Ive had a membership here since the business opened and I canceled it today because Ive had enough of the horrible customer service. The men working today were incredibly rude and condescending at the entrance to the wash tunnel, yelling at me to put my car in neutral and arguing with me when I told them it was. They continued to berate me so I rolled down my window and showed then that my car was in fact in neutral and they were still absolute jerks.

This place is awesome! Love the way it washes my 2013 F150!Reason I gave them a 3 star...When I joined over 6months ago they said the tire shine machine was in the process of being fixed. Not fixed yet! Once they do I give it a 5 star!

Left water spots all over my vehicle. Hopefully they were just out of water softener or spot free rinse. First time there and will not go back.

An excellent Express Car Wash in Broken Arrow!! Great service and staff. Their membership options are the best in town. They offer two packages...$15/month (first month for only $1) or $30/month (first month for only $5). The Washify app is a great database to see your available washes and you can even send washes to friends and family. Check out the flat belt conveyor (no more difficulty navigating your vehicle into a tiny track). This makes it so simple. Also, be advised that BA Car Wash is brand new to Broken Arrow. Previous negative reviews reference a business no longer here. New ownership has opened a completely new business at this location.

The first place in all of broken arrow that I could fit me raptor with wide tires through. No longer washing by hand, thank goodness. Harry their manager was extremely nice, very helpful, and I snagged a membership because I was so pleased. Nice to have people that actually care about people, even when the business is all about cars!

Best car wash Ive ever been to in my life. Seriously. I love it. We dont have anything as nice or new or fancy where Im from. Happy my new state has this, & so close to where I live! I just bought a monthly membership & now I am obsessed with going every other day. Yall, I have had a membership for exactly one week now & have already been 4Xs. I dont get upset anymore when I have to park under a tree or drive through a construction zone, bc I can just pass through the carwash on my way home!

Awful...I believe this car wash dented my car. They supposedly reviewed the footage and said they saw no damage to my car when I left the car wash. When we asked to review the footage they told us they no longer had it. How convenient is that. My $10.00 car wash turned into another $175.00 for dent repairs. I suggest taking your vehicles somewhere else.

Very detailed. Bubble gum smelling foam in the auto car wash. Their service and professionalism is unmatched.

The wash equipment is nice and works well, the towels are clean, the VIP lot is a bit tight but I havent had any major issues with getting in or out. My complaint, however, is that as a place that offers you membership plans, NOBODY answers the phone, EVER; its an automated recording that sends you to an operator that never answers, so if you have a question about your account or want to cancel, youll have to go in person instead of a simple phone call. With 2 small kids in tow, during a pandemic, that makes something that should be simple, a much bigger ordeal than necessary.

Recently re-opened with upgraded brand new equipment, staff was super friendly and the vacuums worked so well. Clean, new and the basic care wash did a great job. Would love to have annual option without monthly plan discounted, also need to add explanations between the different levels and what you pay for. I picked the basic because it wasnt clear. Overall very happy with the place, equipment and quality!

I pulled up and it was a double line that was reduced down to one line and had an assistant at the computer screen overall it was a decent wash.

Love this car wash. Joined for 15 dollars a month and can go as often as I want and get a 10 dollar wash everytime. Windshield looks awesome. And the xtra air to finish drying is awesome and the absolute best vacuum system.

We paid $20 for the vest car wash. I am not impressed.The attendant did not clean the bugs off the front of the car before we went into the wash bay.I did not like the lighting in the bay either.

Purchased the $15 monthly car wash then noticed I was billed $30 on 9/29 and again on 10/1In addition when I used the car wash I didn’t get the Gold package that they we’re charging me- just the regular which is what wanted but you m being billed double! Called twice and was told a manager would call me- ha! Called twice today and no one answered the phonesNeedless to say I want a refund and I will cancel my membership and use the new one by Walmart from now on.

No pre-soak or bug scrubbing which is standard at most other locations. Operators seemed more concerned with their cell phones rather cycling people through in an orderly fashion.

