I got the dip. i wanted pink. they applied it and it turned yellow. you heard me… YELLOW. they took it off and put a new color on. i was there for 3 HOURS. they have a small selection of colors to choose from. didn’t even get what i want. also all of my nails have chipped off. they also shaved MY REAL NAIL so thin it started to burn and get hot. i should have just went to lady bug nails because i know this wouldn’t have happened there.
Very disappointed. Im not that hard to please, seriously, no need for color obviously, just dont hurt me... Toenails cut back to the quick, nicked my cuticles twice, scrubbed my foot so hard that she SNAPPED the pumice stone in half slicing my instep and followed up with the weakest foot massage/rub possible. Then...$35 and their CC machine is broken, cash only. 0/5 will not repeat or recommend. I am not looking forward to putting on shoes this week 😠

When I confronted Tony ( The guy who was doing my nails) about the wait time he told me that if I want to go somewhere else to get my nails done then leave. And that other people had to wait a long time too. Now I don’t know about you guys, but I know for sure that when I book an appointment for something at a certain time I expect for that service to be done AT THAT TIME. Plain and simple . Tony was also being very rude when I asked him about a discount for having to wait so long to get my nails done . I wanted my nails done for prom and don’t get me wrong he did a good job, but he didn’t exactly do it how I wanted them. Then on top of that his customer service was really bad in general. From that point on I was silent waiting on him to finish my nails, but he began to talk about me in his language to his coworkers . I know this because they were laughing and speaking their language (and English) and he pointed at me and said stupid. This was my first time ever coming to this shop and it sucks that I have to say that I will never ever come here again. I recommend that you guys take your business elsewhere . Especially if you book an appointment and you need to be somewhere after, they will not get to you on time. Nonetheless, the ladies in the shop were very nice and they made sure I got my discount for having to wait. For those of you that want to book with Tony, be prepared to deal with a nasty attitude . Especially if you’re black. I could tell he was discriminating against me from the minute I walked into the shop. I was referred to the shop by a co-worker. But as a lady who likes to get her nails done every so often, I definitely would not recommend this salon to anyone .
This place absolutely blows.. i went to get my PROMMM nails done and now i don’t even wanna go. they charged me more than i paid for my actual prom dress. horrible paint job and the lady was super rough twisting my hands around even after i told her she was hurting me. save your time and your money and don’t go here no matter how last minute it might be.
I had a great experience with Lisa doing my acrylic nails. She spent a lot of time and detail on them to make sure they all looked nice. Jason gave me full spa treatment pedicure and he was very nice and took care with my pedicure as well.
This place is awesome well staffed and priced right. I visit this establishment at least once every two or three weeks to get a pedi I know before you say anything yes Im a guy and too enjoy being pampered. Especially when I work 12 to 13 hours on my feet. I highly recommend the L & K special. But like everything please dont take my word for it try them out yourself. And yes they are following the CDC guidelines for Covid and masks are required. Best option is to call ahead to schedule an appointment. Always Mahalo and be good 🤙

Deluxe Mango foot & leg massage is the best. Includes hot wax/stones treatment. Massage chairs are great. Staff is friendly and professional.
It is nice and clean. Their prices appear competitive but the finished product is not what it should be given their prices. I got the dip nails for the first time and was not sure what to expect. There was no semblance of a manicure at all. I had to ask the nail tech to push my cuticles back because she didn’t before starting and that was going to be very obvious-my nails would look outgrown before even leaving the salon. After doing the dip, she cut 4 of my cuticles to the point of bleeding with the grinder. After the UV lights she said I was all done, but there was hardened coloredresidue all over my fingertips-she said they don’t remove it and it would wear off. Very disappointed and will not be back.
Very nice clean shop. Ladies were very pleasant. The gal that was doing my pedicure clipped my toe twice. Yes...that hurts! Their banking device was not working when we were ready to pay. First the debit wasnt working, then the credit card wasnt working...no problem, totally understand that is out of their control. But the HARD push to make you give them a tip in cash was very off-putting. 3 of the employees all talking at the same time telling us we should bring cash for their tip because they dont make as much money if it is included in the paper process of payments. You bring cash for tip next time. Thats the American tax system...I pay taxes on my income, so do you. I doubt I will be going back there in the near future.

