Do not go to this car wash! The automatic car wash broke the light off my vehicle, the car wash is refusing to pay damages. When I noticed the damage the manger was waiting for me to show up to give me my light but said that due to the vehicle being 10 years or older they will not pay for damages. Instead of the easy route of paying for the damages the owner rather go to small claims court. Very unprofessional and not a great way to run a business. They should really put up a sign that says they will not pay for damages the car wash causes so people know to take their business elsewhere.

This was my very first time using this car wash because I just built a new house up the street...The staff services was nice... but my daughters car was still dirty after going through the car wash... it like left streaks of dirt on the car. I dont know if its from the way the washing spirals, but it was clearly still dirty. Didnt notice until we were home. Didnt feel like going back to complain about it. I have a membership at another car wash closer to my old neighborhood and wanted a car wash closer to my new house. But I guess Ill keep going to my.old car wash because it cleans VERY GOOD....AND they provide towels to wipe down the car after washing.

The washes are fair price wise and get this they actually clean your car unlike some around BA 🚗 and the vacuums are powerful as all get out 💪🏻 great place all around 💯💯💯

Wash was fast, but my hood, back doors, and back windows were still dirty, and despite paying for the $18 Boss wash, which according to the price chart includes a hot wax, my car wasnt fully clean and definitely not waxed. The passenger and driver side doors look very nice, but that doesnt mean much when the back half of my RAV4 is still visibly dirty. I think Ill just stick with the ever-reliable hose, sponge, soap and turtle wax.

Aspen Carwash was recommended by a business colleague whose car is black and always appears to have a hand-waxed finish.Tried it for the first time today. Reasonable prices for automatic carwash services provided. Monthly passes are a Plus!Super friendly. Excellent customer service. Professional work performed.The two men at the entrance to the tunnel were awesome! They scrubbed my vehicle completely before engaging the system to begin the automated carwash.This location is excellent in proximity to many sites. Easy to get in and out of this location. This is the second time going for a car wash and will be the last! My windows were so dirty afterwards, there was no point of even going through the carwash. Waste of money!

It was a good car wash at first but now it barely provides suds and leaves the vehicle somewhat dirty. They always have two guys applying a prewash but it’s nothing more than a pre rinse because it doesn’t have soap. Windshield is never clean, nor the bumpers or fender wells. The vacuum work pretty good but that’s it.

Car wash is a good price and the vacuums are free with purchase of car wash. The vacuums have great suction and the parking lot is clean.

They were not cooperating with trying to help us understand what we do when we drive through it. Our car was starting to flip when they were yelling at us. We couldn’t see that it said Neutral because of the soap suds everywhere. I would just rather do it my self then coming here.

Gets your car really clean, but the price is a bit high. But if your needing that deep clean from a drive through this is the one.

So disappointed!! It is way over priced, there is no prewash to speak of, the brush mats are under-lubricated so they squeel as they wash your car. I was so concerned for my clear coat! It goes very slow and there is also no light to tell you when to exit, you just kind of hope its done. The price options start at 6 and go up in large increments with no real explanation of what you are getting. I was excited to see this being built in the area because it was needed, but I will not be back. The one just down 111th on memorial is much much better. This place is being mismanaged from the jump.

Great service.Great wash.Pulled up and two young men did a pre-spray and a quick scrub before sending me in the wash tunnel.Came out the other end with minimal wiping (wheels).The tire dressing must have been empty and the vacuum I picked wasn’t working (welcome to my world) but overall: Two Thumbs Up!Will not hesitate to go again!!

Im sure that being new there is some changes to come in the near future. This car wash worked and cleaned the car. With this carwash next to the house, I had high hopes but was disappointed when I went through. Although I note some points that need improvement, this carwash isnt bad or overpriced and probably a great option if you live in the immediate area and dont usually pass other carwashes in the tulsa area.There is no definition of each carwash level to help you decide which is right for you. Only prices listed 18, 15, 12, or 6.The signs had no information about passes, and they only offer monthly automatic billing passes compared to monthly or annual at other washes that can be paid in full. The prices are higher than established carwashes without the extra features like wheel shine, rain-x, or debug solution. They dont offer multi car discounts for persons or businesses with more than one vehicle.There is no mirror on the entrance to line yourself up for the guide, and the attendant is left to help you if he feels like it. The brushes are some sort of rubber that may work better, but I didnt like them as much as traditional brushes. The air is set so high that the sheet metal pops and dents from the pressure. There wasnt a sign to let you know if the wash was finished or still stuck on the track(which is a problem when you are behind someone that isnt paying attention).The hours are slightly less then others in the area, which may be temporaryADDITIONAL: Added my wifes vehicles to a monthly plan and was told they are open until 7 on week days, which is the last two days they have been closed before 6:30(Wednesday and Thursday). Moved from 3 star review to one for lying on open time. Edit of time has been requested.

