I had an excellent experience with Copeland Chevy. I initially was just browsing, thinking of trading in my car that was getting up there in miles. I walked out two days later with my new car. Dee Smith, my sales associate, was excellent. I did not feel pressured and absolutely everything was taken care of including taxes, insurance and inspection sticker. I was given a tour of the facility and service department. Everything was welcoming. Since my purchase Dee has called twice to make sure that I understand all the features and to make sure I was happy with my purchase. Ive also received appointments for my free oil change and other services Ill need early next year (which I am told will be no charge to me). Thank you Dee!
