My daughter wanted her nails done for her 13th Birthday. Friends recommended Angel Nail Spa. Im glad we listened. Clean and friendly atmosphere. The nail tech did a great job.

I have been coming to this location for about 2-4 months now. I use Lysa religiously and she has NEVER let me leave unhappy. I love my nails anytime I leave. I have not used the other techs but other customers seem happy when they leave as well. There is never a wait either she always gets me in on time and she is the fastest mail tech I have EVER worked with.Dont mind my man hands but she does great work.

This is my go-to Nail Salon and have loved my nails each time. Theyre all super friendly & I have never had a complaint no matter which nail tech helped me out. I always make an appointment, usually the day of, and havent had any issues with long waits or being rushed in and out. Additionally, they have alot of color options which I love!

Nails breaking after 3 days went back paid for it broke again was told u need a new set hasnt even been 2 weeks and wouldnt cut my nails under worst $40 i ever spent. So disappointed

I had a great experience with this place. A friend took me in because I loved her polish. We had a mani pedi - I hadnt had my nails done in FOREVER - and hate being lectured about picking my cuticles - no lectures - just a very warm welcome. My toes are still perfect (Ill spare you the picture) and Ive included a picture of my fingernails to demonstrate how well the polish has stayed in place -(I had the gel polish put on - well worth the money as Im hard on my nails). I think Ive had it on for three weeks now and about to book another appointment to get it redone only because of the regrowth. Also - I had them put a tip on the one nail as it had broken just before going in - it looked perfect and Ive had no issues. Wish I would have taken a picture of them done. They looked so pretty.UPDATE: 1/16 - I will agree that the guys tend to do a better job. My nails did not last as long this time and the paint job wasnt as perfect.

Lysa is fantastic. It’s been a struggle for me to find a nail tech that does my acrylics the way I like them, but she does them perfect each time without me having to even pay attention. I highly recommend her as well as angel spa. My friend has gotten gel manicures her with the other ladies who work her and she has never had a complaint. Glad I found such a great spot!

I go there for the pedicures and I always feel like I have new feet when I leave!

Went here for the first time as a referral from my coworkers & I loved it!! One of the guys (not sure of his name) did my nails & he was super gentle & quick I was in & out with one of the best looking full sets I’ve had in a while. Will definitely return & reccomemd to friends.

We had an appointment at another nail place that we have gone to for years,we walked in 10 min before our appointment and they said they no one ever called and they dont take apts.anymore.There were able to fit us in for my husbands Birthday pedi!Will definitely be back!Thank you

I have been coming here for years. It use to be a great place. They changed there quality of shellac nail polish recently and now it comes off within a week of them putting it on. I had it done a couple times just to make sure it wasnt me and it keeps happening. There nail polish is called DC its not OPI. I think they are using cheaper products. Dont come here unless you want your $25 shellac to come off within 7 days.

I love this place! I go to the same nail guy every time I come. The whole staff is super welcoming...go there a couple times and they will know you by name! I took my sister (who lives out of town) and she got her nails done here and LOVED them. I recommend this place out of all the places in Brunswick.

I was visiting from out of town and called to make an appointment for my nails and a pedicure for my son and I. I wrote down what I wanted done on the check-in. There was a total lack of communication as to offering services (I was not asked what level of pedicure/manicure I wanted for myself or my son). The person who did my pedicure was rushed and gave a terrible massage when when I asked for more pressure, and the manicure (which was done separately was started by a female who was very dry and a bit snarky). A gentleman finished my manicure and again I was not asked if I wanted to just replace my polish or if I wanted a manicure... so he replaced my polish with no manicure and no massage (I have bad arthritis and this is a reason I get the services to behind with is for the massages). I had to ask for lotion after he did gel polish on my nails and when I asked about a massage he seemed surprised and said it was just a nail polish replacement and he did a quick but poor massage (again I had listed what I wanted done when I entered the facility and was never asked to tell anyone which package I chose as it was never offered to me even though I asked face-to-face for a manicure and pedicure)Definitely not recommending this place to others!

I used to come here for years. Unfortunately I was too embarrassed to return because I had such a terrible experience. I showed a picture to the technician. It was nothing complicated. Just white nail polish with some colored glitter on the tips of my nails. He painted my nails white and then started the top coat and I stopped him and asked where the glitter was and he said they couldnt do it. This guy was seriously going to paint my nails white and send me on my way!! So I asked if he had anything similar and he said no, so I left with my nails sloppily painted with weird designs that he attempted to free hand on them. I even watched him smear the paint on my nail and he left it! UGH.

I always visit Angel Nails. All the technicians do a great job! They all take the time to make sure its perfect. I am a very particular person about nails. I highly recommend you visit.

Love all the people here. They welcome you and talk to you and always have smiles for us when we walk in. I have been going here for 3 yrs now and never disapointed.

