Went in for acrylic removal and regular manicure, after an attempt to remove the nails myself. I managed to get one nail off which revealed healthy nails so I was expecting the same for the rest of my nails. The technician took out a metro card and wedged it under the acrylic, essentially prying the nail off, leaving my nails soft and damaged.Not to mention how uncomfortable and painful it was. She proceeded to do a sloppy manicure job, and because my nails were so shredded you can visibly see the bumps underneath the nail polish. Would never recommend this nail salon to anyone and will never be taking my business there again!!!

My first visit and the last visit all in one. Avoid this place at all cost, if it is possible. The young lady who did my pedicure, also was suppose to do a fill-in acrylic manicure. But, unfortunately she suggested to remove acrylic off my nails and replace it with a new fill-in set. She took out a metro card and a nail clipper and ripped the acrylic off my nails and proceeded to cut my nails down without asking me if I wanted to cut done my nails. Very disrespectful! Then she had the nerve to say to me I am going to do somebody else’s nails, who came after me and said that I need to Waite for another technician after she destroyed my nails. I was so disgusted and irate, because she had a smirk on her face when she said It. I guess I was suppose to act out, because they were going to use ghetto black girl stereotype to justify there miss treatment towards me. So, I simply got up and paid for my pedicure and kept it pushing towards the future. The simple one(“nail technician”) for better lack of words, said to me bye bye with big ole smile. Please if you value your money and time please do not come to this nail salon.

I’ve came here for 2 + years now. I honestly would recommend everyone to go to them. They were clean, staff were nice, prices average & the work was sufficient.After the last visit, It’s left a bad taste in my mouth. I was sitting there for about 45 minutes (20 on the couch then they moved me to the chair for another 25 minutes). They started people that came In after me.I showed them a picture & asked if they can do what I wanted. They told me yes. I asked again if you can do this style with what I wanted & again she said yes. While they were doing my nails they kept complaining about what I wanted. She seemed very frustrated. This is why I asked, if you couldn’t do it then just tell me & I would’ve done a simple color.She actually did a great job but complained the whole time. When she was done she got so upset & just dropped my hand there & went to the back. I thought she will come back. They usually give a hand massage, say thank you check me out. I was so confused. Someone else had to come & tell me i was done. It was so rude; while the other staff laughed. I give $20 tips every SINGLE time no matter if the total is $30 or $80. Guess what i left that day? I’m not a picky person & Ive been coming here for 2 + years to be treated like that. Sad

Ive only had maybe one or two issues with this place and those issues were address. Kevin is the one who does my gel manicure and he does a great job. Just got my eyebrows done after I believe a year (COVID YA KNOW) and the woman did a great job. They close at 7:30pm but was able to take me at 6pm. Overall Ive had a good experience here.

Caught covid after going to this horrible place that a friend recommended to me. Leaving with horrible nails, positive COVID-19. Ladies get checked right away please. They reuse their tools on other customers which isnt sanitary at all. They arent organized they make you wait madd long after they supposedly say they aren’t busy. Let kids run around

First time there, nail tech was not experienced took a Really long time and did not quite know how to execute style which was not communicated, kept putting polish on and taking off I ha to explain to him how to do then he over charged me when I asked for a break down o the total charges they seem unable to explain, they should let you know the cost when you ask for something not just charge at end. Have mixed feelings place was clean but no sanitizing between customers.

