Every time I call Im on hold for at least 1 hour,sometimes 2 hours depleting my phone battery which because Im homeless is a major deal.with Covid19 going on its real hard to find places to charge up my phone.plus if you mail a document and THEY LOSE IT,to bad,its on you....they could care less about the bad reviews, because they never do anything to improve them....I wish I can give NO STAR in this review because there not worthy of even one!
The worst agency ever they don’t even pick up the phone
Department is a joke. i went there to register for housing in january, because i faced eviction..it is now march..and i am still sleeping in my car. why our tax dollars put towards this agency? they do nothing.
Its like you have to beg for something youve already paid for with your taxes. Ridiculous!
