Nice place to visit when there is a event going on

Came here for my covid vaccine and frankly was not sure what my experience would be, when you consider everything you see on the news tends to focus on poor experiences. Well the news should come here, this organization is so well staffed coordinated professional and kind on a human level. As with any event there were people who had their paperwork and appointment, going through without a problem, and then there was some others who had challenges with their appointment or paperwork. As the nature of getting this vaccine requires you to queue in line and then sit afterwards for 15 minutes waiting I had a lot of time to observe what was going on, and Im really impressed. Every staff member was patient, clear, articulate and most importantly kind. Theres an art to being kind multiple times with multiple people, especially when in an ideal world people would have understood the pre-provided guidelines. The entire time I was there I saw nothing but a well-organized well-staffed organization. as I walked through the hallways and the different rooms for processing, then into what seemed to be a gymnasium for the actual vaccine, I can say the place was surprisingly clean not just of visible litter, but the floors were clean the hallways didnt seem to have any dust, it seemed bright and an overall nice place. Signage for daily activities was clear well placed and mounted, its obvious they work with a lot of people on a lot of different things. Based on this experience which could have been very stressful, I would have to imagine that their normal day-to-day operations are outstanding.