Came here for the first time today to get a UV gel refill and gel polish. Kinson did an excellent job at filling, shaping, and painting my nails. He made sure my nails looked symmetrical and paid attention to every detail. Very polite and great customer service. Clean, sanitary, and the complementary shoulder massage was great! I will definitely come back soon 👍🏽

I went here and paid $90 plus tax for my lashes and she did a horrible job.lashes were too thin didnt even look like they were done and when i went back less than a hour after she told me i had to pay more to get them thicker.Will never waist my money here again

It baffles me to see people say that they come to work and actually work! I walked into this establishment at 6:20pm and someone told me i was “too late”. My question to her was, “don’t you close at 7:30?” Her response, “I have one, two, three people ahead of me..”Okay & how is that my problem? I looked around the salon saw that there was about 5/6 employees there so, If she (they) was so worried about leaving at 7:30pm maybe they should update the hours of operations.If you don’t want my money, fine, I went across the street to “Prisca nails and spa” and they were happy to satisfy my needs at 6:30pm, in which, they close at 7:30pm as well !❤️

I have been a consistent customer for a little over a year. Unfortunately I will no longer be going because they are very rude when it comes to their mistakes. I use the point system with them and they forgot to put it in one visit. The visit was for $50 so I kept the receipt to receive the points and they refused to give me the points because they only give the points the day of your visit. They forgot to give the points that day because they were very busy, and she told me they dont forget and I cannot have the points. I thought it was truly unfair especially since ive been a loyal customer for over a year. Not only to mention there has been numerous times they have cut my fingers filing and shaving off gel polish. Very dissatisfied with this establishment!

Not a five star but definitely a four star. (Five star to me is Posh Nails or CocoSpa) This place is clean and precise. They have very fair pricing and a friendly staff. Honestly their pedicures are pretty solid, they put hot wax on the heels to smooth the skin.

My sons girlfriend got her manicure and pedicure for prom done here. The salon itself is a nice size and airy. There is a soft couch to sit on while you wait, as well as other comfy chairs. Staff is professional and makes you feel very welcome and relaxed. Nails were done to perfection on both hands and feet, and you even get a few massages during your treatment.

My girlfriend has been a loyal customer here for over a year! She has always given tips, but the one time my girlfriend cannot tip, the owner calls her out in front of customers. She has lost a loyal customer due to her insulting behavior.

U wish I could take the one star away. She caters to who tips her best, and who she likes. Shes the other and u have heard talking nasty to people. I wont be returning and Ive found a better place

I wish I could give it no stars. I waited patiently and they sat a lady that came in after me first. Then they finally sat me at a pedicure chair for 15 minutes with no service and went and serviced another person who came after me. I got up and asked for a manager. They pointed out a lady doing someone’s nails and as I’m trying to tell her what happened, she put her head down to finish the client she was with and ignored me. I asked if she was going to ignore me or help me and she said, “there are no managers here” so I just left. I can honestly say, they serviced others before me because they were white and I’m a minority. That’s the honest feeling I got from this experience. I will never come back.

My experience was horrible I’m not sure if it’s because yesterday was Sunday or Father’s Day either way they were really rude and annoyed at me telling them how I want my nails done. Less than 2 hrs of leaving the salon my index nail broke and they pretty much kicked me out the shop without my nails drying. My nails chipped and she repainted it without adding the base coat Those pictures are proof Not worth the $60 experience at all I’m so disappointed. On the plus side they were calm and the atmosphere was some what relaxing

The service was exceptional and the atmosphere very relaxing, not sure if it was because it was a Tuesday afternoon visit. This is definitely a nail SPA. Looking forward to going back.

Terrible Terrible never coming back here again.I was here today for a refill they had like 4 people i wanted an hour they tell me to go to the chair i waited another 20 minutes on the chair and the guy he has the nerve to go up to a lady who had just walked and started working on her left her half way and started on me after doing the refill when he went to “get the color “ he continued to work on the lady and picked her color and all but come on is all about the costumer service what makes you think that i want to waste two hours just to get a refill. Absolutely disappointed i am still upset. Someone else ended up finishing the work but still it was very upsetting i got there at 5 i had to be somewhere by 6:30 i left st 7:10

I spent 65 dollars practically just to paint my nails!they did not cut my cuticles. my heels were good and they scraped according to them for the calluses that I do not have and now my heels are rough. this is the first and the last time that I spend my money there.