I took my teenage daughter here for her very first set of acrylics. She was so excited but that excitement was quickly turned. She asked for her new nails to be almond shaped. First of all, several of her nails feel very loose. I doubt they will last more than a day or two. Second, the almond shape is completely crooked on several of her nails. Third, they made her bleed.She was so upset when she had her hands under the dryer but she begged me not to say anything to them to fix it because she just wanted to leave. She did not want them to touch her any more.Not worth the money or the time. I will never take her back to this salon and suggest you look elsewhere.

Had to give 1 star 0 star. Had to get a fill and he finished within 5 min and no oil was used on my cuticles. He made me pay before he painted my nails. Needless to say he didnt paint the corner of my nails and then he left the building. REALLY.......

My nails look horrible! I had gotten a full acrylic set done. I showed a picture of the shape that I wanted, what I got couldn’t have been further off. My natural nail is showing on the sides of half of my nails, two are crooked, and all but two are misshapen. While there for my initial visit I pointed out how bad my thumb looked. The tech redid it with a snide comment. She did the nail again, just as messed up as the first time. I didn’t say anything else while there. I paid, took a good look at them as soon as I left and called immediately. I wasn’t able to stay to have them fixed... When I was able to return I signed in and sat for about 15 minutes with no one saying anything. After asking I was told it would be another 15/20 minute wait. When the manager looked at my nails, he stated that it wouldn’t take long, not all of them needed to be fixed! Only two of my nails aren’t messed up. I ended up just getting a refund. I didnt have time to have them redone (not their fault), and they wouldn’t soak them off and refund me my money. Staff rudely handles service issues, and takes no responsibility for their shoddy work. This is my first and last time at this place

Do not go here...there is a nail salon on every corner so there’s no need to go somewhere for subpar service to be treated rudely. If you want to take the chance and go here, may I suggest you don’t go to the one that’s so huge she’s the size of a walrus because she’s incredibly rude and does a horrible job. I got a pedicure with her five days ago and you would think I hadn’t been to a nail salon in months. It was basically a polish change. And I left the giant beast $10 on a $30 pedicure until I realized as I got home how my feet looked horrible. I didn’t complain but I went back and I requested someone else. They tried to give me the beast again and she was incredibly sarcastic about requesting someone else, and I should’ve told her what a stupid beast she was but I just walked out and said I’ll never come here again. They lost a weekly customer and all the positive reviews are from their personal friends. I asked Sunda and she told me that. Kim does a really good job I wish I didn’t hate the salon so much over the walrus or else I’d go back and see her but I’ll never give them any of my money again.

The first time I came here, the very second I got home my nail cracked in half.After the second visit Im done with this place. Im so upset with this nail salon. I paid $35 all for my nails to be ruined before I even left the salon. The guy made one of my acrylics noticeably tilted to the left. My nail polish was swirling underneath the clear coat because he didnt let the last coat dry more before he decided to put the clear coat on. And on the 3rd day ALL of my nails are lifting. When I got home I had to repaint them, now 3 days later Im having to file all of them to make them symmetrical. The guy rushed with both my mother and I. Its ridiculous having to pay $35 for nails that look like theyre only worth $5. When I lived in San Antonio, Texas I would pay $25 for nails that looked and held up like they were well worth $65. I would NOT recommend this place, seriously.Im posting some pics above to show all the lifting and flaws. Ive removed the polish so its more visible.

Great prices. I always go to Kim and she is great! I took my mom there once too and a different woman did hers and she did a great job too, my mom was happy. We do gel polish.

Rushed, paid for spa pedicure. 30 second massage. Sat down in chair at 4:45 out by 5 pm. Do NOT recommend!!!! First and last time I will give them money. Toes already damaged. FRUSTRATED!!!!

They do a very good job. I only have issues with one person that works there and they are pedicures are too quick they do not spend enough time rubbing my feet :-) but the rest of the service is perfect

I’ve been coming here for about 2 years and I think I’m going to try somewhere else. I went yesterday about 5 to get my nails filled because they looked terrible. I usually get a manicure and or a pedicure and the last 4 times I’ve gone they do such a terrible job. I somehow always get the same woman to do my nails and she is the absolute worst. Great personality but terrible at her job. I paid extra for gel polish on a regular manicure and it all peeled off within 3 days. I thought well maybe it’s me so I’ll give it another try...nope, same thing, same tech.Decided I’d use up the gift certificate I got for Christmas and get a full set of nails put on. Omg! They were so chunky, misshaped, and started to lift. Went back to get them filled hoping maybe I’d get a different tech but nope...same one. This time she changed the shape and they are so thin...got gel polish and it’s hideous. It’s so spotty and just ugly. I’m embarrassed. Not to mention the nails are lifting and there’s dirt under them. She saw that that are lifted and just said “oh it okay.” Not to mention that one of th nails looks like it’s legit sideways. I might just see if a different salon will fix this. Glad to see they got new chairs and tables, maybe they could find someone who can do a decent fill. Disappointed

I absolutely love this place! Lysai and her brother both do amazing jobs! I would highly recommend this place to anyone and everyone I know! Lysai does the BEST job at my pointy (stiletto) junk nails! She takes time and puts lots of hard work into them. LOVE LOVE LOVE!!!!!

