Paola, the property manager, is very unprofessional. We have hosted three parties at this venue. With our last party we experienced the new management under Paola. She is very rude, refused to offer a receipt when charging us for items that were clearly included in the contract, and she purposely turned off the aircon during our party after voicing our concerns regarding her customer service. We will be reporting her to the BBC and pursuing a civil suit. Paola deletes negative comments off of the Facebook page, and refuses to allow customers to speak with the property owners. We were hoping to host a fourth party at this venue but will most definitely not step foot into the establishment again.

Horrible customer service!!! I got out of work at 5 and started calling different venues to see if they were open so I could stop by. Many venues were open and let me stop by regardless the time. But when I called The Ebony House to see if I could stop by to check out the venue, some RUDE lady answered! She could of simply said, sorry were closed, come tomorrow or she could of just let the phone go to voicemail! But no, instead she speaks to me as if I was barging into her own home and was so mad at the fact that I wanted to check out the venue at 730 pm. Yes, I understand it was late, but many Venues stay open till late hours. It was still sun out! The venue might be great and the prices might be reasonable, but just because I was spoken to in such a rude manner, that lady lost my service! Nobody should be yelled at for asking a question.

I have my wedding here this year. Mangers really work with you on dates and your needs whether it be an indoor or outside event. The prices were fair. Parking isnt that great and its near a somewhat busy street that offers sounds from passing by cars if youre using the outside area. Great for pictures and photography. Although its extra if you hire your own.

Attended a wedding reception here. The location was very picturesque. The service and food were impressive for being prepared in house.

My friend had her wedding here and it was absolutely beautiful! The staff was accommodating and easy to work with!
