I received wonderful service on my nail day here. Such a cute little spot in town too. I have a picture of what I wanted done and the tech talked me through options to get closest to what I wanted, and I appreciate the clarity and professionalism !

Jackie did an AMAZING job on mine and my sister-in-laws nails! I have small hands and most would never even try to put a design on for me but Jackie did it and made it look great!!!

First time trying this place, The lady Gina comes recommended but she was very rude when I asked about a certain service I’ve never received and was curious about getting. She became very loud with me drawing attention to others. They shouldn’t accept walkins if they don’t have the time to simply explain to a customer about a specific service . My full set was $95 for long nails with 2 bling nails

Jackie is the best! I’m so happy with the shape, length, and quality of my acrylics this is the only place I’ll go from now on. Plus they have the biggest color selection of anywhere!

New to Brunswick, called @5:30p, they were able to schedule an appointment for early the next day, in the midst of the pandemic and reopening. Friendly, clean shop, good open location. May be a little pricey, not from the area so I can’t say for sure. What I can say is I paid $85 for a full set and pedicure, both with gel polish. Would’ve been about $70 in Chicago.

I paid $35 for one of the worst pedicures I have ever had. She rushed through the entire thing, only filed the nails on one foot and then only trimmed the cuticles on the opposite foot. I asked for a French and when she was finished, I had to have her go back because there was old nail polish still left on some of my toenails that was very clearly visible. Very poor service for the price I paid and I will not be coming back, nor recommending to anyone.

I got my nails done here for the first time. I just moved to brunswick and needed a good nail salon. I decided to check these guys out. They were very busy, but that usually means people love them. So I waited. I was given some colors to go through, and told them what I wanted. I was talking to a Lady that had told me Jackie and his wife are the best, so of course I was hoping to get one of them. However I think I managed to get a new guy. Ive never complained about getting my nails done before. But this guy just looked like he didnt care at all! He was also half asleep! I repeatedly told him that my nails looked clumpy. He told me to wait until he buffed them,so i did. They turned out clumpy. I probably could have done just as good, buying the supplies and doing it myself.I will not return.

Very friendly staff. Also they take great pride in what they do and do a excellent job. They make sure you are happy with you’re service before you leave. Jackie spent so much time and effort on my nails. Very professional. He does a great job !

The people are very family oriented, the vibe is always pleasant, Jackie does a great job every time. The music selection is one of a kind, youll always hear one of your favorites playing. Plus the girls are Awesome Jae always works a miracle on these feet of mine. Love Love Love them. Not to mention they are super clean!

This is by far the best nail salon I have ever been to. Jacky was friendly, welcoming and did an amazing job on my nails. Everyone else working was friendly as well, talkative and carried on great conversation from start to finish. They have a wide selection of specialty gels and acrylics that I have never seen elsewhere. This is will be my go to nail salon from now on. Thanks Jacky!

The staff is not what it use to be. The pedicure I received was done in a hurry and my feet look like all I did was lotion and paint my nails and was charged $40. My sister told the woman that she needed short cofen nails bc her baby is due in 10 days and the woman ignored her and gave her long stiletto nails and charged her $50 for something so basically that she also did not ask for. I would suggest against going here for any nail needs.

Found this place online and read the reviews so I thought I would give them a chance. Absolutely LOVED my nails and that’s an understatement. I got exactly want I wanted. Gina slayed my nails. If I’m ever back in town I know where to go.

This salon is one of the best according to my fiancé and she is a perfectionist. She got acrylic nails done by Crystal and they came out amazing. I got a pedicure by Marisa and it was so relaxing. The staff is very polite and attentive to make sure your nails are exactly to your liking. 10/10 would recommend.

Im not the one to post reviews, but I do read them and I gotta say...WORSE customer service. The older man who did my nails was rude and VERY unpleasant visit. Asked for a simple design on my nails and he gave me 100 reasons of why he couldnt do it, instead of trying to find a way to give me something similar not identical, just similar to what I really wanted. I was very much disappointed with my visit and not satisfied at all. Again, Im not the type to leave reviews, but dont waste your hard earned money. I would rather wait hours at Diamond nails before going back there.

Technicians did not focus enough on the toes. Feet were not scrubbed as well as they should have been. Usually the Vietnamese ladies do a good job. These ladies were local, and they were more interested in having a conversation with each other about their ‘men’. I guess an empty salon is not always a good thing!

Very clumpy nails. The guy was half asleep. I had to remind him of what to do! He was drimiling and almost dremmeled half the nail off. And he didnt just do it once. He did it TWICE! They owned was sitting right there. He told me to tell him if I dont like it. And I repeatedly stated that they were clumpy. Nothing was done.

I was a little skeptical about coming here, but from the reviews and good things Ive heard about this place, I decided to give it a try and is very pleased! Highly recommended and they give you quality work. 😍

Im from out of town and needed 2 nails fixed. Walked in at 7:02 (closed), and Jackie was nice enough to fix my broken nails. He did a great job and got me right. Thanks Jackie for helping me out even after closed.

It really saddens me to write this review.I moved here over a year ago and had a hard time finding a good nail salon but finally found Creation Nails and felt like I found the nail shop for me.I liked the atmosphere and had always received fast, friendly, efficient service.However, due to my last two visits I will not be back. The main issue is the service. There are two new staff members working there now, an older gentleman and a younger female with dark hair. The older gentleman is rude, very rough with your nails, and not efficient. My nails were clumpy and he also forgot to do my design that I asked for.It looks as if he is still in training and honestly should probably not be providing services until he learns more.The younger female with dark hair is rude and also rough. She cut my pinky toe, buffed my feet entirely too hard,plus she huffed and puffed the entire time during my pedicure. I will be honest (my feet were in bad shape because I hadnt gotten a pedicure in a while) however I am sure that she had seen far worse than my feet and the least she could have done was provided my service with a smile but she did not. Also, I used to enjoy the laid back urban environment, but it has now become annoying. The employees (specifically pedicure girls) are always having inappropriate conversations and make rude comments about the customers. As a result, this was the final straw. I will not be back. Jackie and Gina if/when you read this, please reevaluate your staff and listen to what your customers are saying on these reviews. Sadly, I can see you losing alot of business in the near future if changes are not made starting with mine.
