I recently purchased a hot tub from Niagara Pools and couldn’t be happier. Excellent customer service even with the surge of new home owners beautifying their back yards.. it’s crazy! I will continue to buy my chemicals here for my pool and am so happy with our new spa. Thanks Niagara!!!

Great customer service and very knowledgeable. Steve and Shawn went above and beyond to help me. Steve ordered and picked up a filter, that I felt like was out of stock everywhere. He called the next day to confirm they had it for me. When I went to pick it up Shawn was nice enough to assemble majority of the system for me and explained in detail the remainder I had to do. I would highly recommend this business for your pool needs. Great gentlemen, excellent experience absolutely no complaints

We ordered a spa in April with a hefty deposit. They told us there was definitely a shipment coming and we’d have it installed in July. We’re nearly through August. No phone calls. No updates. Nothing.

We bought a Jacuzzi from them this summer. Came in with a faulty mother board (not Niagara’s fault per se) after a few too many calls they finally replaced it. Then we realized they never installed the WiFi add-on we paid for. They promised to have a tech in today to service it. No one showed. No one called. Maybe they’re super busy. Don’t know. It’s a hot tub after all and not the end of the world. I hope Susan from service calls me back and has someone over tomorrow. Would love to turn a 3 star into a 5 star Hope it doesn’t end up as a 1 star. Will keep you posted. Peace…

Want to give a shout out to Shawn at Niagara pools for helping me this morning.👋🏻He was very helpful getting my pool issues on target. Came in with a water issue left with new sand for my sand filter. He didn’t try to sell me chemicals I didn’t need. He was straight forward and knowledgeable about my pool issues. No BS-Thank you Shawn!

I will never buy anything from them again. Bought a hot tub have had nothing but problems. And had to pay alot it still isnt working know the motor went.. They should of given me a replacement instead of replacing parts heater went and electric board...Now Motor.. BUYER BEWARE!!!

I have been shopping at Niagara for 6 years now! They can pull up your name and tell you every item you have ever purchased at thier store. This store has the best prices hands down to keep your pool up and running! They have always been very knowledgeable as far as equipment and supplies go. They will not make you buy an abundance of useless chemicals that you dont need to open your pool! But todays review is a special thanks to Manager Shawn! This man can and will show you how to dismantle and rebuild every piece of equipment in the store! That is saying something. He saved me allot of time and headache with his experience and effort that you just dont get from any other establishment anymore. If you need help fixing your pool or cleaning it up ask for this man he is truly a pool expert and goes above and beyond the call of duty! Thanks again Niagara and thank you Shawn !

All the headrests have bubbled. They are not covered under the warranty. It will cost us $50.00 each to replace them!! We purchased the hot tub in 2017. We have had several issues since we bought it. We had another tub for 16 years before it gave us any trouble. We traded for a Jacuzzi because it was difficult to get service for the Thermo Spa in this area. Ideally I would have preferred to purchase another Thermo Spa. I would not recommend a Jacuzzi hot tub.

I am going to keep reposting this to warn others of their misleading and substandard products that put your family at risk.I purchased a 12’x17’x52” Sharkline Heritage/Yardmore Pool from Niagara Pools in Bristol, Pa. The documentation of the pool states that they use the “Advantage 8 Construction...” basically, the design of the product. Advantage 5 states that they use all stainless steel fasteners....and advantage 6 states that they use an Aluminum interlocking stabilizer rail.....in both cases they did not use what was described and all of the fasteners are rusted and the stabilizer rail is galvanized steel which has also rusted through making the pool walls weak and dangerous for everyone around it. I’ve contacted the manufacturer and Niagara Pools, neither company was willing to help. In one instance with Niagara Pools, the offered to sell me the correct part....this is unacceptable I’ve submitted all of my paperwork and pic’s of the damages....no written response and it wasn’t until I posted something on Facebook did Niagara finally return my call...this the response “we can sell you the parts...” I was sold a pool with one description and given something else. They need to replace the entire pool to the specifications given in the bill of sale. It was the old bait and switch and I want to make sure they this doesn’t happen to anyone else!

