Everyone we came across to was super nice. The people who helped us our were super sweet, accommodating, and knew what they were doing. Every time i’ve gotten gel on my toes here by Hannah, it’s amazing and lasts a very long time. My mom got a super clean and detailed gel pedicure and acrylic + gel refill by Don. He took his time even though it was closing time and corrected anything pointed out to him without a fuss. I got my nails done by Micheal for the first time, showed him an inspirational picture on IG and he replicated it super well. Took his time doing the design. All the staff is super nice and go out of their way to make sure it’s done to your liking. I’ve been to many salons and they are definitely one of the best in terms of service, quality, and have reasonable prices. 10/10 recommend

Today was my first time going here and I have no regrets!!! Michael was my nail tech and he did a phenomenal job!!! He was so fun to talk to and he truly makes the customers feel welcome and comfortable! It is also so cool that this is a family owned business! Just had my second visit here. Fabulous job by Hannah and I didn’t catch the ladies name that did my pedicure but she was excellent as well. I will continue to drive over an hour to get to this place because they do such a great job!

Hannah has been doing my gel (shellac) nails and pedicures for the last year. They are friendly and the place is clean. I like to support local businesses. Michael and Hannah provide wonderful customer service. Highly recommend

I got dip gel and they are SOO chunky and thick! the width of the dip gel is three times the width of my real nail. i didn’t get tips because i have naturally long nails, i asked for a coffin shape and they are all different shapes. the lengths of each nail are different and they are all crooked. the biggest thing is that they are extremely thick and you can tell they are bad quality from looking at them.

Hannah and Michael are such incredible owners. Thank God this place is under new ownership as of a couple of years ago. Everyone there is like family to them! There is hardly ever a wait, and they are distancing everyone appropriately and safely with COVID. I also appreciate their music and HGTV selections :)Sophie did the most amazing leopard nails last time I was in. It was awesome and is now my Fall favorite (check out photos under google review). Super talented people there and they did this all with dip powder and gel so it lasted weeks! VERY HAPPY, ALWAYS RETURNING CUSTOMER!

I absolutely love Orville nails salon I been coming here the last 4 years or so . I come and see Michael and Hannah and there crew !! Hannah the owner and she is the sweetest person I know her smile just radiants off her . I love how personal they are with me they know my family and they treat me like family !! Michael is always so funny 🤣 always makes me laugh. They offer wines and drinks and candy which my kids love . I love how they take care of everyone that walks in the door . I won’t go anywhere else . And Tom is pretty awesome he has been in the nail world for a long time . And Kelly very sweet and does a awesome job as well can’t go wrong with any of them . Orvelle nails has excellent customer service. The nail technicians are very skilled and professional. My nails look great and I have been a customer for over 5 years. I highly recommend this nail salon for gel, dip, mani, and pedi. It is a wonderful experience to have your nails done here.

Friendly and professional staff and the most polish color choices in Brentwood! This salon is my go-to place to keep my nails looking great.

Came in for first time today to get a pedicure as a walk in. It was slow, maybe 3-4 customers at about 1:30pm. I was greeted quickly and with a smile. Taken to back and setup promptly, offered and given a bottle of water. Lem or Len (I wish I remembered his name!) did my pedicure. Im super happy! He took his time on everything from the trim and filing to the hot towels and foot massage. And the polish job is absolutely PERFECT. No sloppiness at all - no polish on the skin or cuticles, no bubbles or smudges... just good work. I will be going back and asking for him specifically.

If I could give this place ZERO stars I would. Absolutely never come here. I have been getting my nails done for over 10 years and I have never been treated this way by any other place. I started off the visit by telling him that my nails needed to look very nice because I had a wedding coming up. He was rushing the whole time and did not take attention to any detail. He skipped half of the steps my normal nail technician does. I went in three days later to ask him to please redo it and the nail technician said that they would charge me full price again whereas normal technicians will completely redo your set if there’s any problems within a week. They completely denied the fact that my nails were done horribly and said that the only reason that they would redo them is if there was a chip. I ended up walking out and say I would never be back they did not seem to care. The acrylics were horribly thick and did not look normal he did not paint my full nail at all and missed the tips there even was previous color on my nails from the last time I’ve gotten them done that he did not remove. I told them I would never be back and they did not seem to care, do not come here!!!!!!

I got the Orvelle package pedicure, it was fantastic! Best pedicure of my life. My boyfriend and I were walk ins, we were greeted right away. He got the Deluxe package, his feet have never before been so smooth. The hot rocks and soy candle massage was amazing. My feet and legs are in heaven. Very clean facility (Im a nurse, I would know). They even offered drinks at the start of the pedicure. Highly recommend!

I had a wonderful experience at Orvelle Nails & Spa. Michael was so nice and attentive. My nails are beautiful and the pedicure was perfect. The ambience is so relaxing! Excellent customer service and excellent quality work! I will definitely be back!!

I decided to take my wife to Orvelle Nails and Spa for her birthday, and she absolutely loves it here! She was so ecstatic that she could drink wine while getting her nails done. She always mentions how friendly the staff is, and how they treat her like family. Every time i have taken her since, it changes her whole day around. Thanks Orvelle! Definitely place to go when you need nails done. The salon has pretty design and relax environment. staff is very friendly and helpful. They want you happy when you leave.

My tech couldnt have been trained for what she did. She painted my nails without washing away all the products she used. She didnt paint the sides of my nails, focusing on one side more than the other. When I showed her what she missed, her corrections looked like my four year old did it. She didnt get cottom ball fibers out of the way before painting so it was under the polish. Never going back.

I broke a nail and just needed to go somewhere for a quick fix. I walked in and asked for help to find a color thatll match what I already had but the lady act like she didnt want to help me. So I walked out and went back to where I originally got it done. I didnt give it a chance with the horrible customer service.*

Gel manicure. Cheap and terrible. She cut my nails too short, shaped them poorly and the paint job was sloppy. Despite my feedback throughout the process, service did not improve. Large portions of my nails are missing polish. On two of my nails, she covered my fingers in gel top coat which resulted in bubbles of gel on my nails and my fingers were basically glued to the side of those nails. Will not be going back - not worth it.

I got one of the specialty pedicures. I tried to stay positive about it, but in the end the pedicure was painful and the service was not relaxing. He only focused on massaging the bone and when I tried to tell him it hurt, the technician mocked me. If you want a spa experience, this isnt the place.

Didnt use clean utensils when doing nails, all gel nail polish came off 3 days later.

They are all so sweet, and do an amazing job. They always nail my pinterest picture which can sometimes be a pain!! Love them!

Absolutely horrific. I got a dip powder manicure and they are soooo lumpy. Horrible job. Also, he cut my cuticle causing me to bleed. Got in my car and bent one on the spot. Do not go here.

Manicurist was not good. She had low energy and unskilled. She was not interested in her job. Won’t go back.