Super rude. My mom and I were regulars for 2 years or so. We always booked Kelly and Ken. Dont get me wrong they are good, but their ego needs to come down a notch. They are always making rude passive comments. The last straw was when we came in for an appointment and all we got was a glance. No hello, nothing. We thought it was odd, no one was really in there and it was dead silent. We waited 15 minutes and then got up and left. Customer service should be a priority.

Called to see if there was any appointments available. Kelly answered the phone and told us whenever we wanted to come down we got in the car went down there right in got our nails done. We had our brother in laws wedding to go to me and my sister-in-law went in. Kelly greeted us and took care of us in a promptly manner. This is my nail salon from now on
I havent received any treatments from L & K Nail salon yet but am looking forward to it. Ive been inside the salon and was impressed with its modern décor, new equipment and cleanliness. Theres plenty of manicure and pedicure stations to serve multiple clients comfortably. Lito the owner was friendly and genuine. I dont think you can wrong here. Will update as soon as I receive a treatment.
This place is the absolute worst place to come. I called and asked if they do Organic Nails with mood polish and they said yes. I get there and after they take my polish off then say they only have gel organic. I tell them it will not work and they insist. Now two days later the polish is chipping and two nails break. I come back and they insist I requested gel nails. They are horrible. Save your time and money. Then they want to talk about you in their language but have no problem taking your tip. Are there any good nail salons in Brentwood that speak English?
Had some woman named Anita. She was so rough, just pushing and pulling at my feet and hands! I turned massage chair on to try to relax and she turned it right off!It was the worst experience. She then overcharged me $80.00 Never ever have paid that much before for a simple mani/pedi. Would not recommend. Had to ask for password for Wifi to no avail. It’s horrible. Not friendly, you certainly don’t feel pampered!!!

I cant post a picture but they totally messed up my nails..my nails are real and its pretty important your cut all the same, I cant fix them now I must wait for them to grow out I am so upset that i paid $25 for only a color change plus a bad job st that
I got my eyebrows waxed there and I have burns from the wax above my eye. Never have I ever had this happen before. I look like I got punched.
Made an appointment for 430 pm to get a fill, and i get there and theybtold me a few minutes someone comes to see me in 15 minutes and they ask me what i want and i tell them they said another few minutes. Well 45 minutes later i satnd up and say i had anbappointment at 430 at 515 i stood up and saidvi dont have time now they tried to make it my fault sating i didnt tell them i wanted glitter didnt know i had to. Only 2 people know how to do it. So not okay to make customers wait that long when they had an appointment. I dont think it should have mattered what i wanted. Wasted my time.

This used to be one of my favorite nail shops. Since Covid I needed a mani/pedi. They charged me $75.00 which was the main reason why I stopped coming here. One day later my nails are chipping, the paint is uneven. Do not go here. The techs don’t keep their masks on. I never saw them disinfect their equipment in between clients. Kelly was there, Tony and Ken quit. This place was super empty for a reason.
First time I came here 7 months back they were pretty good! Second time I came here 3 months ago they were just ok! Yesterday I came here with my sister and they did a bad job especially on my sister’s Pedicure. Seems like if you pay for the basic pedi $25 they purposely don’t do a good job in hopes you will pay for the $40 pedi (interesting that there isn’t a price in-between the two) Hmmm? She didn’t cut my toenails that much and didn’t cut away the cuticle on the sides of my toe to prevent ingrown toenails. That was always basic at any nail salon I’ve ever been to in the past!!!! She also couldn’t get my credit card to work but had no problem with the Debit card?! Someone else that made a comment said they had the same problem?! Sounds like a racket to me! The girl that did my sisters feet hurt her and never apologized and acted very rude.Won’t be going back👎🏻
