My nail tech was very patient and listened to what i wanted and executed it perfectly, it looks exactly like the picture i showed her. I was hesitant going here as my last time my nails fell off within 3 days but they did fix them with no fee, which was very kind because it was another full set, definitely my favorite nail place, and worth the price

I moved here from Texas two months ago and have been looking for a great salon to go to and I believe I found the one. Took my 3 year old daughter for her first time and she was treated wonderful and loved it. Pedicure was great and so was the polish job. Thank you.

I asked for stiletto not sharp almond this is for my home coming and I’m very disappointed I do not recommend the guy with the mole below his eyebrows 1/10 do not recommend going

Love this place. When I first moved to the area I tried a couple different places and Serenity has always had the absolute best people there. Everytime I decide to get my nails done they will be the ones to do it.

Great customer care, the nail specialists take time to make sure youre getting what you want & what you pay for. I would highly recommend a pedicure here and Im a man who never does that sort of thing, so if thats an indication to anyone else like me its a great place if you work hard and need to unwind.

Ive given this place 3 tries myself and my daughter just recently went there with her step mom. All 3 times Ive gone they have been rude, rushed, knicked me, made me bleed, terrible quality my nails chipped and or fell off that day or within days. They ripped off my daughters acrylics and cut her nails to short made her cry due to the pain they caused by ripping off her acrylics. I messaged them they said sorry then I messaged them again they apologized again and refunded with a gift card which I specifically said cash as we will never ever be back to this place and I told them Ill be leaving a bad review on their fb page and they blocked me so I couldnt. Ive had NUMEROUS friends have the same experience. If I could have given zero stars I would have!

The last few times that I have went to this nail salon, my nails are always being rushed. The paint job is noticeably uneven(I got French tip), most nails are slanted. The nail polish is clumped. She painted the edges just to file it and take the paint off a lot of the nails so only some were left pink. They don’t really do anything to prep. The acrylic wasn’t applied to the bed of my nails so it looks like what your nails would look like about a week after getting them done. And I paid $60 for the set.

T and Pia did a wonderful job on my acrylic nails. Srey also did a wonderful job on my sister in laws nails. They were both so nice. I went in for the first time after I read the reviews and I was not disappointed! I will definitely come back again!

I made an apt 1 week before for 1145 got in about 5 minutes latter went back to get a pedicure waiting for 20 minutes in cold water, them a lady came over and did my toes she was so amazing and very professional but did not get out of there untill 220 was there for 2 1/2 hours and no discount nothing, and charged me full price.

Low quality pedicure paint is not covering my nails.Very bad experience getting acrylics, worst set I’ve ever had very painful for 90$ nails are all crooked and clumpy tech was very rude and rough.

Great staff and beyond expectations

They are extremely friendly and awesome! I really like my girlfriends nails and her pedicure. This is the best spot to do manicure and pedicure in Maine!!

My friend and I went for a girls day, pedicures were great, but what doing Manis I never saw them change any of the files or disinfect in-between clients. They dip is not removed from the pot first. Everyones fingers have been in the same pots. my friend had a bad reaction/infection on every finger and when she went in the next day told her they wouldnt take them off because it would make it worse and gave her a gift certificate. As if shed go again.

John and T are really friendly and Have kind service and they give good feedback when we start conversations.:)
