The absolute worst company I have ever worked with. The lack of communication and professionalism is appalling. If you are looking for anytime of glass work, take your business elsewhere immediately. Project was completed weeks behind schedule and home was left a mess.

They do not deserve 1 star! They came out promptly and said they would return in about 30-45 minutes and it should be about $20.00. Well, that never happened, after an hour and half later, I called the shop, they said the fella forgot about me and went home that it was quitting time. He said hed call me back that they would work something out....he called back and said theyd come but it would be $80.00!! The glass is 6-8 in wide and 20 in long!! I was floored!! He told me $75.00 was for labor! I told them Id had it replaced 2 times before in the last year and 1/2 for $20.00 and they continued to trash the other company that installed it. VERY UNPROFESSIONAL!! I HIGHLY recommend you DO NOT use them!

Lies to customers and charges fees that shouldnt be charged! Know from experience- I worked there!

I had a broken window in a sunroom caused from a rock thrown from a lawnmower. The windows were installed years ago and I was unsure if the window could be replaced. I called Bristol Glass and they came the following day. These folks assured me the replacement would be routine and I wouldnt have any delays. I okayed the job due to the price being very reasonable. I was pleased that Bristol Glass stayed in touch with me throughout this process. I certainly will employee this glass company if ever I have another glass project. Thanks for a good job !!!