We have been customers of Niagara Pools and Spas for over 15 years. They used to be a responsive, caring company -- but sadly that is no longer true. They now work by voicemail only, more than not they fail to return calls so it takes multiple attempts over long periods of time to reach a person or get an appointment. They schedule appointments and then do not honor them. Their staff are rude and unhelpful. They make promises to customers that they do not keep. They have recently more than doubled their prices on basic services. Overall, they do not deserve even the one star minimum rating. I recommend that you steer clear of this unprofessional, useless outfit and go elsewhere -- go anywhere else -- for your pool and spa needs. Hopefully they will then be forced to close as they do not deserve your business! - C.T.S.

If I could rate it any lower, I would. We ordered top plates for our pool 3-4 weeks ago and we decided to call and check on the order. The employee who answered only responded with “ its gonna be a while” extremely unprofessional.UPDATEStill haven’t received our top plates. We ordered them June 14th. Nearly 6 months later and nothing. Called 3 weeks ago to be told that the person who placed the order was new and messed it up and was assured that the order was placed and that we’d have it in a week... that was 3 weeks ago. We asked for a refund and we’re told that the refund was submitted. Only to find out it wasn’t.

WARNING! STAY AWAY FROM NIAGARA….Where to even begin with all of the problems? If we could give zero stars we would. Let’s start by when we had our first appointment with Charles (no longer an employee) to look at pools and gets quotes he rushed us and only gave us an hour and with ten minutes remaining he got up and started to walk us to the front door. This should have been my first clue that we are nothing but a sale in his pocket but we really wanted a Radiant Pool and Niagara was the only distributor close to us (should have taken the longer drive out toward Reading). Our ordering appointment went better of course because we were spending lots of money so he saw $$$$. Delivery and scheduling the following week went well too so maybe the first impression was just us over-reacting….NOPE. NOT. AT. ALL!!!!! 5:35 the night before delivery and install for our pool we get a very rude call “We won’t be delivering tomorrow and we don’t know when it will be in to reschedule” then hung up when I was questioning everything as we were told it was in stock and available. I tried calling back and they close at 5:00 so I didn’t get ahold of anyone till the next day and of course they blamed it on the trucking company losing… yes LOSING our pool! After multiple calls back and being ignored and cancelling our installers, sand delivery, and electrician… they found it a couple days later and delivered everything by the end of the week. Install Day – They didn’t deliver our filter, so we paid full price to our installer who didn’t fully install, had to pay for water delivery that couldn’t fully be delivered due to the fact that the water would just flow out. I had to drive from our house Monday morning taking off from work and drive to their corporate office were I sat for over an hour and still didn’t leave with everything that was missing from our delivery (it is over an hour trip from my house to their corp. office -1 way). They delivered things the next day by their tech and came to our house…still no one showed us how to use ANY of the equipment or chemicals. We ended up needed a fence and was originally quoted $699 and they wanted to charge me $2200… that just came in a couple of weeks ago (we ordered it at the beginning of June and was told it would take a week because again it was in stock!). We were sold the Simple Salt System as being a Salt Pump and we were given salt and no chlorine or any other chemicals…our pool has been cloudy and we have been calling to help figure out why and we have gone to the Bristol showroom where we purchased this and they have advised to add more salt…and all these different chemicals! Well come to find out…. The Simple Salt System is NOT a salt pump and does not make you have a Salt Water Pool it just helps keep algae from growing and that we needed Chlorine and other chemicals all along and that we needed to drain part of our water and start over…again having to buy MORE chemicals that should have came with the purchase to begin with! Only plus side is now we know it is a chlorine pool and isn’t anything special we can go to a local pool supplier and never ever go back to Niagara again! We are just waiting for our winter cover and we will forever be done with them! Save your time/money/sanity and buy somewhere else because here you are only a sale...not a customer!

