Please forgive me for taking what I had seen here personal.i am a mechanic and I was accompaning my friends little brother to get an oil change on his first car.all I can say is I would not use this service because I think customers are important.back in the 90s I worked for a five star dealership and there was a way you treated people and that was that.does it mean that this place does shoddy work ? No.they may be good.I do use Valvoline oil because it been around for a long time and it always stood for quality.products like Valvoline, stp, Pennzoil say USA to me.i believe if you hang a sign on your company with the name of a great product then you should be held to a high standard.this is my opinion .by the way my opinion should not count for much because I change my own oil .I will not let Anyone touch my car.

Are you kidding me I pulled in they said an oil change starts at 94.99People actually use this place they must have money to throw away. Thats great that you can get that kind of money for an oil change in such a low income area. You might want to post how much your oil changes are on your website so people are not price shocked when they go in there. You do the same service as place less than a mile away for 40% more.

The people working here were in a terrible and angry mood. Payed 100 bucks for an oil change which is bs. They opened my passenger side door to check the cabin filter without asking me during covid. Literally just opened the door out of nowhere. Wanted to charge me to replace cabin and air filters that I already changed 1 month ago myself. Total bs there. I was completely invaded of my own personal space and car and overpriced. Only good thing was that it takes only 15 minutes. Its an easy job to do anyways. They just lost another customer.

Waited for a bay for about 3 minutes, pulled in, and once they had my VIN, had all the options I needed in about 15 seconds. I was just there for an oil change, but they let me know of 3 or 4 other things that my car was due for, and I was pulling out of the garage less than 10 minutes after parking. Definitely worth the time if you are in a time crunch or are on a lunch break and have trouble scheduling vehicle maintenance during the week!

If I could give them zero stars I would. I went to get an oil change just to wait a little over an hour for them to claim I had a oil leak (which was weird because they also said my oil was full) so they couldnt do my oil change. I still insisted on them doing it but they refused and were very rude about it. Only to leave there and take my car to another mechanic who did the oil change in 15 minutes and also said I didnt have a oil leak. Very poor customer service I will never go here again

Came here twice once with a Cruze and a grand Cherokee, each time they searched my car for every little thing to replace for $$$, I told them I just replaced my Cruze engine air filter and they still took it off, both times for both cars they replaced the windshield wiper blades as well and they never worked right, always smudging in the rain instead of a clear view after each wipe, I will not be returning to these oil change shops and only go to a dedicated mechanic like F&F auto in west bridgewater

Affordable oil change. Its quick and easy. You dont have to get out of your car. They are always offering coupons for services they provide. I use a coupon every time I get an oil change.

I was with my granddaughter when we went to Valvoline She asked how much for the oil change. She was quoted a price of $67. She had a coupon for $10 which brought it to $57. They ended up charging her $102.00. They put in a filter that was not included in the price but was not told about it. From what I understand they should have told her about the filter change and she could have decided yes or no to change it. That did not happen. With that my granddaughter was very upset and will not be going back there. She will not recommend you to any one but let them know to be aware of the ripoff she encountered

Very disappointed. Went in for lof . $101.54 later and they could not lube 4 grease fittings just 2!! I bought a grease gun and had to do it myself. Nice going guys.

Had an above expectation experience here.Attendant, I believe his name was Leonardo or Calvin, was extremely pleasant.He also kept the line straight when some jackass pulled up 10 minutes after me and tried to jump ahead in line, which was great.More importantly he was not pushy at all about recommendations other than oil change. I actually will consider getting other work done besides an oil change after this visit. Everything was very easy fast and reasonably priced.

Waited 1 and a half hours for an oil change. Only 3 cars in front of me. So much for 15 minutes oil changes like the sign says. Any way, I finally pull in the bay only to find out they didnt have the oil filter for my car. Never going back.

Amazing service. Very friendly and knowledgeable staff. My technicians were fantastic with their customer service and had me smiling the whole time. It was a little pricier than I usually pay, but well worth it. Im usually all about waiting for the cheap coupons to other places to come out, but I think Im going to reconsider after the excellent experience I had.

The sticker price for synthetic oil was $136.00 for an oilchange. I was shocked on the price. I did an internet search and got a coupon for $25.00 off. The oil change took longer than I expected due to computer systems shutting down. Overall good experience...

They do not do Rv oil changes even though google will tell you they do. Staff was friendly and attempted to see if they could at least try it but they didnt have supplies.

Went here with my wife to get an oil change and they were awesome. Really friendly and knowledgeable. Sure you get the upselling but thats part of the job. The gentleman that helped us was fantastic. Great customer service and he really seemed to enjoy his job. Even gave us some tips on car care while we were waiting. We will be back.

Five stars for great customer service and fast service. The only downside is they are very pricey compared to other places, especially for full synthetic. The oil is very good quality though, and if you can find a coupon you might be able to save yourself a few dollars.

The staff was very polite and explained everything. The process was quick and efficient. It is a bit pricier than others, but Im willing to pay a few extra dollars for a great staff, quick service, and convenience of it all! Who wants to spend a few hours getting an oil change when it can be done in less than 30!!

Said I had a leak and they could not change the oil, also said i had to got to a mechanic ...so I did ..No leak 😒

Easy oil change, and moderate vehicle upkeep/maintenance. Staff is knowledgeable, vehicles are scanned, entrys are electronic and recorded for vehicle maintenance reports. Most vehicles serviceable. Four bay port, can sometime be a wait.

Please remember to double check and put all parts belonging to the car back!!!

I was there yesterday 1/22/19. I dealt mainly with Leonardo (my fave TMNT btw). He was so friendly and helpful. It was my first of many oil changes at this location. The prices are very reasonable and the service is quick!

I went for an oil change I had waited for 30 minutes my son crying in the car no employees acknowledged me no communication a vehicle pulled up after me and got in before me i waited another 10 minutes still my line didnt move then I left

They always treat me well I appreciate the extras like making sure tires, windshield washer fluid and etc are filled and they try to make sure they follow the first come first serve theory when your waiting to be seen

I went there on feb 13th 2018 for an oil change... the 2 young ladies who serviced my truck were very friendly and professional .. they changed my oil and oil filter then they automatically check ur air filter which I was very grateful for... it was totally black and blocked. I told them go for it and replace it with a new one. My truck is running amazing. They did a wonderful job and will b definitely going back when it’s time to change my oil again. I highly recommend going here!!! To the young ladies at valvokine. Thku so much for ur proffessionlism !!!! Also they finished in ten min!!
