The food was delicious. The portions were huge! The ambiance was great. Staff were amazing. I went on my birthday and they brought me a sparkler candle for my cake that was beautiful and overall it was a great experience.

I went there with a friend of mine and our kids. The vibe was good, but the food was disappointing. I ordered Salmon that comes with rice and veggies, and just ate the salmon. The dish didnt look as yummy for the price. Nothing really special for the prices they have.

First time here for my grandmothers birthday. The food and service couldnt be better. Our table was attended by a guy of last name Montoya, he made sure every single one of our guests requests was taken care of. We went for lunch, the ambiance was relaxing and as I previously mentioned the food was great. We had a great time.

I arrived an 2 hours later my food was ready. they said the kitchen was stuck. i agreed to wait the 45 minute suggested cook wait. it was double that . i was hungry and disaoointed. but the wait staff and hosatess was very pleasant and helpful.

What a great place to take your family and friends for delicious food and nice ambiance! Date night vibes, for sure! I always order the calamari to start and my favorite dish is the chicken with sun dried tomatoes ravioli. They have a full bar so whatever you’re in the mood for, they’ll have. We ordered a Tomahawk steak that was cooked to perfection. We joked that it looked like they served us a dinosaur. That thing was HUGE! Another favorite is the seafood prince Edward. My husband always gets that dish and is never disappointed. Their dessert options were on point. We ordered the Toscachon which was the perfect amount of sweet without the heavy. All in all, you’ll enjoy this place!

First time eating there. The ambiance was very nice and service was fast and explained the menu well. The food was delicious and they served a complimentary basked of bread that was delicious. Had the chicken marsala and the artichoke spinach dip appetizer that was half price because it was happy hour Monday -Friday 4:00-7:00 PM. Not sure if that is something they are doing all the time or not. That being said the price of the food was expensive. Paid a little over $100.00 included 15%tip for 3 people. Thats why I gave 4 stars instead of 5. I still would recommend eating here because the food is delicious but maybe not every day, just on a special occasion.

Omg! This place is absolutely our favorite spot in Brownsville! The drinks are freaking strong and the food is absolutely delicious and hot! Each portion is very good to satisfy your tummy! We are definitely coming back here everytime we go on vacation here! Again.. the drinks here so good and strong you will be leaving happy!

Calamari highly recommended crispy and fresh, Tuna tartare was phenomenal my favorite the espresso martini I will definitely be back for a few more. Our server Fernando was outstanding! Thank you for being prompt and friendly great customer service! Two thumbs up highly recommend.

It was our first time here and now I am wondering why it took so long. The service was very fast, our table was ready with a reservation, and the food was excellent. I had a ribeye covered with gorgonzola and peppers and mushrooms and it was put of this world. My wife had the Frutti Di Mare and it was excellent as well. Huge scallops, mussels, and class. The fondue appetizer with crab was very good as well. And the waiter gave us a big slice of cheesecake since we told him we were recently married and that was a wonderful finishing touch. We will definitely be back!

Extremely disappointed! The entree I ordered looked and tasted awful. The manager was not accommodating, telling me that he could not remove that item from my ticket and added that no restaurants would do that anywhere. After explaining that I could not be forced to eat and pay for something that was that bad, he said he would exchange it only if the chef agreed 🧐. What happened to good customer service??? I was able to exchange it, and asked for it to go, but with such bad attitude, I’m afraid to eat it 😑I would give our server 5 stars though!Spinach dip was delicious. At least I got to enjoy that.

Lunch Combo its Really good. We had Paninis and Salads and Natural Lemonades. Everything was fresh and Music was according whit the Atmosphere. We were invited by Mayra our Server to listen Live Music on Weekend. We will try it!! I highly recommended this place.

This place offers a great deal of alcoholic beverages, and the food is quite exquisite. The lighting at night makes it perfect for romantic dinners for couples. But as the same token for birthday celebrations with friends and family. The waiters are educated in the menu and, are attentative to your tables. As well as polite the guys are perfectly groomed and well mannered. Over all this place is a 10 out-of 10.

Celebrated my sons graduation party at the event hall food and service was great!!

Came here with my wife and 11 month old son and the place was almost empty just before lunch. The waiter was very professional and kind, attentive, once we got our food we were very satisfied and everything was delicious. Prices are a bit high but definitely worth the experience. I would definitely recommend it for anyone.

