is the point, if they are that clueless, then why even bother, they obviously dont need new business. They DO NOT know the meaning of customer service! They lost a first time customer who would of became a loyal patron. What A Horrible way to run a business! Im actually angry I had to leave at least one star, as they are SO NOT EVEN WORTHY OF THAT!

Nice old-timey feel for a newer shop. Its in the old town main street section. Unfortunately I get a better haircut from Supercuts. I did inquire about the old-time straight razor shave but frankly it was far too expensive for my taste. I believe it was around $45. Went home and used my 6 blade razor for free. I really wanted to love it. Its the closest to my home and in a very cool part of town. Bummer.

Came in for a beard trim without an appointment. He took me right away, and didnt charge me. Also gave me some great beard tips Ive used this last month since I was there. Made growing my first beard so much easier.

These guys can cut some decent hair if you can put up with their antics. Good chance you will be made fun of without knowing it, have to deal with some horrible fake accent they are putting on, or find yourself in the middle of a homosexual skit they are acting out. I really wish they would just cut hair and leave the comedy show at home.

So the first chair on the left when you walk in isnt professional along with the last chair on the end. Almost child like if I must say regarding homosexuality talk joking BS which I didnt find funny especially with a room full of people. The dude on the left jacked up my hair and just left it, I get home and my wife had to fix it. took a pic and saw it for myself. dudes a joke. this shop needs to grow the EFF up or get new barbers. owner doesnt even know how to keep his peeps in line........ sincerely, someone that will not return.

Had my boyfriend get his haircut when we came into town. Told the gentleman to clean up the sides and top but keep it long on top to slick back. He ended up chopping it off....mind you I do hair. Felt terrible and didnt say anything but also didnt give the discount when we discussed it earlier. Just disappointing.

I had probably one of the strangest experiences here - for a preface theyve always done an awesome job with haircuts - but this time around it was as if I was being picked on? Not entirely sure what I did to the guy, especially considering I only said all of a few words. The real kicker for me was at the end when he intentionally left my face full of hair, as if he was waiting for me to tell him to clean my face off. Needless to say, I had to wipe my face off myself, and I wont be returning. Its a shame too, because they do some decent work! Went here just from searching near by places as im newer to the area. Called in to find out they were completely booked up, Erik had a small slot open so i took it. Glad i did, the area is so nice first of all. The shop was friendly and erik did a phenomenal job, best barber ive been to so far in arizona. If you go there, request him. You wont regret it

The dudes are cool and friendly and great vibe. However they have messed up my hair up three times now... like really messed it up. This last time was by far the worst cut I’ve ever had literally in my life time. I asked for a fade on the sides, to square up the back and to cut the top but still leave it long enough to style it and I even pulled up a picture on my phone to clarify how I wanted it to look. There was no fade what so ever, strait up was a number 2 cut across my whole head save the top. Back of my head also was number two strait up to the top of my head. My hair looks like a mushroom and I have no idea how to fix this monstrosity. The last time they messed it up was almost just as bad. I asked him not to cut the back of my hair because I was growing it out but I needed some trimming on the side burns and top. I said don’t touch the back of my head maybe 5 times. Sure enough he starts buzzing the back of my head before I can stop him. Today was the 3rd strike I’m strait up going to great clips after this. Bland hair cuts but at least they won’t completely destroy my hair.

Great cut even when I didnt know what was needed

I normally dont come to this shop. But my regular babrber shop is in Phoenix and I didnt want to drive there. I really wanted to give them a 2 star but the haircut was not bad. The only bad part of the hair cut was that the guy was not detail oriented. What ruined my expierience here was how he did my beard. The guy left it all messy and not uniformed. I had to come home and clean it up myself.

They work on appointments, so never a long wait. Staff is friendly and professional. I always go to Tim. Does exactly what I ask for. Prices are a little high.
