They show up at my house and barely spend any time or cover the yard completely. I call and no one answers. I’ve tried six times to have someone address the fact that I have more weeds than I ever have in the past. The mobile app is not helpful either. My yard is covered in weeds, yet they have no problem charging my card immediately.

I inquired about the cost of their service. I received a call promptly and learned that I cannot afford them. Since telling them that I would not buy the service due to cost, I have been contacted no less than five additional times. Each time I respectfully ask that they stop calling me. And yet they continue to contact me! They have no respect for the potential customers and now I will NEVER. Do business with them even if I win $1 million! Don’t contact these people! They believe harassment is a way to gain customersI did as they asked for the reply below, and not two hours later I received another call. That’s two today. I told the caller earlier not to call me. I went on this site here and told you not to call me and I told us last caller not call me. I have verified that I am part of the do not call registry. If you contact me again I will go through do not call.gov and make sure you are fined appropriately.

Be aware!! We hired custom spray to fertilize our yard and treat for mosquitoes. Custom spray recently sold their business to Trugreen. The first and only time they’ve been on our property they’ve managed to take their truck and trailer back it into our brand new $1500 basketball hoop, which is set in concrete. The service tech continued to fertilize our yard and did not even come to the door or leave a note to let us know he caused such damage to our property. I have it all on my ring camera and have the footage saved. I called the company over two weeks ago and still have not been able to get anyone to call me back. Now our basketball hoop is overhanging our driveway and is a safety hazard. Such a disgrace of a company can’t even believe they made it nationally. I would not let them on your property!! I have heard they have a bad reputation in the community and now I see why. I will be discontinuing service if I can get anyone on the phone to help me ASAP. We paid for our season upfront with custom spray so I’m sure Trugreen‘s representatives will not call us back to cancel because they would owe us a refund. Stay away from this company!

Great communication with lawn care scheduling and from our TruGreen Application Specialist! So far the lawn looks very nice...but we still see some weeds that were there from the previous application! I contacted a TruGreen Customer Care Representative initially and she was most helpful renewing for 2021 Season and giving a discount since we pre-paid! Thanks, Neal

Canceled twice already. They still come to my house and do stuff and charge me. Unbelievable . Its something different each time as well

My lawns have really improved and very green. the first year I used them was to get rid of the weeds and fertilize.. By the second year, such an improvement. Every year after is just maintenance.

Cancelled my prior company for poor results. Contracted and paid a YIA and received first application a little over 2 weeks ago. Green yes, weeds yes everywhere. Dandelions in full bloom along with many others. 4 days ago I submitted a service request online where it states I would be contacted in 24 hours. What do you think? the clock is still ticking. I called 3 different Local numbers all of which go to the national call center where the prompting maize takes me to being placed on hold for several minutes before telling me I have a 45 minute to 1 hour wait!!! Its 10:30 am for crying out loud! I chose the call me back option and will have them on a short leash but will likely cancel and request my $500+ refund and go with a local responsive company. Horrible first impression. BTW my name is on the account and Strongsville Ohio is the local operation if anyone at TruGreen gives a darn

I requested a call to discuss lawn mowing service. I was unaware that it was not a service offered. A representative called me and when I told her I was requesting that service she said We dont offer that so I cant help you then abruptly hung up. Super rude. Didnt even ask if I needed other services. I may have obliged.

They are prompt and the lawn looks great. Pricing is fair as well. I like the email reminder notifications as well.

Truegreen always lets me know when they are coming and when they have completed their service. Friendly customer service.

Im not happy Ive been trying to get intouch with custmer Service to go over my concerns of my lawn... called 2 to 3 hour wait your fast to get paid but after that seeds im on my own and hope to run into the person taking care of my lawn

I paid $300 for aeration and overseeding, the results was ok but noticeable. During the servicing the technician hit my house and damaged the siding on my brand new home I had built last year. The service Manager Robert had agreed to pay for the siding to be replaced, but I haven’t heard from him in 4 months now. He will not even return a call or text! If bad customer service is where you’ve set your sights then look no further!

Do not use this company In Brunswick Ohio. Bad business practices. They lie to customers. I will never ever use this company ever again.

Absolutely horrible experience! Used them for lawn fertilizing and spent $700 for nothing! Weeds everywhere and our grass doesn’t grow! My husband has called customer service and no one calls us back! Don’t use TruGreen Brunswick!

IVE BEEN USING TRUGREEN TO TREAT MY RESIDENTIAL PROPERTY FOR A COUPLE YEARS AND THE LAWN HAS BEEN WEED FREE SINCE. WITH A LITTLE WATERING ON MY PART THE GRASS IS AS GREEN AS IT CAN GET ALLOWED BY LAW. THE TECHS SHOW UP AS SCHEDULED AND TREAT PROBLEM AREAS AT ONCE.

Service was good. Give notification on the date of service then again on the day as to approximate ETA. Grass looks a bit healthier than before service began. Not a large difference but may need to move forward with additional service for upcoming year.

True green employees are professional, courteous, always follow up & try hardest to meet customer satisfaction.

