The car I went to purchase had some important information missing from the web site description. I did get everything fully disclosed and that led me to not purchase this car, however…they did have another car I was interested in and that deal went very well, and overall I ended driving away happy.

The service staff is extremely thorough and asks in advance if there are any ares of concern that I have prior to bringing my car in. All issues are addressed/repaired in a timely manner. I was even sent a detailed video of the undercarriage of my car explaining Any mechanical issues. My advisor is Tony and he’s super patient and helpful.

Great service for many years but you cant trust anything coming out of their email system. They use a bot and trick you into believing you are talking to a person. Its like automated bait and switch. Not sure why the would do that but I will never be back.

Best car shopping experience I’ve ever had! I started the process online and sent the car that I was interested in to them via their website. When I walked in I was greeted immediately. After receiving a note from BMW that I could trade in my leased vehicle early and set up a new lease, I met with Kelly Garvin and drove the updated 2021 model of the same car i had. It was great and we decided to go ahead with a new lease. The car I wanted was on the lot and in about a half hour, I had signed for the new lease. I came back on Monday after the car was prepped and finalized the new lease. Also, Anthony Dominicus the expert on the car electronics spent time with me to familiarize me and my wife with the use off the car.The whole experience was quick, streamlined and easy. Good news, bad news. My experiences at BMW of Bridgeport were dismal and disappointing. If it were not for the customer service exhibited by my second sales person, my experience would have been a complete disaster! My first salesperson never returned any of my phone calls and never communicated any acceptance or rejection of my offer on a car advertised on the internet. I was finally told that there were multiple buyers interested in the car and that they would call me if they all fell thru. After several days, I called in and was connected with Armel who informed me that the car was still for sale. I made a full price offer which was accepted. After finalizing the paperwork, I ask if the dealership would pick me up at the airport that was 45 minutes from the dealership. My answer was no and the reason was that they didnt want to put that many miles on their car! A $70,000 used car and this is their answer to good customer service?? Let the buyer beware!!!

I had a great experience at BMW of Bridgeport. I went in for a oil change and left with something else fixed in my car for free and was also given a free loaner car for the day. We were surprised to find the exact car (Volvo XC90) we had been searching for months for was at a BMW dealership as a previous trade in.The staff took excellent care of us, patiently working with our credit union to help us organize financing our way, and overall provided excellent service.Any concerns we had with the pandemic were allayed as we observed everyone taking all necessary precautions. I scheduled an appointment to look at a 2016 Ford Explorer. After confirming the appointment and the availability of the vehicle, the dealership cancelled. They had somehow sold the SUV between closing and opening the following day. Now I’m left without a vehicle, I canceled my appointment at another dealership for this. Now I’m left with no other options, and my wife and children don’t have a vehicle. I’m severely disappointed with the professionalism of this dealership.