Cleans your car pretty well! Not entirely spotless though still had a few bug spots on my windshield but otherwise it cleans really good. Also free vaccums!!

I signed up for their new unlimited $15 and my account has been charged $15 multiple times in a month. The washify app they use does not work and doesnt recognize my account and wants me to purchase again. Unable to get in contact with anyone to resolve. I would like to cancel this whole thing but no information on how.

Visiting with from out of town and needed an oil change after a long drive. Service was quick but pricy. Tried talking me into an engine flush (additional $65.00) yet the front counter personnel dont understand that most motor companies suggest NOT having this done to vehicles unless you are in the long haul business. They do offer a military discount which was welcoming. Now, heres the major issue I have... being from out of town I had finally found a Christian radio station to listen to. You drive my vehicle 24 seconds to put my car into the bay to service it. Why... why, why, why did you have to change my radio to a harder than usual rock station for the 24 seconds you drove it. It would have been no issue had you actually taken the time to change the station back to where I had it. It is not your vehicle and you should not treat it as such. I will never be visiting your location again... even for the free wash you gave. You dont respect my beliefs and I wont support you.

$15 wash did a pretty good job. As typical with SUVs the back still had some dirt. The drying wasn’t great.

FYI!! New management is horrible! I have been a customer of Hanks since it first opened many years ago. Yesterday while going though I noticed the tires really scraping but didnt think much about it. Once I got back to the house I noticed a piece had broke of the rim. Went back to let the new management know and was pretty much called a liar. Let them know I wasnt asking them to pay (as my rims are under warranty and can be replaced at no expense to me). Felt they needed to be aware that damage had occurred while going through and that they need to make adjustments or take measures to insure it doesnt happen again. The General Manager kept walking away from me telling me that it did not happen there that no way it happened there. Very rude man. I see now why the prices have gone up and all the old employees have left.I have never been to a business here in BA where theyre so rude and disrespectful to a paying customer. So to everyone that continues to do business there I would advise to do so with caution and inspect your vehicle prior as they do not.From this point on Legends will get my business and I will try and take all my family and friends with me. Hopefully they will fail at their new endeavor. We dont need that kind of business here in BA.

This place used to be good...Used to be! Ever since the new owners took over, this place has gone way downhill in terms of service and quality. Ive had a monthly membership at this place for years, and theres been issues with carrying over all the memberships under the previous owner. Hours have also changed without much warning. Ill will most likely be finding another automatic carwash to become a monthly member.

Ive had my Sequoia serviced there several times and theyve been very straightforward and simple. Ive also had them detail the car and I think they did a great job. Ill have no reservations in returning.

Pitiful. I had been here before and was pleased. Paid for $10 wash. Left suds all over my car. At least it got the bird poop off. Tried 3 different vacuums, barely worked. Ill never return.

Soap still dripping from my window, went to fast through the dryer that it didn’t dry. Bugs all over the front. Vacuum didn’t have an attachment & hardly any suction. Don’t waste your money.

Just ok for the money you spend. It works in a pinch. I only got the exterior washed, and it was decent.

We have a van, a gravel road and tgreen kids, our van badly needed a detail. Matt completed our detail in five hours. He didnt amazing job on her van and took the time to make sure that I feel like I got my moneys worth.The only downside was the timing the manager quoted approximately 2 hours for a full detail. Given the experience of doing details myself I would have been very surprised to see that done.6 hours would have been a very real estimate, if the manager provided this time to me I would have given them 5 stars.Thanks again Matt.

Heres a fun tidbit even I didnt know before. Hanks does auto service AND cleaning services. So I go for the early bird special on an oil change, $20 woo-hoo! If that wasnt good enough, the staff were very friendly and quick. Being a car enthusiast myself, I knew there was a problem developing with my power steering and I asked them to take a look for me. True to what I already assumed, there was a small problem with the power steering that they quickly identified and explained the procedure to correct it. The whole process took 30 minutes as they had multiple people working on my car and checking everything at the same time. Time is money and they have earned my continued business for sure. Thanks Hanks!

