Very good great attention to detail

Crystal nails is OPEN!!! I’m so happy, this is my favorite place to go for pedicure & manicure for the last 3 years. I always get the best service, never rushed, they pay attention to detail and always make me feel relaxed during and after my service. They also have remolded and the saloon and it is very COVID friendly, stations are spaced out with plexiglass in between, They a cleaning in between each customer and they are limiting customers in at one time. What a great experience, please support this business!

Poor costumer service! I booked an appointment with owner and instead of her doing it she had her brother do it. Horrible finish, clumpy, uneven nail surface. After butchering my girlfriends nails they got mad cause we paid with a credit card.Never going there again. Do you job correctly and be thankful youre receiving business!

My only concern is that my nails arent thick enough and theyll probably break. But in my experience, when you visit a nail tech regularly they get to know you and your habits (I should have asked for them to be a bit thicker) but Im happy and that says a LOT coming from me! 😁

This is only my second time here, the first time I was a little unsure, but from the moment I walked in the owner was super nice! She greeted my friend and I right away, sat us right down, and offered us tea and cookies. I was amazed! Their hospitality is great, prompt service, and always friendly! The salon is cozy, warm, and very inviting. My friends and I truly enjoy coming here. And the service that we received. I would Feinstein recommend this place to anyone looking for a place with a personal touch and a smile!

I LOVE this place. I make my appointments in advance so I always get the time I want. I am always taken on time, never late. Early if anything. She does not overbook. She does not accept walk ins if she cannot fit them in within about 10 minutes. She does not like people to wait. She is by far the best ive ever been to. LOVE it here. My nails always look fantastic, and they last my full 3 weeks. If you havent tried this place..you need to. You wont be sorry!

I was very pleased for the last couple of years with my pedi/manis from Angel until last Saturday. I called the day before to book my appointment. A nice man took my info: 10:30am w/Angel. I even thought twice and called right back to give him my name knowing how busy the Saturday before Christmas would be. When I arrived on Saturday promptly at 10:30am, Tony let me know that she was almost done with her customer. I looked around and the place was packed - not one seat open for me to sit. I asked if I should go get a coffee instead of waiting outside in the cold wind. Tony said Go. When I got back a few minutes later, I popped my head in and saw Angel with another customer. She started apologizing that there had been a mistake and if I could come back at 4? Or 3? I went over and talked to the owner, Crystal, and she hardly looked at me. I had been a loyal customer and couldnt believe how I was being treated. If they dont need my business, I will take it elsewhere, and I did! 4G in Oakley is off the hook and better than Crystal Nails!

This was my first time going and Im definitely going to continue. Helen and Crystal are professionals!

HORRIBLE!!! I decided to give this shop a try while my regular nail tech was on vacation. Huge mistake!!!! Im always willing to pay top dollar for my nails because I want them done right!! I tried this nail salon more than once and the services I received were not great, but ok. However, this time nails were sloppily done (uneven and paint chipped the next day). When I went back for the nail tech (Tony) to fix it, he did a rush job, even when I told him I would not mind waiting. I left with my nails in worse condition then before. I will NEVER go back! The shop is really nice (decor) though

I have patronized Crystals a couple of times. First & foremost this last time 10/10/18, will be my last. The man doing my gel mani, looked as if he just woke up. His shirt was so wrinkled, just simply unprofesssional..To then have him file by nail so much it ended up bleeding. The shop is very conjested and seems disorganized..Lucys on Balfour Rd. is very clean, tidy & professional..

Just love the people and atmosphere! They even been great from day 1 and if I ever dont like my nails they get me right in to fix them

Had no choice but to come here as they are the only ones open on Sunday near my place. The guy who did my toes was sooooooo slow and didn’t understand any English. They kept taking customers but they were already so busy that hey made them wait and most of them walked out. I also noticed that they use the same tools on everyone. No sanitation whatsoever. The nail polishes we’re old and cakey already. Go to Century Nail instead on Lone Tree.

I found my new favorite nail salon! Found this hidden gem in Brentwood and I love it. Im kind of a passive person when it comes to my nails... basically I wont complain as long as i get a massage... but when I get home, I end up regretting not saying there was a mistake. Today, they asked if everything was ok and even though it wasnt 100% to my satisfaction, I still said yes. CRYSTAL TOTALLY CALLED MY BLUFF! She could read my ok as I guess so... and corrected/RE-DID everything to perfection (she wasnt initially who did my nails there). I left HONESTLY extremely happy and when I got to my car realized they stayed past their closing time just to make sure I was happy! Most definitely coming back again!