Just had an experience with an employee at the Bristol store. We mentioned the price on the shelf is wrong. The employee then got an attitude and this led to an argument leading him to say my wife is rude. WE WILL NEVER SHOP THERE AGAIN. To cover for HIS unprofessional attitude he said my wife threw money at him, When she laid it on the counter next to the change that she already placed on the counter. We purchased our hot tub there and have been regular customers there for years. The employee had to keep getting the last word in. When we asked for the manager, he replied he is the manager. I WILL be calling the manager Monday morning.

This store is the best Tim Wilson the sales man helps answer any questions you have. Just bought my first jacuzzi unfortunately Tim was out when I called to make sure he was working someone on the phone said he was no longer at the store which was a lie. But I highly recommend this place but make sure you see Tim Wilson. I would not recommend the other sales guy he was a little rude and acted like he didnt want to sell me a product and if you do get him make sure you double check your paperwork make sure if you get the sale or discount.

Been using Niagra Pools services consistently for 2 years and the prices and water testing are far better than other pool stores. Deon (sp?) is especially great! He knows his pool equipment and chemicals very well and offers solutions that are practical and economic. I would have given up on maintaining my pool months ago if it wasnt for him.

This place is the worst ever! They only care about making the sale. I would not recommend them to my worst enemy, as there products are cheap and expired, I wish I would have read through all the reviews before going with them. The 5 stars must be the employees trying to keep the business open. Do yourself a favor and go to the pool factory or kenwood pools. They care for the customer even after the sale.

Went there 2 both times I was ignored when I asked for help about buying a spa I was told by the unprofessional staff There are NO prices no brochures nothing oh and sorry only sales guy has that and keeps that to himself and he is off. Well you lost another sale. Your staff is very unprofessional, they offered no help no greeting nothing. Not sure how you are in business.

This place is the best. Highly recommend. The service is great and my new inground looks extremely nice and made me the life of the neighborhood. I’m especially fond of their TruBlue chemical line. The guarantee is clean water, or your money back. Their places are fair, and their knowledge is beyond belief. My partners at my law firm can’t wait to buy their own pools! They also carry pool tables, which nicely compliment my inground. If you go to the Bristol location, ask for Ron. Hope you enjoy my review as much as I reviewed my Niagara experience. Highly recommend for all of your pool needs. Go Niagara!

Terrible servicing department. Exteremely unprofessional people in service department. First they do a bad job in pool service and then no one responds to the zillion phone calls which you make reuesting them to fix it. First they made my clear pool green during opening and then did not attach pump properly and now as a result water is oozing out of pump, even when pump is off. When I tried to explaine all this to the phone service department, they just transfer me to a bunch of voice messages. Terrible service, stay away from this pool company, worst experience ever. No one wants to help there.

I had an experience of terrible customer service on the phone. However, when I brought it to their attention, they were very helpful in finding the part I needed. And it was a reasonable cost, as well. All in all, I think maybe I just caught someone on a bad day. They made up for it though. I would recommend them.

This is my 5th year with my pool, bottom rusted called and messaged photos, in the beginning was good told me the life of pool was 7-8yrs now,deprecated. Was told I had to pay 45%, ok bought new walls, was told needed new liner then, ok got it, new skimmer, ok got it. This has been going on since May 1. Well NO I am not happy, had no 4th of July, why NO POOL. Was told well ordered in the prime and technically not a paying Pool customer. Well, I did say today on phone, doesnt matter I AM A CUSTOMER I BOUGHT NEW WALLS, I BOUGHT NEW LINER AND A NEW SKIMMER. Well now they have to check the truck to see if my walls are even on it. Then, I have to pay for a pool installer all over again. Would I buy again from Niagara, No..I have done my research on the Web and at different Pool stores. Kenwood Pool is good, starting buying supplies there, cheaper. Pool supply warehouse, do your shopping folks.
