Im usually very happy with this salon. The ladies do nice work efficiently and pleasantly. The lady who did my manicure and pedicure last night did a very good job. However, I wasnt please what happened initially. When I walked in, I was directed to a station and put my stuff down. The manicurist (who worked on me twice before) asked me to pick out a nail polish, the stand of which was by the door. While I was perusing the color, an elderly Asian woman came in and was greeted. She said she needed a manicure and was directed to a station- my station. The manicurists moved my belonging to another station because this elderly Asian woman apparently took priority. I found it hugely rude and inappropriate.

Ive been to other nail salons and no other salon has done my nails as good as bella salon. The people there are really nice and they sometimes offer me water which is great. Also, my mom knows them well because she works near by and we both get our nails done together and when we do, theres no rush at all and they always compliment how pretty my nails look. I love coming here and if it werent for the prices, I would come here more often than usual 🤗❤

Three technicians we had were gentle and the nails are super thin. The staff hardly speaks to anyone. I saw a lady wait 17 minutes as she stood infront of the male techician, he waited to verbally greet her. I would have walked away. The public should read these reviews, some of us are trying to give you fare warning. Two days later we had pedicures at Cosmo Nail Bar, so far they have been the best salon They have thicker nails, great customer service and their work meets our high standards.

When I walked in they asked me what I wanted. I told them I wanted my toe nails polished. They told me to sit down and wait. Then two other clients came in and they were served first. I waited almost an hour. And nothing. So I walked out. They were very rude.

Ive been going there for a few months. Very disappointing. I always ask for an appointment then when I arrive and Monica starts on me if someone walks in to have a wax job she gets up leaving me there. Like I dont have anything else to do but wait. She had a bad attitude with me. I asked her why she NEVER gives a leg message. She made up some ridiculous excuse. Most places wrap your legs in 2 towels. Then doing my manicure she brought very hot water for me to put my hand in I told her it was to hot. She then said then you want it cold? She was very irritated and I said no just bring warm water..When she brought it I asked if I could have a pillow for my back. She brought 1 and after giving it to me she asked very rudely Do you want anything else before I sit down. I was made to feel like I was a bother to her, not made to feel relaxed and happy. I couldnt wait to leave. I wont be going back..Im sure she could care less.

It was close to closing time but they took me in and did both the manicure and pedicure and didnt rush despite closing time. Linda was great on the pedicure and very through on the manicure.

Wife loves it here. They offered me water while I waited, which wasnt long.

The worst service I ever received! First off did them SUPER slow, which would of been ok I guess if they came out good.bit it didnt. My nail shape wasnt even right or even with other nails. They felt like the at home kits that you buy at Walmart. My daughter nail he had done 5 coats on it. Which all of us know thatll just make it look big and clumpy and easy to ruin . Which by the way did . Please dont waste your time nor money like we had.

Cheap material. Ugly nail job and ugly costumers service. I went to do my acrylic nails and the paint took off the same day! I went back to get my money back and the owner said it was my fault. Never again!