I used the car wash for the 1st time last week. I had to get the smallest wash but it did an amazing job! And while I was there I signed up to get a free car wash! And they give you opportunities to get more free washes! I didnt find the prices to be anymore expensive than anywhere else! Very reasonable for the great wash you get for all of the packages.

We bought the $18 Boss (most expensive) car wash and it did a good job, but in the car wash drivers side mirror popped off and broke. Got it back, and the worker asked if it was already broken which it was not, and they said the car was too old and would not fix the problem. So the $18 dollar car wash cost me about $50 after the price for a new mirror. Probably wont go back.

Quick, good wash and free vacuum.

I had very high hopes when this car wash first opened it was my favorite place. I actually drove from another city to use it. As time had passed my worst fears began the quality of your business is slipping. The gentlemen pre washing your cars just fling water on it hardly making any efforts to pre treat your vehicle before entering the wash bay. I shouldn’t have to go wash my vehicle personally after dropping $20 on your best wash. I actually quit driving out of my way and started using a different car wash and they are now a new favorite. The wash price is about the same and the quality is not even comparable to what we got from you. Really wished I had a better review to write but, it’s honest. You want to be a good business you accept the criticism and do better next time . I hope you read these reviews and try to make changes where you see you could improve.

Great car wash. Employees always push in you mirrors without you having to ask. They pre soak it with mist soap then they power wash it before you even go throw the main car wash. Trash cans are never full. Vacuums are being cleaned all the time . And just overall great service. Would recommend coming to aspen car wash

If I could give it zero stars I would. I had my new car for 3 weeks and went to wash for the first time at this location. Poor job on cleaning my car. I contacted them via email and gave supporting pictures and no response. No refund or appropriate customer service. Needless to say I will not be going back here.

LOVE this car wash! You can tell the owner is present in his business. They’re always friendly & the wash actually gets the full back hatch of my car! I drive a Infiniti QX80.. long and tall! Always impressed with this wash. I do wish they had microfiber towels to use afterwards!

Got my truck real clean. The car wash was quick and easy (at the pay station and following the employees directions on how to proceed through the car wash). I also appreciated the fact that the employees pushed my side mirrors in before going through the wash. I would recommend it!

Took both my truck and then my wifes Nissan through the car wash Tuesday afternoon. I later checked the VISA web site because I have never received a receipt when paying. I selected the six dollar wash for both vehicles but I noticed I was charged twelve dollars for the Nissan.Beware of this car wash over charging you. No wonder you dont get a receipt. I WON T BE BACK.

First time there, vacuums are great!Car wash not so much! Tried cheap wash first, glad I didn’t spend any more. Not a good car wash . Attendant didn’t tape down back wiper blade, could have lost it. Brought subject upWith manager ! He said they didn’t have to! Very surprised at response.He wiggles the wiper and said it’s ok !I placed it back down on window .Showed him where his car washed failed . He blamed it of the cheaper wash. I needed to spend more $ for a better wash. I said or not come back!Sorry to experiment such a poor attitude from a new business. Do yourself a favor and go any where else.

If you want a basically clean car and tire shine for less than $40/mo, this is NOT the place for you.Ask what options are included on each monthly pass price. They DO NOT include tire shine, except the most expensive price. They told me they include an under carriage wash instead of tire shine. Why? Who looks underneath the car?After I went through this wash, I looked under my car, it looked kinda clean, but you know what was NOT clean and shiny? My tires.Location is good, but they are almost twice the price on monthly passes when you compare options to others.

First visit this AM, my truck was very dirty and the wash did a very good job. My truck has folding running boards (in the up position while vehicle is moving)those were filthy and were pretty clean after the wash. No, the quality of this wash isnt the same as a hand $300 detail, nor would I expect it to be. However, for a drive thru wash it was very good. I will be purchasing the monthly membership, as I do like a clean truck and cant reach the hood and top of my truck to clean it myself. Staff were friendly and clean as well.