My car looks fantastic even a week later after getting the Ultimate car wash. Its still shiny and it has rained a couple of times since then. I also love the free vacuums they offer! I will be going back again soon!

I wouldnt even give them a one star but since I have to...... my children and I went in about a month ago and one of the brushes sounded weird when it hit my car and my oldest said mom I dont think its supposed to sound like that and I said no it sure isnt... as the brush got to the drivers side door the brush pushed my driver side mirror in and it has never done that and I have been going to this car was since it opened when I was done I pulled out and looked and there is a small dent and you can see where it scratched the side of my car around the front fender and it lightly got my back finder also I went in and talked to the lady and she told me she would call me back she called the next day to get the info of my car and told me she wrote up a report to send to the big guys and that I would here back after they looked at the cameras. Never got a call back so I called her and she told me she lost all my information and I will have to come talk to the manager 😡 This place is horrible!! The main reason I wanted to let them know was so they could fix it so it didnt damage other vehicles and they didnt even go check it out so there are probably other people with scratches and dents in there car now because theses people dont care!!!

Unfortunately this used to be the place to get our cars washed but it has gone down hill severely- duck tape holding together broken pieces of plastic when you first enter and one of the entrances is always closed due to it not working. The credit card machine quit working, so now you drive up and hand your card off to a kid who literally does not know how much any of the car washes are. one day we pulled up and waited 5 minutes before someone appeared with a horrible story (obviously fabricated) about having to fix the vacuum cleaner😂 It used to be the best place in BA to get a car wash - now sadly it has fallen into a sad state. We notice a new car wash is going in beside chick fil a so that will probably be our new go to spot .

I went for the quick convenient car wash and that is what I got. The attendent that was there was very attentive and gave me good direction. I was very pleased with how clean my car was after the wash. I would recommend Hanks to my friends and family and anyone else who needs a car wash.

District Manager has terrible customer service and is highly rude to customers. When presented a problem that they were charging my card for a monthly service, but membership card was not working he told me to get over it and accused me of lying. This went on for months. Finally, I presented the problem to the new owner thinking he would fix the problem immediately. Unfortunately I was wrong. Disappointed in this local company. Legends will now have my business.

$14 for a car wash. Still have soap on my car and bugs on the front. Just got back from traveling yesterday so the bugs should have been super easy to remove. Very disappointed.

STAY AWAY!!!! Too bad I have to leave 1 star because it is more than this place deserves. They had my bug covered, muddy interior, truck for a full detail for 10 hours, open to close, on Saturday. I went to pick it up and the front end, hood, and roof were still bug covered. Receipt claims exterior was waxed. I guess they waxed over the bugs. The interior was cleaned except for the mud covered seat, which still had dried mud covering the right side bolster and most of the stitching was still mud and sand covered. The floor mats, heavy rubber all weather, and brake and accelerator pedals, were covered with a ArmorAll like, silicone based, slippery dressing that was so slick I was barely able to drive home. Took it back to them first thing Monday morning and asked for a refund. I was told the manager would call me as he was the only one able to handle this. 8 hours later, still no call from the manager so I went back in. All the manager could say was that I needed to leave my truck with him again so he could have the problems taken care of. $160, 10 hours, and they couldnt get it right, now they want me to leave it again??? Fat chance.

I paid over $100 for an auto detail. The work was sloppy. They said they would shampoo my seats and clean out the trunk. I stopped by while they were cleaning the car and was told they just got done with the inside. The seats were dry and appeared to only be vacuumed. The wax job was sub-par, they missed several spots. They never cleaned my trunk. They said it would take about 4 hours, 5 hours later it wasnt done.The car wash service they have seems acceptable but for what they did with my car the price should have been $50 not $100 more. It seems all they did was wax the car, put clean the dash board and vacuum the inside. In the future I will just detail the car myself.

