The people working for Honey Do Service are very professional and the quality of work is impeccable. They installed wood looking tile on my front porch and added additional support below to make sure the flooring lasted a long time. They took their time with the job to make sure everything turned out with the best quality. I could not be more satisfied.

Tyler came to our house to give us an estimate. He was very professional and polite. He answered all of our questions with patience and good humor. Very knowledgeable - Tyler even helped us with a couple little quick - fix items right on the spot. We appreciate his work ethic. Well use this company for our next job!

Danny was on time and very professional. He even chased my dog down and brought him back to me when he got out the door and was running around. Repaired window and made close and lock to where it was safe again. Very efficient service. Went over and beyond what was expected! Will be hiring them again for sure for several other issues I have at my home.

DO NOT USE THEM!!!My wife and I found a massive water spot in our ceiling under the 2nd floor bathroom. We Of course in our time of need google services to to fix it. We call the honey do service here in Bristol. A man comes and gives me a quote. We have an agreement after multiple phone calls, that he will fix bathroom and we never hear back from them. Do not use them!!! They’ll screw you over

Requested an estimate a month ago for built ins. Individual came out and took measurements and got information from us. Requested I send in via email any photos for ideas of what we were looking for. I sent in the email. It has been a month and I have not received any communication from them with an estimate for the work. If you can get them to commit maybe the job would get done right? I could not say though, I could not get them to even commit to an estimate.

Tried using they’re services to put in a window ac unit. Was told they would be here Monday to do an estimate missed half a day if work only for them to call and reschedule for today (Wednesday ) took today from work sat here all day no one shows so I called them to ask when someone would be here was told they would call me back in a few minutes, an hr later I call and was told she would let me know what time my appt was for tomorrow I said no my appt was for today again was told she would call me back again I had to cal back after an hr only to be told they’re was a miscommunication after it being made seem like I made this date up in my head and was told I would have to wait yet another day to have this installed so I would have to call of work for a third day and they were still going to charge me the same 120.00 to screw something into my wall when I’ve missed 3 days of work. Always heard such nice things about them but in my experience they are horrible and I wouldn’t recommend them to anyone. They completely wasted my time.

Since the new owners have taken over I’m very disappointed. I made an appt over 2-weeks ago for an estimate. I was told at that time absolutely the appt could not be for Thurs 11/7. I made the appt for Wed 11/6 @ 10:30a. They called and rescheduled for Thurs 11/7 which I was shocked? After being told could not happen. At 10:45a on Thurs called the office, the estimator was in Richmond he could be here by 2:30p. No one from the office called to check make sure it was ok. Will never use again. Poor customer service.

We remodeled our bathroom with them and they were great.We got several quotes and Im glad we didnt do with the lowest! Everyone we spoke to was friendly and professional. Were getting so many compliments on our bathroom now, especially the tile.