This place is surprisingly posh and ambient. The exterior appears to be a fairly casual affair but give it a Friday night and what a great place to take a date.We were greeted and seated promptly. Our waiter was friendly, pleasant and very efficient. The focaccia was warm and salty. My husband ate nearly two baskets himself. We ordered the Tuna Tostadas, Meat Ravioli for him, the Cobb Salad for me and the kids spaghetti dinner for mini me. Food was anywhere from fair to pretty tasty but better than the average here. My husband wasnt overly impressed with the ravioli but... Our server was so attentive and not overbearing at all. Refilling drinks before we even realized wed need them.I would definitely recommend. One of the better establishments in the area, imo. Outstanding service. We will be back on our next trip to Brownsville.

We started off with shrimp aguachile which delivered with a base and umbrella made out of pineapple. The shrimps were large, cooked perfectly and covered with a chili infused water With sliced cucumbers. It was very good and the sweet pineapple helped cut the heat of the chilis a bit.

My husband and I got the Tomahawk steak and it was great, definitely recommend. The other food our table ordered looked delicious as well.

This is one of the top restaurants in the RGV and would hold up in Houston or Dallas. The oven-baked white shrimp pizza is amazing. The shaved tuna and salmon carpaccio apps are bomb. The service is top notch and the setting is surprisingly upscale. Definitely a go to for an elegant night in Brownsville.

Staying overnight for business and stopped here for dinner and a drink. Fantastic service and the food was extremely yummy! Miyra was the bartender and you couldn’t ask for better service.

Usually a great place maybe the service had an off night but very disappointed about the service, lamb rack was cold and then they offered desserts but only had cheesecake, not sure if well return, took the family and paid a pretty penny, expected better, Oh well!

Great service affordable prices....

The music is relaxing and thr crowd is quite. The price isnt the worst, after all you get what you pay for. The dishes where very presentable. The staff was a little slow but very friendly. They could work on thier appetizers selection as well. Needless to say, I will be back on a regular basis.

Highly recommend the Tomahawk...got ours sliced as it was to be shared.

A bit of Mexican Hospitality in Our City

Ambience was fantastic I love the food my husband thought it was a little bland, Ricardo was the most awesome server!

We made a reservation for 8 yesterday and everything went so smoothly! The service was excellent, the food Was delicious and the drinks expertly made! Our party was seated in an in area all our own and our waiter was wonderful! You can’t go wrong with Toscafino! We will definitely be back!

The Chicken Toscafino was delicious!! The Manhattan drink I had was perfect as was the Blueberry Smash!! Delicious food and drinks! Great ambiance!

I had amazing Red Snapper, and margaritas were a great value! Wifes meal didnt turn out but their service was impeccable and they took care of it quickly. Will be back to get that tomahawk!

Ricardo has been amazing. He has helped us the two times we have been here. Food is great for what you pay for and the lunch special is a great deal. Their menu has a pretty large range of choices and prices, but all of it is great, so dont be afraid of some the prices on the menu. My first good impression of this restaurant was when I walked in. The atmosphere is very professional, while inviting. Always pretty quiet, as designed by the of the building.

I ask for a medium well ribeye and i received a mediem rare one with no seasoning. It is a nice place to have dinner.

The food was good, but I wouldnt necessarily call it special. The service was good and the ambiance is nice. The live music was not too loud but just enough for it to be enjoyable.

Our waiter, Ricardo was by far one, if not the best, waiter we’ve had. Excellent service. Manager alejando was very polite . Would go back again! Great selection of liquors. Good ambiance. Perfect for a lovely meal!

The Service and the food

Have only been here once. My husband and I loved the food (their Toscafino chicken is awesome!) and their cucumber martinis are pretty good, too. I dont know if looks the same during the day, because we went for dinner, but it was a little too dark for us here.

Try any of their excellent seafood dishes. We were totally impressed with their skill! Very competent waitstaff. Ask for Fernando. Really knows the menu. We had good side salads as well. For dessert we had the crepes they were utterly amazing.

Our dinner experience with Ricardo was wonderful...great waiter. He was friendly attentive to details. He explained the menu to us and was happy to ask the chef to make additional additions to our requests. Food was excellent also....our compliments to the chef.

Ordered the Steak Risotto. Great portion size and worth the price for the quality of food. Great atmosphere for a quiet lunch or perhaps a business lunch meeting. So far, has not failed to impress. Thanks for a great meal and service. Looking forward to return.

We all really enjoyed the food, the presentation, service and entertainment. Overall wonderful evening.
