The guy who did my nails was super rude, responded aggressively and would mumble things to himself when you did not understand his directions the first time it was said. Also asked me if I paid yet, and I did not because when I got there I was told to wash my hands and be seated. At no time, did anyone ask me to pay, so I did as they said. When I said I did not pay yet he looked at me like I was crazy. It was my first time and I said it’s no problem I can pay now. Overall, a really horrible experience. I would not recommend the disorganization and the awful attitudes.

I wanted a pedicure and manicure. They say me with a nail tech for my manicure and after he finished I kept wondering why I wasn’t moved to the pedicure section. I finally asked and he told me he didn’t do pedicures. I was the only person in there when I walked in but because of this poor consideration, I had too wait for three people to finish getting pedicures before I was serviced. Also, my acrylic nail is separating from my natural nail.

Never come back here again. The guy did nails was very rude. I think he is the owner. He made fun and talked bad about me and two of my friends. One of mine was fluent in vietnamese bc her husband is vietnamese. Do not come here!

The Hispanic lady that did my pedicure was rude. I wont ever return here again.

I am absolutely satisfied with the person that did my nails today 😍😍 Her name is Katy or kaely but she takes pride on her work she took time on every nail and made sure it was perfect in her eye& in mine aswell ! I recommend her 100% she is valid I tell you 🥰

Ask the guy to fix my nails 3 times where he dented my acrylic and smudged it off. He just drilled it off saying nothing was wrong now one of my fingers doesn’t have acrylic just a plastic nail. He also cut my thumb and 20 mins after finishing I’m still bleeding. Dirty place used the SAME BLOODY DRILL ON MY SISTER! My sister was next in line and 8 people walked in after us. By the time the rude guy finished with me everyone who had walked in after had already been serviced except my sister. Worst nail techs in the area. Will never come back. Nails look terrible and refused to fix it then had the nerve to KEEP ASKING me for a tip. I refuse to tip someone that cuts me and gives me a problem about fixing something he did.

The place is hard to find but once youre there youre in good hands

The owner Long is very rude. Stay away from this nail salon. He is very aggressive and doesn’t need clients.

Worst nail Salon,I went there to do my nails and it was disgusting, my finger nail was a mess, I took it off when I got home

Update* my usual girl was on Vaca so I tried another person and Im impressed. Another round of perfect nails!Original* For the most part they have done my nails and eyebrows well. I only go to one person for my mails. Best advice is to try a few techs and find the one best for you. The lady who does eyelashes does great too.

I always have a great experience when I go here. Tonight Lan did an amazing job on my manicure.

In front of salon there is a sign with the Specials. It said it was $20 for pedicure.At the moment I saw the sign, the salon was closed. I came back after 10 minutes and saw that they are opened and on the window of the salon it says pedicures are $22. I know it’s only 2 dollar difference but the prices aren’t the same. You have to ask in there first before doing anything. They have posters of the prices that aren’t even what the services cost exactly.Not coming here again.

Looked up hours for Sunday and the hours said 10am-6pm my mother got there at 1:30pm and they were closed. I wish they would of updated there hours online and at the store. Cuz now my mothers time was wasted and now she doesnt have time to go somewhere else.

I would not recommend this place to anyone. The older Chinese guy that sits in the back did my nails. He filed my left thumb in the crease, on the sides all the way down to the meat. It had hurted so bad. He put acrylic on then painted them. My thumb was so sore for a week 1/2. When i took the polish off i found my nail dark brown and the meat under the nail where he had filed the sides to skin was particularly missing. I went straight to the Emergency room. The Dr. Said it was from friction. From being filed the way he did it.Then i went to lovely nails. The owner thought i was asking him to paint the nail. So he told me that it was water trapped in the acrylic. I told him that i didnt want it painted, I wanted him to take the acrylic off so i could see what was going on with my nail. When he took it off he started to tell me that there was no meat under my nail. He told me it wasnt infected because it wasnt blue. My nail never looked like this. Its now a brownish yellow with no meat under the nail. The nail is eventually gonna come off. The wait sometime is 3 hrs depending on what you want done. I noticed now that they go from one person to the next and you never see them sterilize any tools.

They do really nice nails. I like it there.