Worst experience I have ever had! First no sanitation. Told me my price was one with regular polish then proceed to charge me almost 30$!!! Then when I said there was no way the argued with me like they were right!!! Called ahead to make an appointment and was told 18$ for my fill. Then my bestfriend got hers down and he wouldn’t speak to her! Then also got mad at her when she asked saying she didn’t want the sparkle. She had polish all over her fingers and hand and also did not use any oil and treat her cuticle. WORST DECISIONS EVER MADE!!! LESSON LEARNED.

I have been getting my nails done at Angel Nail Spa for over a year now and I am very happy with the job my nail tech does.

I was very unhappy with my service. I went in and the nail tech was very rude to me. My gel polish was rushed through and the wrong color was put on my nails. I told the nail tech it was the wrong color as well. Normally they do a good job, but the past few times I have been in there they have rushed through my nails and were not friendly.

Sadly I had a HORRIBLE experience here. I took my sister to go get her nails done for school and we told the lady we wanted them pained and decorations added to all of them, she agreed then proceeded to do her nails. By the time she got all her nails painted the lady informed me she could only decorate one of her nails because they we too small!! She knew what we wanted yet did not tell us this part until her nails were already paimted, my little sister was crushed. This was her first time getting her nails done and she was so disappointed. Then the nail polish started chipping that night before she could even go to school the next day!!! By the end of the next day, they were almost all chipped off. I was disappointed by the whole situation.

So I went there not that long ago, It was horrible. The guy who did my nails was rude and disrespectful. He tried to blame his mistake on me, even if it were my mistake he was very rude about it and didnt handle it well. The whole time he was fixing my nails he made ugly comments. When I walked out he also said something rude as well. It was off putting and it was a bad time. (( I would give it 0 stars but I cant ))

Ive been going to Angel Nail Spa for over 2 years. The older reviews are right on for when they were posted. Over time I have seen almost 100% employee turn over. The quality of work (acrylics) has gone way down. It used to be a beautiful place to go for really great prices, but now they make stupid upgrades like cheap LED lights instead of maintaining the equipment and cleanliness of the stations they have. Right now the nail dryers fan is broken and missing its knob. They put a temporary plug-in fan on the table but even it is on its last leg since 2 weeks ago. The walls have been banged up by tables and chairs and splattered with chemicals.It could really benefit from some more training for its meager staff and consistency for uniform. They know me by name. I come in every 2 weeks or so, but even I get treated like Im pretty unimportant. I cant tell you the last time I was served in the order in which I signed in. Lately I get sat at a womans station (who must not be qualified to do acrylics because all she does is take off my polish and start to file my nails really slowly). Then I get moved to another persons table (usually when they finish with someone that got sat AFTER me). I couldnt tell you anyones name. They dont wear name tags or introduce themselves. They answer their personal cell phones and speak other languages to other employees and laugh right in front of customers.Im really sad because I had tried a few of Brunswicks other nail salons before going to this one 2 years ago and I never want to go back into those. I hope this review prompts Angel Nail to close for a few days and clean up!

IF I COULD GIVE 0 STARTS I WOULD. SAVE YOUR MONEY!!!!I was very unhappy not only withy service but they rushed and didnt even get my shape right. My nails are all different lengths and even some are crooked!!!!!! WORST MONEY SPENT, I was so upset I called the next day and they would not refund. Save your money and go somewhere else.

I have gone here twice. I cant tell you who did my nails because nobody introduced themselves or had any name tags or anything. The girl at the second table did absolutely amazing. She was super nice and actually fixed the disaster I am about to tell you about...The girl at the second to last table in the back... Whole different story. My acrylics were chunky and thick, the shape was way wrong and half of my nails were crooked. The polish was uneven and started chipping the next morning. Within a week three of my acrylics were already lifting and my hair was getting stuck under them, and the edges were so rough and uneven, they looked so bad. If you looked at them from the side you could see lumps and bumps, and she didnt even glue the tips on all the way, so the ends of my nails were peeling up underneath, and getting dirt stuck under them. It was a disaster. Not to mention I paid extra for gel polish and chrome, worst money ever spent. (She also told me I was wrong when I picked my color. Like sorry lady I think I know what I want on my own hands)The only reason I went back the second time was because my friend had been going there and her nails always looked good. I was glad to see the problem wasnt the salon itself, but the one employee.

My mom seen her had an appointment, polish old & thick never dries. ..she knew my mom wanted toe nails polished and ignored her when my mom asked her to polish them. She rushed, walk-ins get treated better lol. She cut my moms nails down told her they look better, my mom was like what!? Filed wrong not stiletto at all she rounded them. Her nthumb nail fell off what sucks more is the acrylic cracks,nails break...Ive never seen a salon with so many people coming in due to nails cracking breaking off ! I give it 3 rating due to location, poor nails&price. Lisa is goodThough I do believe majority of these people need to go back to school & learn time management, proper sterilization of nails. .clinical way to do nails, nail art, also socialization with customers -lol how to treat the customer !
