They did an awesome job!! Super nice people, easy to work with, on time, professional, and fast. Only downside was that I had to wait about a month for them to do the job, which is understandable considering there is a labor shortage! I will definitely be using them again for future projects!

Very professional and communicated to me in a timely manner. He was running behind and texted me that he would be a few minutes late. I thought I needed my tub to be refinished so I hired them to complete this job. When he started to prep the tub, he discovered the problem I had was really hard water deposits. He brought me in to show that I may not need to have the tub refinished as this would save me money. He worked for over an hour cleaning the hard water deposits off and got most off. Together we determined that the tub did not need refinished. He was willing to do whatever I wanted as he wanted to please the customer. This shows how he had the customers best interest in mind. He could have cleaned the hard water deposits and still refinished the tub and I would not have known it. He is very honest and I will definitely use them again if needed.

Miraculous Makeovers repaired and refinished a 70s tub/shower combp that was a yellowish gold color. Now its bright and white and looks 100% better. Brett was very professional and diligent working from the time he arrived until my project was complete. He stands behind his work too. He came back to address a minor concern I had an left with me being totally satisfied. We didnt want to go to the expense of ripping out the wall tile in order to replace our ugly 1969 avocado green bathtub, so we called Miraculous Makeovers. And Im so glad we did. Brett did an amazing job reglazing the tub, and now it looks brand new. (Goodbye, ugly green!) It only took about four hours. We couldnt be happier with the results.

Had an 1960s cast iron tub refinished in place when remodeling a bathroom. Had Miraculous Makeovers come in to do the job. Tub looks like new again. Had them add non-skid to the bottom. Safer than before. Came when scheduled and was in and out in one day. Price was very reasonable, a lot cheaper than replacing the tub. I would highly recommend Miraculous Makeovers for any tub refinishing job. Very happy with the results.

We had a light brown bathtub with a crack in it and a good neighbor suggested I call Miraculous Makeovers. Brett from Miraculous Makeovers had us send a few pictures and he was able to determine that the crack could be fixed! He gave me a quote which was very reasonable (I had already received two other quotes) and was able to begin repairs the following week - but first he had to come out to give the tub some support underneath. Having the bathtub replaced would’ve been challenging because of the age of the pipes and it is wedged in between 3 walls but Brett was very knowledgeable, took pictures along the way to keep me updated and aware of what he was doing, and didnt leave until the job was done and cleaned up and I was happy. He was very respectful of myself and my property. Brett and his crew were also able to work well with the other contractors and coordinate the work without getting in each others way. Im so grateful I found them! I felt like I was in very good hands and they made a stressful situation a lot less stressful than it would have been. Thank you for the hard work on repairing and refinishing my bathtub! It wasnt cheap (but it was reasonable) and they have provided great peace of mind which is worth every penny!

Brett was great. He had a difficult job to do as all the tile in our bathroom was pink and cracking in a few different places. He had to grind and fill them in. He even broke his grinder blade trying to repair them. I was so impressed with his professionalism and he was concerned about wearing a face mask when inside our home. Brett did a great job reglazing our fiberglass tub. We had used this tub for several years and it had become dull and was difficult to clean. It now looks brand new!

When we moved into our home 10 years ago the master shower looked great. After a few years our oversized shower with white tile seemed nearly impossible to come clean, we were going to replace it before we learned about shower refinishing. After having the shower refinished I experimented with at least 7 different cleaning products recommended to me by a refinishing company to get at least the floor of the shower clean so we wouldn’t ruin it. I was only able to clean a little per hour, regardless of the cleaner I used. Overall, just cleaning the floor of the shower took me at least 2 hours, if not more. I pretty much gave up cleaning and began using the down stairs bathtub instead of risking further issues. Then I found Miraculous Cleaner. The bottle suggests just spraying it on, leaving for 30 minutes, agitate with a microfiber cloth, then rinsing. I followed the directions, the shower cleaned up very well. I was able to clean the entire shower in only 45 minutes and technically 15 minutes subtracting the 30 minute wait. The tile came clean with minimal agitation. My issue was bending over to reach the bottom tiles and scrubbing the soap scum from the grout lines. I sprayed, agitated, rinsed, and in some cases I repeated twice for some sections of the tile and grout. ALL of the soap scum is gone and is now as good as new. The overall transformation is amazing….what looked like an old 40 year old shower now looks presentable with shiny white tile again. I may need to add some fresh caulk because it’s been awhile, after that the shower will look nearly new. I used half the 16 oz bottle to clean the shower, and 1 microfiber cloth, and I can only say I wish this had been the first product I tried after our warranty expired. Would have saved tons of time and money! My one negative with this product is there is no smell. I’m use to cleaners that have strong fragrances, it lets me know it’s working. I recommend Miraculous Cleaner, especially if you have allergies or are sensitive to cleaning products. It didnt bother my eyes nor irritate my nose so I didn’t have to run the bathroom overhead fan or crack the window.

We needed to have our tub either replaced or refinished based on a recommendation from our realtor. Brett came out and took care of us very well. He concluded it was in perfect condition- no cracks or chips anywhere just needed a color change and that it doesn’t need to be replaced.They probably could have made $900 by just saying it would be a difficult job, given the bind we were in. Instead it was way cheaper than replacing it or having bath fitter install a liner, Miraculous Makeovers is the first company I’ll call when I need a tub refinished again.

This is the BEST product for cleaning reglazed bathtubs I have ever used..hands down. For those of you who are looking to cut down on the time you spend cleaning, this is the product for you. I use Miraculous Cleaner on my bathtub and vanity and they both have been reglazed..no more mild dish soap! You really do just spray, wipe and rinse. Bravo Miraculous Makeovers!

Extremely disappointed with this company. If I could give zero stars, I would. Called and spoke with the owner during the week of August 3rd (dont remember the exact day) and was scheduled about a week out with a window of 9:30-11:30. I took off of work just to be stood up. They never came by and never called me. I tried several times that day to call them, and again tried to call them for the next few days. They will not answer the phone and the voicemail is full. I even tried to reach them through their website, and still no word back from them. Do NOT waste your time with this company!

One if the reasons we chose this company was for the positive reviews but that was not our experience at all. He arrived late initially and the day of the project he came and left because he forgot something. Upon leaving he dropped a razor blade on our steps that our young children or dogs might have picked up. We ended up stopping the project soon after Brett started because of a leak that came through to Kitchen. When asked about his process he said he removes the caulking and THEN cleans which proved detrimental as water then leaked through our kitchen ceiling. He took no responsibility, much less apologize for what clearly was an accident or poor workmanship but he did offer our deposit minus a stocking fee but then stopped answering inquiries from us and of course we never received our refund. I never write reviews but I would consider carefully if choosing this company. we understand things happen and people have bad days but now we have a bathroom with caulking removed AND a place in our kitchen ceiling that needs repair.
