I went in, and the lady did not look please to see me. I picked a color I really wanted and she said they didn’t have it 😑. I had to pick out another color, which all the colors are gross. Then when other people would walk in, she said she couldn’t attend them because she was working on me. I also asked for her to remove my gel nails, and she burned my nail and told me if I was sure because my nails would be weak. I don’t like to be questioned, just do as the customer tells you. I told her I can remove them myself. I left with my toe nails looking like a teenager, bright blue color. Won’t be going back.

Terrible service. I had one girl put on the acrylic and kept leaving me to help another girl out because she didnt want to lose her. She did a terrible application on me and was rushing. The next girl tried to fix it but instead of a coffin shape, it was more square. The gel doesn’t even last. After a week, there was pealing and you can easily take off the nails too. I do not recommend. I didnt even get my pedicure because they take too long and i just wanted to cry

I went here because I have seen a few people recommend it.. As soon as I walked in I got a really uncomfortable vibe, the workers just stared at me like I had 10 heads & when I told them I wanted a gel manicure they were all deciding whos going to do it for me -_- .. so I get my nails done, as soon as I got home I realized the lady put way too much polish on my nails, there were lumps of polish just built up at the end of my nails. now, it hasnt even been a week yet and the gel polish is peeling off. disgusting work. theres no point in going back to get them fixed because the ladies that work there clearly dont know what they are doing.. I will never be going back again.

I came here because based on what they post on Instagram.. nails look great and I thought it could be very professional. When I walk in I get looked at like I have 10 heads. Finally when I was getting my manicure, the woman doing my cuticles kept picking at my actual skin and hurt me. She overpainted my nails so much I have lumps of nail polish on. Not only that but it took longer than usual to get my nails just painted. The UV light machine they use sucks because you can burn your fingers so bad. When I went to pay I only had a $50 bill. The older woman that charges and picks up phone calls was very rude about having no change and just kept talking under her breath. In all reality it’s not my problem that there’s no back up money or money in general in the cash register. She was only good for just sitting there and filing her nails.

I drove almost one hour to get there. I got there at six and was told to wait a couple of minutes. Then more ppl started to come and get there nails done ( with no appointments made). I waited 2 hours there meanwhile ppl that got there after me, got to get there nails done. Nope I didnt get my nails done.Unless you want to wait a ridiculous amount of time dont go there. The workers arent polite and just want money. Your better off going somewhere else

Came here to get acrylics and the woman doing my nails seemed very nice at first but she spoke very little english. i kept telling her to make my nails coffin shaped and she didn’t understand nor make an attempt to get a translation from her english speaking coworker. at the end half my nails were shaped coffin and some were shaped square. i complained and even the OWNER made no attempt to fix my nails or lower the price i was paying .(they make you pay $10 extra for a different shape and i still payed the $10 extra even though my nails were completely botched.), i had previously had an experience coming here where i wanted to get my eyebrows done and an employee had told me that she wasnt there in the rudest manner. other employees proceeded to laugh . it was completely unprofessional and it will be my LAST time coming here.

They are not professionals, I did my nails 💅 I paid 60 dollars and after 5 days they had been horribly damaged, all the polish came off easily from the nail and I work as a driver and even then they did not last me pure scam I hope God arrives first Someone saw them that place they use to scam so many people thats why its so empty because scammers are going to be left with nothing Ill take care of publishing it on tik tok and on Facebook they dont know who they messed with.

Pure scam I have pictures of my nails 💅 please take care of your money go to another place or ask for references but this place is a scam first God close them I am going to investigate if you can go to the police or the consumer department for robbing so many people.

My mother got infected with a nail and they did not breathe, so we have medical tests and pictures.But its a shame that these things happen

This place is horrible, they dont know how to do nails when I arrive at my house, I take them all off and pay 45 dollars for a job badly done .......
