For the cost of this card wash Id expect better results. The car want clean, road grim and bird droppings werent washed off. Plus the tire shine stuff was basically one small spot on two tires. Just not happy with the results of this wash.

Great car wash and customer service. I have a midsize car. My brother has an SUV. This is his favorite car wash place. Easily canceled my monthly membership (didn’t use it as much as I thought I would). They were professional and courteous. 👍 Still my #1 go to.

This place is awesome. Went through the wash as usual, but them vacuumed the car. The vacuum system and wand is excellent compared to other places Ive used. To top it off, they brought me freshly washed microfiber towels to dry the car with.

Good car wash and the vacuums are exceptionally strong. They also have drying rags available at the vacuum stations. My only concern was that the brushes beat on the vehicle a lot more harshly than at any other drive through car wash Ive used.

The best is definitely not worth the money. It costs $16. I went there with a fairly clean truck with just some bug spots on the grill, mirrors, and windshield. After, it looked like nothing had been done. They supposedly have bug juice that removes the bugs but how can it work if they barely spray any on your car and barely move the broom over your car. Waste of money. If you want my advise, take your business elsewhere.

This car wash is fantastic. Who doesnt like a clean car? The $8.00 single car wash is a deal. You enter the wash while someone scrubs the tough stuff off, front and back, then you enjoy a hands free wash and dry. Once complete, you can use their free vacuum and microfiber cloths. Great value.

Awesome service. Always greeted by a smiling face. I pay a monthly membership. I forgot I got new tags so it would not let me in the gate. So I paid for a car wash. I told the young man working what had happened. He took care of me and got all my information switched over. He was a HUGE help. I didn’t get his name. Lifelong customer here. :)

I hate that my move to Grove meant I had to leave Crystal Clean Express car wash. I bought the monthly VIP package and used it as many times a month as I wanted for just $30. Excellent car wash every time. My car never looked so good. Highly recommend.

Cleaned pretty good but a little pricey. Left dirt and soap on car.

Poor quality wash, paid 16$ for their best wash the car did not come clean. Spotted everything. When I asked the attendant he informed me that the wash was “an express wash”. He didn’t offer to make anything right. Won’t be back. My car is new and has a ceramic coating washes easily. Went home and sprayed the issues clean by hose. Sad business practice. Hope the owner can afford this kind of employee.

Worst car wash I have ever been too. $20 and my car still looks dirty. Never going here again.

3 times been here and got the works and nothing was active. Trk. Was still dirty...The 3 time I pull in and complained and that was the first time I ever seen all the chemicals in use, trk came out clean. Will not be back.

I like the diamond finish the only thing i didnt like was that i still had bugs stuck to my bumper and windshield

Everytime I go here soap is all over the back of my car. At 8 they shut down the vaccuums but still let cars go thru the wash. So they let me and all the cars behind me pay $16 to wash their car, but wont let you vaccuum. Vaccuums should not be turned off until the last car that is washed leaves. Looking for a new car wash.

The vacuum was free but I havent tried the car wash yet. I do think its going to be good.

I have had a membership at this Carwash since January 2021. When we had the snow they were extremely busy as I figured theyd be, but having a membership, I had to wait in line a lot longer than those who were just purchasing a wash. On 2 different occasions while going through carwash their were 2 critical rollers not working. The first time I told an employee one of them wasnt working and he didnt have a clue as he was busy running the vehicles through. This carwash $16.00 BEST wash isnt worth the money as my truck isnt clean when it comes out. It still has bugs on the front, dirt on the tailgate and water spots everywhere.On the website where you make changes to your credit card information, NO phone number or option for Cancelling your Membership.

Their brushes tore off my side view mirror and was told they couldnt do anything for me since its an older car and didnt even bother refunding the car wash. Numerous other people have also commented on how rough their brushes are and how they caused damage.

Even with the winter outbreak, it got the car clean, dried, and not scraped at all. Only downsides is the entery/exit section and the 3 pay lanes that merge as one, that is a not so lovely concept. But besides that design flaw, good spot.

The service and experience is phenomenal. I was impressed from the second you swipe your card at the state of the art pay stands (which you can do a contact less pay with their app) to drying your car with the complimentary towels. My vehicle has never looked better. Great job guys keep up the good work.

Every time I drive thru it pops my side mirrors out of place and I see a lot of drivers having to get out and pop them back into place. Only reason I havent canceled my subscription is its close proximity to my area of town.

I love how my car looks when done. By far, THEE best car washes Ive had in the 28 years Ive lived in Oklahoma. The car AND the windows, indeed, are Crystal Clean and you can vacuum for free. If you want to pamper your car, take it to Crystal Clean Express. Youll love it!

Wheels and tires cant out great, finish on car was awesome.

Spent $16 for the best wash and even added the $4 up charge for a better wash. Driving a Dodge Charger not sure if it’s the body lines of my car or hood design but, I still had soap all over my car it looked awful. You definitely need a better rinse cycle at the end of the tunnel to ensure you’re getting all of the soap off. I don’t believe I will be returning wasn’t very please with the wash. This was my first time using this facility.

Slightly damaged my 2021 4runner trd. Most likely will buff out but pleeeeeaaaase dont use this car wash for anything than a farm truck.♤♤ edit after response from car wash owner ♤♤I have witnesses, photos, dash cam footage and receipts. Take me to court anytime maam👍

My third visit and most likely last. Its like theres not even a rinse. I exit the wash and theres still soap running off my roof. The bed of my truck is filled with soap. I didnt mind paying a bit more for what is obviously new equipment, but the wash itself is very poor.

Has to be the premier Car Wash in BA, where else do you get your car prepped, but also scrubbed with Boars Hair brushes, the absolute softest brush available.

They do a great job getting the the car clean. Free vacuums!

One young man put minimal effort in pre-scrubbing. Lol.I own a Ford Explorer...it never really cleans the back very well.Nice car wash though.

$8 is expensive for there to still be dirt, soap, and water spots left on my car.

This is the best car wash in Broken Arrow. Car is prepped by staff on hand, my truck looks great and the vacuums are high suction, they also have towels to dry the vehicle.
