I have had several years of experience with carter land services through my business at SMaRT Physical Therapy and personal property as well. I will say with 100% confidence that this company exceeds all my expectations, has followed contract completely, and are very professional. They are respectful to all my patients that come in/out of the door, and the biggest kicker is they always show toward the end of the day or during lunch as to not disturb my business. Above all, they dress professionally as well. That’s hard to find in a landscaping company. Both my lawns have absolutely no flows in either the flower beds or the actual lawn. If I could give more than 5 stars I certainly would.

I sent an email to Carter Land Services on June 1, 2019 expressing my dissatisfaction with the maintenance and chemical application service on my property. After greater than 2 weeks, other than an administrative email, my concerns have been addressed at all.Here are some of the performance issues specifically addressed in the maintenance agreement that I signed several months ago.1. Soil samples will be taken on the first visit. ...This was not done as far as I can tell. I never received any report or results on the sample testing. With testing and analysis, you are shooting in the dark as far as plant/turf nutrition is concerned.2. Turf areas are to be treated with granular fertilizer a MINIMUM of 2-3 applications per year during the growing season.I am aware that one inadequate and slipshod application was made after I complained twice. I then specifically complained about this in an email of June 1 but nothing has been done. The turf is not growing evenly and the color is not healthy in most places. This is not acceptable service and Carter Land Services is not performing per the maintenance agreement that I signed. Corrective action is required to this breach of contract.3. Weeding of plant beds shall be performed by hand if weeds are larger than 4 in height, weeds less than 4 in height will be cut down and sprayed with RoundUp.The weeding service is inconsistent and inadequate. There are weeds in the plant beds that are greater than 4 in height and also less than 4 in height. They have not been removed by hand nor have they been cut down and sprayed with RoundUp. I specifically complained about this in my email but nothing was done. This is not acceptable service and Carter Land Services is not performing per the maintenance agreement that I signed.Carter Land Services is not providing Professional Landscaping Services? Its performance is not professional.I wonder if anyone will notice and respond to this factual review?
