Called about my tire being flat and got seen right away ! No hesitation/ no hassle

I ordered tires from tirerack.com and there were a number of local shops that came up as authorized installers. I went to a handful explaining my situation and asking for quotes. This place was the cheapest and most welcoming. After they were delivered I was able to see them and get my original quote reviewed by Chi who I think is the manager or at least acts like one with his service. He adjusted the quote to the proper cheaper pricing due to my wheels already being balanced. He gave me all for my extra parts and explained everything at pickup while another customer was in the lobby praising him as well. I usually dont like chain places when it comes to car repair but I had no issues here at all!!!

5+ star overall service! I got a flat tire and so I called the dealer since it was a brand new vehicle. They said it was not under warranty and wouldn’t even give me a price or any info on a new tire. They just said come in. I then Called Firestone and talked to Chi, the store manager. Wow! Chi made this whole ordeal so much less stressful! Chi quoted me a price and ETA over the phone with ZERO hassle. From start to finish was smooth as could be. Chi is absolutely my first call with any issues for now on.

There very good at what they do

I had to go in because I was having issues with my battery and the gentleman that helped me (unfortunately didn’t get his name) helped me and I was in and out within minutes! He explained to me that I don’t need a new battery and to check it frequently just in case the battery health lowers.

Prompt, courteous service and would highly recommend to anyone needing tire service.

They are VERY UNORGANIZED. They have no employees nor equipment to complete services on the vehicles. Had appointment at 12pm just to replace two tires and I’ve been waiting over 3 hours. DO NOT I REPEAT DO NOT BRING YOUR CAR HERE!

I was in a bad spot I had a back flat tire and no spare.I went to Firestone in Brockton at 8:30 am.I was nervous because I didnt have a lot money.They took care of my van for less than$100 I thought that was a great price and I got a brand new Firestone tire and was gone at 9:00.I definitely recommend going there in fact I am going to buy all my tires there and get my oil changed they really took care of me Kenny

I went there for specific issue with my car, ended up spending over $1700, and the issue that I bought my car for was not fix properly, I was told if the problem insist to bring the car back, and theyll do whatever necessary to fix the problem @ no cost to me, I brought the car back for the same problem before, the charge me another $ 471 to fixed the issue that I wanted to fixed in the first place I ended with new tires new brakes new rotors, not the specific problem that I bought my car for, was not fixed the first time, they are not honestI will never go back there, I had the Firestone credit card, I paid it off, and closed it right after that ordeal.A complete turn around, please do read!Hi its me again I had a flat tire last night,from one of the new tire that I purchase a total of three weeks ago, this time the manager was there his name is Oscar Price, he took very good care of me, this time I got the good service that I went there for in the beginning, even though the tire was damaged from the side, which is not cover under warranty, he gave me a bran new one @ no cost to me, and on top free oil change for next time, and one of my tire sensor was bad, he replace it again for free. So that being said he renew my faith in Firestone, and yes I will recommend it to anyone. Thank you Oscar Price for the good service.

Great service

I got a flat last night and called the Brockton location to see if they could help. I was down the street from the shop. The gentleman I spoke to agreed to look at it even though they were closing in 3 minutes. I got there after the store had officially closed and he and his awesome mechanic were able to put on a new tire within 25 minutes. More people should really get the tire warranty, it comes on handy. I am extremely thankful for the 2 gentleman who helped me yesterday night on Saturday. You guys are lifesavers! This is why Firestone is who I trust with my car.

Store manager was extremely friendly and polite. Had me in and out as promised and they were very busy. They are always busy for a reason and after several visits there, I can see why. The team is friendly, upfront and always professional. Sometimes good service is worth the wait. I will definitely go back.

Friendly, great service and knowledgeable staff.

I had my car fully inspected and was told of an issue, but later was called and told of another issue that they failed to catch during the inspection. They took full ownership of not informing me of that issue by not charging me to fix it. Also, it was a big job and they closed at 6. Oscar told me my car would be ready that day and would stay until the job was done. It was way after 6 and true to his word, I got my car that day and it drives like a new car.

The staff is professional & knowledgeable. And the will help you with some things in the parking lot.

They will work on your car and make sure everything is running great but it sucks that an oil change is up to 45 minutes and more, and they have a great amount of staff so if you wanna your oil change and don’t mind waiting more than 45 minutes they do have some coffee and a TV but the wait time sucks...

I had my car towed here in the morning for a issues with my starter. They called me that afternoon and told me that the car was ready and they put in a refurbished starter and that the car was all set. The very next morning the car would not start once again so I had it towed back to Firestone. They said the starter was under warranty and they would replace it. They called me back a few hours later and told me that the second starter that they put in had shorted out and said that there is something going on with car that keeps shorting out the starter. I asked them to find the issue but he told me that they dont do that kind of electrical work and there is nothing they can do. I had to have it towed (again) to another garage who can do the work. So Now I am stuck with a $400 bill from them and still no running car.

The attention from manager Javier is excellent. I saw him how he speaks to customers with courtesy and respect. Keeping the place clean and organized. This is my second time there and Ill make it y permanent go to for major repair. Onky 4 stars because there is always room for improvement.

Great customer services, very professional, enthusiastic, always giving good and sincere recommendations, the site is clean most of the times, they have coffee, water, TV, so it keep you entertained. Oscar is the Supervisor and he knows how to treat each consumer.

Where have all the Honest mechanics gone?I would urge everyone before going to Firestone to do some research online about their service. Seems like they get a bad rap for ripping people off and telling you there are things wrong with your car so they can take your money. I went Firestone and I did experience that .Wish I looked online before taking my car there.

I Been getting my tires in this place for over 10 years but in past couple times I went for service on my cars I Experienced the worst customer and One of my vehicle had flat tires I waited over 2 hours for my vehicle to go inside for service. It use to be a great place for service but it has change for worse I hope they get better

I came here before for an alignment service was decent so I figured Id try to return again this time its an emergency my tire blew out they refused to help me they refused to replace the tire I even brought my own tire with me cause I know its an odd size all I needed was a mount and balance .as my vehicle does not come with a spare thanks for nothingThe counter help who I believe was also management with very rude my wife called ahead and they told me if I got it there they would fix it for me got it all the way here for the gentlemen to be confrontational and very unhelpful