I have used them for over 20 years but a month ago they came out and over applied weed killer and killed my lawn. I am paying them to make my lawn look nice not to kill it ! I called and it took over two weeks for them to look at and then they told me they would come out Aerate and re-seed and did not show up after i stayed home all day ! Came out finally and Aerated very poorly and put down 45 lb. of seed on one acre of yard, and told me to keep watered ? Who is paying me to water my lawn ? When i call to speak to a Supervisor i get the run around and no call back. Very unhappy with this Co. I dont think they know what they are doing.

Had there service for 2 years they where ok when I called to voice concerns about weeds and browning areas they came out to retreat however the weeds and browning remained. I feel because I had paid the year in advance and it was after the last application they really didnt care

Customer service was poor

Specialists all seem very professional, well trained. Always on time & thoroughly dedicated to doing the job proficiently,take pride in their work. The results are evident. Lawn & shrubs are thriving & it is easy to see it.. Top notch service & evident results.

The only thing that I would comment on is that my Aunt lives next door and we get our service at different times. It seems that they should be scheduled at the same time. I think that my specialist needs to look at the weeds on my property and treat them each time that they come.The service is very good and thats why I keep coming back.

I have used TRUGREEN for multiple years now. I have been satisfied with their professionalism, timeliness, and the appearance of my lawn. My lawn looked green and full throughout the summer and I actually had comments made by friends and family. My specialist was great, and anytime I had an issue (crabgrass or weeds) pop up, I simply called or emailed and they responded and came out in no time.

When i signed up in the spring i paid for the whole year at one time and i was told i would get 7 lawn treatments. The receipt shows six treatments for this year. Every treatment they treated for weeds and i have clover (which is one of the easiest weeds to kill) all over my lawn, when i called the company and complained they did another treatment at no cost, when i looked at the receipt the amount of weed killer was a lot more that a regular treatment.The company wanted to do an aeration and over seeding and the company quoted a price of $212.95 and my credit card was charged $347.47, I called the company about it and was told that they would credit my credit card $134.52, i was fine with that until i got my credit card bill and no credit was on the bill, so i called the company and complained, they told me they gave me a credit. i dont want a credit i wanted my money back and they said it would be on the next billing cycle. I am waiting to see if i get 7 treatment this year, if not they will be getting another call. You tell me how their service was!!!!

I have some very old miniature crab trees in my front yard. They have been losing leaves every season and it looks a mess when they fall. The person handling my home suggested a treatment for the trees for this and it worked beautifully. I am so glad he mentioned it.

Like the call ahead so that I know you are coming. Been with you for 2 years and so far have been pleased with the quality of my service. Would like to have one person doing my entire service such as Daryll. He has been a constant, but my lawn service person has been a revolving door the past 2 years. All have been very friendly, but having consistency is important to me.

My lawn is in the best shape since I have lived here for 21 years. The lawn is thick, lush, and deep green in color. I always receive a call the day before you come out, and they are always here that next morning, weather permitting. My specialist, Chris Zapotechne is excellent. Chris is the reason I will stay with TruGreen. He is professional, knowledgeable and courteous as well.

The specialists from Trugreen do a great job. They are prompt and courteous, and always check in with me before beginning with and application. The lawn looks good throughout the year -- much better than when I tried to treat the lawn by myself.

My yard was fertilized on schedule and the staff did a thorough job. They were friendly and professional when my wife spoke with them at the door after fertilizing was complete.

VERY disappointed. Was told that the Lawn Pest Control would help take care of pests and insects throughout the lawn. What the representative failed to tell me was that they only treat around the house, and a 3 foot perimeter around the lawn. They dont treat the entire lawn. This was a waste of money as it hasnt helped

We LOVE TruGreen! We made a huge mistake and did not treat our lawn for one year and the entire yard turned to weeds! It was awful! Since we started TruGreen service - our yard is back to beautiful! We just had a landscaper come quote us some work in our yard and he made multiple comments about how beautiful and healthy our grass and lawn is! Great job TruGreen!

I used TrueGreen service and I can tell you that was the waste of my money ! My lawn looks horrible after they treated multiple times !Crabgrass everywhere, I called them and complain multiple times and theynever fixed the problem ! meanwhile you are being charged hundreds of dollars but you are not going to get service ! Again my yard looks horrible and I wasted so much money with TruGreen ! I would strongly suggest people not to use there service !

The latest Tru-Green event went well.. Apparently, things are starting to green up, and most of the weeds are on the decline.. Also, trees and shrubs seem to be doing well.. Results are Improving.

The gentleman that does our lawn is always courteous. He rings the bell to make sure we know he is on the property. If were not home and/or not available when hes finished, he always leaves a note letting us know what he did and what his recommendations are for future care of our lawn.Yes, our money is very well spent on TruGreen service. We are on a fixed income and our budget can be tight at times but we feel we get so much value for our dollars from TruGreen service consequently TruGreen is always included in the budget.

They always do what they say and will do almost whatever it takes to make you happy if they didnt

Poor quality of service. Striped my lawn in the spring. When The service technician came back out he left me. A note stating stripes are from the lawn mower. Guess he didnt see the light and dark stripes from not putting fertilizer down correctly or maybe he didnt give a crap.Aerated my lawn and over seeded in the fall, a service I never asked for, and damaged my sprinkler heads. Took me a month to get credit for that and have my system fixed. Good thing I canceled in the fall because they do a rollover contract. They wont call you next spring to see if you want to continue to use them, no they just roll it over and start screwing you the next year without missing a beat.