Below are the facts relating to my visit to Hanks Oil Express/Car Wash and can be verified by various third parties...I have taken my car there twice to have the oil changed and there will not be a third time.The first time the gentleman that worked there brought a paint mix type tray and told me the power steering flood looked dirty and needed to be flushed. I declined the additional service.I spoke with a person that does rotisserie car restorations and he said he has never heard of such a procedure, as well as, the garage that normally services the vehicle.All of the other Express Oil change businesses conveniently located had full bays and due to time constraints I took my vehicle back to Hanks because there were no vehicles in the bay and all I wanted was an oil change.I was again approached with the paint tray but this time it was about the oil being excessively dirty and it was suggested that it should be flushed for an additional $60 plus fee. Told them to just change the oil, I will be discussing with my normal mechanic.Then was approached with dirty air filters and shame on me for not looking at them closely when they suggested that they be changed and not looking up to from my tablet to truly look at them agreed to it.Then they came and said my car would not start and the battery was dead (completely dead) and I needed a new battery immediately. At this point, I told them if I needed a new battery I would not be buying it from them, every time I heard the door ding it was another issue requiring additional money. The young man then said, we are not just trying to get money from you. When I began to vehemently ask how a car driven into the establishment with no problems for just an oil change suddenly would not start, he replied it was an old battery and sometimes they just die and he was able to cite the exact date of the battery. I demanded that they get my car started before doing so he informed me to NOT stop at any stores nor do any shopping and not turn my car off until I was at the location I was going to buy my new battery.I did not turn off my car and went immediately to Auto Zone to get a new battery. They ran diagnostics on the battery and said it was at 450, normal is 500 but was in the expected range due to the age of the battery, there were no dead cells in the battery and it was not a bad battery. They did suggest that when I do need a new battery to have a well qualified mechanic install the battery due to the location of the main fuse box in relation to the battery and the very close proximity. (Thank you to the young man at Auto Zone, I will heed your advice).It is ironic that the Power Steering flush declined during the first visit and never performed was not suggested with stronger evidence in the paint type tray, along with, the oil/engine flush that was suggested this time as it was with the first visit.I did notice a paper posted on the wall behind the wall behind the cash register with red metallic stickers regarding upselling there were quite a few red stickers which if the sticker equals success you are doing a great job. But, I hope you are upselling services that are truly needed.I will not be taking my vehicle anywhere near Hanks and the free car wash code is going in the trash as I am not sure what new issue my car will encounter while being there.May be a good experience for others, but for me two out of two not so good experiences will not lead to number three.( And I rarely post reviews)

My wife went there for full auto detail and paid over a hundred bucks but their service were only worth a few bucks. We were so disappointed when picking up the vehicle. The stain on the chair remained the same. The ceiling was still dirty. There were untouch dirty spots. We asked them to clean it again. They took the car back in and cleaned it again. This time the ceiling was a little better but far from clean. They also messed up the ceiling fabric. We were tired of telling them how bad the job was so we paid and left. To be fair, the only acceptable things in this service were the vacuum and and car wash. But that was not what we would paid over a hundred dollars for.

When this car wash first opened it was the best in town. They were nice, everything worked and wash looked great. Over the past five to six months it has really gone down hill. Half the time the vacuums dont all work and the others are missing the end parts which make it difficult to vacuum your car. You dont use the machines anymore you have to drive thru and pay a person. They seem very unhappy and even more unhappy if you get the cheapest car wash. This place used to always be packed full all the time and now you rarely see more than 2 or 3 cars at a time. Need new ownership or better management or it wont be open much longer. I will go to the one across from Walmart next time even though its further from my home.

They are open on Sundays, but only for the car wash. Good car wash and vacuum, nothing else worth your money here, Ive gotten the detail and it was done poorly and took 3 hours

Would avoid this place, they tried to sale me a engine flush. They said my air filter was bad, but I just changed it a few thousand miles ago. They said I needed new windshield wipers, but I brought a new pair less than a week ago. Something about this place gives me a bad feeling.
