First and foremost they charge you extra for nails that they claim are long when they are short and (natural not acrylic). The job was decent, you can tell they want people in and out for quick money. I wasn’t going to say anything or complain until it was time to pay! I love to tip when I feel welcomed and the job was done correct! But wow I was shocked when I left a tip and the lady asked me if it was for the one who did my nails or my toes when I specifically asked for one person to do both sets! But that wasn’t just it, to her my tip wasn’t enough and it had to be 15%!!!! I was basically forced to add more of a tip!!!! I wish i can upload a picture of my nails but there’s no option. I was recommended by a friend of mine but I will no longer ever walk into this nail salon. I have no idea how this place has almost five stars.

HORRIBLE customer service. I didn’t even actually get to go to the location. I simply called to ask an idea of prices and the man who answered the phone was rude and bothered by my questions. He had an attitude and hung up on me on purpose. Then I called again to make the appointment, and when I told him that he needs to work on his customer service skills he said he will not be taking me and hung up again. Only come here if you want to be belittled.

Do not go to this place. Their full sets are terrible and the attitude of the staff is worse. Jack & Kitty are not friendly and God forbid you ask them for anything. My fullset came out incredibly boxy, thick and not smooth. They started to come up after only a week.Save your money and literally go anywhere else. I’ve been here twice and both experiences were unfavorable so this wasn’t just an “off day”July 28th (response to owner)I did not by any means offer a $1 that is completely unethical and would never in any establishment believe that is acceptable. I reluctantly tipped 20%. You must have me mistaken for someone else. I dont even have a daughter or any children for that matter.

I really liked the service here. Was in town visiting family and decided to check out the local nail shop. This place happened to be nearby and open so my sister and I checked it out. Nail service was great. Left feeling like a million bucks with my refill acrylic gel nails and lavender spa treatment pedicure

Very expensive... $95 for green tea pedicure and powder gel manicure (and only 2 coats of color). Felt rushed and got cut in a few places with the clippers.

Very nice place and sanitized. Kitty and the other staff was very friendly, this is my second time there and I love the way kitty did my nails. My husband love his pedicure and manicure and we will continue to go back. Definitely recommend

The shop took proper precautions due to Covid. Everything was plastic wrapped and sanitized Prices were very reasonable. Overall my experience was great and Ana who did my nails did phenomenal and she now has a loyal customer.

This is my new go-to spot! I called ahead and just like they confirmed I was able to walk in and immediately get started. Men’s mani / pedi took about 30-40 mins and was done very well. Be patient with the staff if they don’t speak English well and be sure to tip well

I’ve been i have be looking for a nail salon as good as my favorites nail tech in Brooklyn got tried of driving back and forth until I found Jack, it was my first time getting the ANC power and he did an amazing job overall very happy with the service i received. Thank you Jack my nails looks amazing.

Very good service and i got a last longer nail polish for three weeks ago, and come back get my feet done today. they have a lot of selection of color for the regular and gel, i was given green tea and my technician was very friendly and we had small conversations that were comfortable. this nail place is great as well, i got my gel pedicure this morning.

Very serene and relaxing. excellent pedicure with 10 minutes massage, i will be back to get my nails done, the owner explained what is the ANC gel manicure and the step by step about what he is going to do, he is so nice and funny guy.

I had written a review on Yelp but it seems to have disappeared so Im writing one on here to highlight that this place is a gem! My family just moved to CT from New York - previously gone to a nail salon/spa that we frequented for 18 years. My biggest concern was finding a place that felt like home like our dear Art Nail Spa in the Bronx, NY - and someone who could do my eyebrows perfectly! (before two weeks ago I had only allowed ONE person to do my eyebrows for the past 18 years). Our first visit was amazing - they were so hospitable! The real test was if they could continue their level of service after that first visit - and they have gone above and beyond. My mother and I now go once a month for a mani/pedi and we will never go elsewhere! (And yes, I did find someone here who did my eyebrows PERFECTLY!)

Worst customer service! Went back to have a nail fixed from a gel manicure I had 3 days ago. Owner wanted to charge me a fee to fix nail. I felt I shouldn’t be charged a fee since the polish was lifting from the nail. You’re paying for a gel polish to not chip for at least a week or 2. He proceeded to yell at me in front of customers. Told me if I wanted it to last pay for the powder gel. Then said bye. They are using old polish from previous owners. Very rude and unprofessional. Does not have good quality. I will not returning.
