Livy was beyond great! I dyed my hair red and wanted to go back to my natural blonde and was nervous given it was only the second time ever getting my hair dyed. She did an excellent job and was fun and made me feel relaxed throughout the whole process!

I love this salon. Livi has been doing my hair for a long time and she is amazing. Everyone is so friendly and helpful, it makes you feel extremely comfortable. I wouldn’t go anywhere else to get my hair done. I highly recommend this salon.

I never had a service here. However they put me on a fifteen minute long hold when I had a quick and easy question about their hours. They are not open on Sundays unlike Google says. But the girl was so rude when she picked up the phone Im glad I didnt get a service done here.

Had an amazing experience with Courtney. She gave me a fresh cut and a nicely done bleach+color. Had a pleasant experience with the cleanliness of the store and the hospitality of the staff. I went here last Friday, and had gotten a pedicure done. I had Sarah-Ann do it, and i’m so happy she was able too! She was so sweet. She talked with me, and made me feel comfortable, almost as if she was friend— more than a professional. :) It had been my first time getting a pedicure in years, and she made me feel very welcomed. Additionally, it was my first time at the salon— and I will definitely be returning. I felt very, luxurious. LOL. They offer you a drink— water, tea and coffee? It makes you feel like a million bucks! I loved the result’s of my pedicure— and my feet felt so nice. She kept asking me how I felt during it and made check in’s, etc. I felt very “safe”. :) I would totally recommend this place, and Sarah-Ann as a professional. Super sweet lady, and will make you feel so comfortable. :)

This is the second chance I gave this salon and will be the last.I went for highlights & a cut, Sara Ann bragged the whole time putting foils in my hair how she is “known” for doing such a great job. She took the foils off the top too soon (because she was in a hurry) so my hair ended up with blonde highlights underneath and orange 🍊 on top. It looked awful. I told her right away and her response was to argue that it WAS indeed blonde. She refused to fix it AND never got to the haircut part because they were closing and she said she would do it at my next appt IN 6 WEEKS!!!!! Nope! Because there wont be another appt. Terrible experience and I will NEVER go there again. ! Sara Ann also talks too much with every sentence being I, me, my... everything is about Her and she could care less what you have to say. Very annoying!!

Every 6 weeks I get a haircut. I have chin length curly hair and my stylist, Trish, knows exactly how to cut it and what products will work best for me. The salon is always clean and all the employees are very professional.

Really enjoy coming to Vita Bella. The staff makes me feel so welcomed. Lynette always does a great job with my color, highlights, and cut. She knows what looks great on me and uses the best products for my hair. My hair loves it!! The price is good there too! Use to pay twice as much at my last place. I live 30 minutes away and will not go anywhere else!

This is an amazing, professional and beautiful salon. From the moment I walked in, I felt important and pampered-more like a spa feeling. Upon arriving, the friendly receptionist and stylists offered me coffee, juice, water with lemon and cookies and hung my coat. The stylists professionalism, patience, talent, level of education and ability to make you feel as if you are the only client they are seeing that day is refreshing.The owner introduced herself to me personally during my service and seemed genuinely interested in me as a customer. My daughter has seen Courtney twice and I saw Trisha today. We both were very happy with the end result and have found our new salon home. Hats off to Vita Bella Salon!

This was my go to salon for 2 years after moving to the area, but then it became impossible to get an appointment with either of the 2 ladies I used for mine and my families hair. I was even willing to take a day off work to get in and still I was always told they were booked. After a solid 2 months of trying to get in on different days and times I finally just found a new salon. I decided to give them a try again today and yet again, I was told that none of the 5 different days I was considering coming in were open. Disappointing.

I went to vita Bella to get my hair done, I’m a natural brunette with only some blonde highlights that I was just sick off and basically all I asked for was to be more brunette with low lights and to be darker again. I had a long discussion with the hairdresser Angie and I trusted her based on her recommendations for my hair. I told her to cut what was dead but keep as much length as possible. Now mind you I have only washed my hair twice with the recommended shampoo. I also purchased their recommended heat protecting products, trusting these recommendations. I spent about 198 in total including a 20 percent tip. And after spending all this money and only washing my hair twice- I already see the blonde that I hated coming back after Angie said she’d cover it in a permanent color. I called and asked if there was a way to try and fix it bc I’m just very unhappy and the only recommendations Angie made was she wanted to cut more of my hair bc it’s too damaged and she didn’t want to lighten it more. I never asked to lighten my hair. I feel very unheard regarding the services I paid for and I question the experience of Angie and the other artist for the cost. I wish they were more willing to just listen that all I wanted was to darken the blonde highlights and place lowlights. I mean come on a brunette that’s mostly still brunette asking to just have darker colors places- how difficult is that?

I came here with the hopes of getting a set of acrylic nails due to the fact that I bite my nails.. But I met a very sweet, young lady who talked me out of acrylic and into shellac, to help fix and heal my natural nails. I loved it instantly!! Ive already gone back to get my nails done for a second time, AND booked my third appointment!! The ladies who work here are so sweet, and extremely caring. I dont believe ill ever go anywhere else again.

Not impressed! As I am new to this area, I decided to pick this salon for my eyebrow wax & tint. First the room is so small very claustrophobic like, the waxing pot had drippings all over it, the floor and counters where very unclean. Now on to my basically non waxed eyebrows, a very small amount of my eyebrows were actually waxed no plucking no trimming, no attention paid to detail, asked for dark brown with a hint of Auburn for my eyebrow color...THEY ARE FREAKIN LIGHT PINK! The girl had the audacity to say oh they stained your skin a little, but you can wash that off. not happy! I work in the medical field and must maintain professional appearance at all times, and pink eyebrows are not it. I literally was asked to rebook...hahaha no thanks I dont even want to pay you let alone rebook with you. Please please please advise, terrible place! Dont waste your money.

Can not say enough bad things about this salon. I have been getting my hair highlighted for 10 years, came to this salon for a highlight and cut. I let the stylist know I wanted a light blonde without brassiness. I have naturally dark blonde hair and have never had trouble getting results I wanted. After my hair was dried I told the stylist it looked orange, she assured me it was the lighting in the salon. It was closing time and i think she didnt want to take the time to fix it. I went home looked at it in the mirror and knew I couldnt live with this color. I called and went back the next day explained myself they said they would be happy to tone my hair, after toning it was still orange, I know my hair just didnt lift to the proper color and felt bullied into accepting the toning as fixing the problem, the owner even looked at it and said that looks better like they were trying to convince me. It a beautiful looking salon but they should do the right thing by the customer and take the time to fix something correctly. I paid good money for poor results.
