Its a laundry mat. I only saw a few machines out of order. Was in and out under a hour. Got a drink at the bar down the street while waiting. Edit i changed my mind the machines took my money and the owner wont give it back. Even though its 5$ its still a shady way of running a buisness. Go to another one honestly.

There is a lot of out of order washers and dryers here, not sure what is up with that. So if you come at busy times, youre going to have to wait for a machine. Not a super clean laundromat either but I like the 24 hours and free wifi. This laundromat definitely needs a big upgrade or Brookings should just open up a new one.

Its nice and clean and moat of theor machines work. Not as many out of order machines...$2.75 to wash a load.

This place has a CCTV but, unfortunately, it wasnt working. I lost a laundry basket here. I called and complained but I was told that they could not help me with the CCTV because its broken. No solution was suggested by the owner regarding the stolen item. I was disappointed.

Clothes came out of washer soaked and are taking 3 hours to dry not to mention most units are out of order, least the place is clean

Washers are very small and usually out of order. The cost is 2.50 per load. Dryers work well on high heat. It usually takes 1.00-1.50 to dry. Dont bother trying to get back any lost money from them.Free WiFi. Close proximity to restaurants and bars.

I love this place. Clean orderly. But as of recently all the machines are almost broken down. Machines are my money.... And no response back from owner and they place looks kind of neglected in cleanliness...

There were over 20 broken machines at this laundry mat. Only three people doing laundry and we had to wait for a machine. Totally ridiculous!! Do Not Come Here!!!

Very clean, evenat 12:30 on Sunday morning

Over half of the washers and dryers are out of order. The small washers are $2.75 and the bottom of the drum only goes halfway down the machine. It’s HALF of a small washer. Scam.The “triple” loaf washers are the size of a regular washer and cost $4.75.And the icing on the cake, the super washer just ate $6.75 from me. No out of order sign. Just took $7 and did nothing.Don’t even get me started on .25 cents for 5 minutes of drying.I get they have to make a profit, but I’ve seen much much cheaper places. Not to mention cleaner. There’s nasty stuff around the edges of the doors.If I could give it 0 stars I would, heck, if I could give it negative stars I would.I’ll never be back. This place is terrible. Take your money elsewhere.

Gets the job done. But many machines can be broken at a time and some seem older than others. Other than that not a bad place to get your laundry done. They have TVs and a snack machine (that isnt always stocked)

Most of them out of order! You will just waste your time and quarters because some of them are not labeled!

Plenty of machines, convenient to town but it is high cost for laundry.

Ruined my comforter :(Snagged it on one side and burnt a noticeable spot on the other (while drying on low heat for 20 minutes) . I followed the directions on my comforter label completely and am pretty disappointed with my visit.