4 Stars for good. Convenient in that it pulls your automobile through the wash. The barrel brush can’t get the back of some SUVs or hatchbacks with a visor on the back window. So, the top of the back window is still dirty after wash. I found that I still needed to wash portions of the back of the SUV after the wash. I believe this is related to the shape and the visor. I doubt this is an issue on all automobiles.If I had a sedan, I’d probably get the monthly subscription for the highest package.For now, it’s a brushless car wash for me because the nozzles can spray at varying heights. It has an under body wash, but I don’t think any machine can wash underneath adequately to remove Salt and Sand and other dirt from the hard to get places that typically rust out.

They also do a pre-soak wand wash before going through the no brush car wash. They are constantly checking the vacuums, switching hoses out, making sure everyone of the vacuums work, also trash is never built up in the trash cans.

Just drove my brand new 2019 Chevy High Country through their car wash!!! Not only after I paid for their $18 top of the line wash, I realized it wasn’t a touch free wash. I quickly got the employees attention and asked to get a manager because I wasn’t putting my truck through their wash! I work at an industrial park and my truck had a layer of railroad dust. I really wish he could have refund my money instead because now I’m stuck with my beautiful $$$ truck damaged scratched. And after I realized the damage that was done, spoke to the manager and then he told me he didn’t SEE ANYTHING!! HE SAID ALL HE SEEN WAS WATER MAKES!!!! I wanted to grab someone from the vacuums and show them and see if they seen them! Like I am in tears writing this, not only did I explain my fear to this man, and I still was looked at like I was crazy!! That he didn’t have no contact to the owner. My $18 wash became a much larger $$ problem and with no solution. Once again this is my brand new truck!!! Not even a door ding because I park it as far as I can when I go anywhere. I never take it to work because I have my little work car!!!! So I just wanted to get my baby clean. I really hope they can own up to the mistake that was made by his poor judgement when I refused to put it though the wash! I really regret to just driving away! Maybe this wash would of been great when my truck has not been through my job!!! I will post pictures and please tell me if I’m crazy!!! I would have expected more understanding from management. I will be taking it back tomorrow, I was told that the owner will be a second opinion because he didn’t see anything. So I really hope and pray they will own up to the mistake. All I want is for my truck to be back to what it was before their wash! I mean I am no expert but if they get someone to buff them out I’m fine with that! But I don’t even know how I will sleep at night or even function until 6:30 pm ! Most people would judge, but you know what I work very hard to finally get the truck of my dreams. And then this happens to me!Well wasted my time and gas, just to show up and get told nothing is there. Of course my mistake for showing up with my truck dusty and on a cloudy day. And of course when they pull out a polish spray... And was told how all this fancy cars and so many clients that take way dirtier trucks. But of course they wouldn’t do anything for what their wash did. But I can file an insurance claim lol. But you know thank the Lord for blessings me with a great job. And I will fix their mistake, thank you once again for the time you gave me either way. I will stand by my post. I was never looking for no freebie, but he looked at that Surveillance system and “seen that my truck was not too dirty” and they had sprayed it all the way down! One minute to power wash all that?? Maybe 1-or2 min...I will say it sucks that nothing was done. But now I know where not to go! And I will try to get some pictures when that sun comes out. And “they are fine scratches in the clear coat” they were not all the truck. Mainly on my door, an easy fix for them. A buff... and yes I can pay for it, but shouldn’t have too. The prices are higher than most other tunnel washes even though you seem to get less. the washing brushes are much bigger than most washes and really bang against your car very loudly and even left marks on my clear coat. theres not much of a pre wash one or two guys kinda squirt some water at your car; while most places have people washing windows getting you tailgate with a brush then hitting the dirty spots with a power washer. but hey for $2 extra they will make the soap more bubbly and turn a red light on it and call it Lava soap it doest seem to do anything extra but looks kinda cool so theirs that

ABSOLUTE WORST CAR WASH I HAVE EVER GONE THROUGH! The wash mats are made of rubber and once you enter, you cant leave. I now have scratches in my clear coat up and down my ENTIRE car. You could hear the mats scratching and cant do anything but sit there in horror waiting for this thing to end. To top that off, the blowers are set way too high and will pop and dent your panels. There is not a sign that say you are out of the wash, you car simply begins to roll which is set up to become a nightmare because of the location of the exit. You can either roll into someone in front of you, or out into the street to be side swiped if not paying attention (as most of us arent when youre being pulled through a car wash). WILL NEVER RETURN, telling all of my friends and family to avoid this place. Such a shame.
