Tanya at Serenity is incredible! I won’t go anywhere else for my dip manicure because it never lasts as long or looks as good as it does when Tanya does it. This salon has so many talented employees and is run very professionally. The rates are very fair (actually possibly less expensive) the area!

I normally get a pedicure and manicure. I’ve noticed that the quality is based on who performs your service. I’m not saying the service is bad but the results do vary, which in my opinion affects the quality of service. I will say the establishment is always clean and the staff professional and courteous. I’m not sure if the pricing is competitive as I don’t visit other salons for comparison.

Kelly here is amazing! She did a wonderful job doing acrylic. Will be back for sure.

**BEWARE** I went there to use a gift card and upon checking out I was told they wouldnt accept it. This place is trying to scam people. They say on their entrance door to buy gift cards yet they wont allow people to use them. Well its smart if you own the place. Its like taking the money as a tip and screwing the customer over. This speaks. Dont go here.

Wendy was an outstanding nail technician! Loved her work every time I went. Then boom she’s gone. I scheduled an appointment with a technician is used once before when Wendy was out. BIG mistake! I reached out to the salon to let them now and..... nothing. They did not respond at all. The pain, poor job that was done, and the excessive wait time...... I thought they at least reach out to me. I’ve been going there for awhile; however since they couldn’t even bother to check up with me, I will not be returning.

Was waiting for forever and they did the wrong color and the wrong type I asked for tips didn’t get any and not to mention it looked like a 5 year old did it. They didn’t even get to the other two people with me and we just left

I got dip with tips and was not pleased with how they turned out. the technician kept scraping my cuticles and my nails turned out very crooked and rough feeling. they are all different lengths and do not look good at all.

BEWARE! I am writing this poor review on behalf of a relative of mine who had to seek medical attention after receiving a manicure at this establishment. Shortly after having a powder dip manicure done at Serenity, my relative (who is too embarrassed to write up a review herself) started feeling discomfort in her nails. After a few days, she returned to Serenity to have the manicure removed. A strange milky colored bubble on her nails was visible. However, the nail tech said nothing and did not seem alarmed. The raised discoloration on her nails became increasingly more painful and unsightly over the next few days. It escalated to the point where medical attention was needed. An anti fungal prescription was given by her doctor, along with the advice to not return to Serenity. The doctor also advised her to not be alarmed if the nails end up “falling off.” This kind of medical issue should never be a concern to someone just wanting to get a simple manicure. After paying a hefty medical bill, my relative has plans to return to Serenity as soon as possible to demand a refund. Not only did this result in money lost on both the manicure itself and the cost for medical care, this issue caused physical pain and negativity effected my relative’s job, as typing for hours a day is crucial to her job description.Would not recommend this nail salon!

New favorite find. The manager is superb and incredibly accommodating. When they didnt have a color I was looking for, he helped me hunt it down. Technician did my gels and after 2.5 weeks they are still looking great. Fast, clean and excellent customer service. Definitely recommend!

GREAT PLACE!! I did get to my appointment 45 minutes earlier than it was set for and they were able to help me within 10 minutes of me being there!! The lady who did my nails did a great job and quick. I will definitely be going back. Thanks again!

Giving a 3 star because the employees were very nice. Four of us girls went and had full sets and every single one of us lost multiple nails (easily) within the first week. Not sure what the deal was but definitely not worth $40. Also, online it said a full set was $30 and they charged us $40.

I really enjoyed this place. The environment was clean and inviting, staff was friendly and attentive. The amenities were superb and new. Overall I didnt find any negatives at all...If you need/want some pampering, make an appointment or walk-in, but give them the opportunity....I highly recommend a visit and will definitely be returning!

I waited until my third visit to leave a review. Ive been shopping around and doing my research on nail salons, and Ive definitely found my place! Love the ambience of the salon, and the techs do thorough work. I even bought my boyfriend a pedicure here and he loved it! Keep in mind, I only use regular polish. I havent found a place that does great acrylic work yet.I HIGHLY recommend this place to everyone. You wont be disappointed with your experience.

First time here.....why did I wait so long??!! I am at the Brentwood location. My nail technician and she did an AMAZING job!! She pays very close attention to details, is friendly and very professional!!I was also impressed with the receptionist. This is the FIRST nail salon that I have EVER been to (including my daughters) where the receptionist kept themselves busy. When there were no guests to attend to, she was dusting, re-stocking, cleaning, putting away new supplies, etc, and always had a smile on her face. This is an employee I would DEFINITELY want to have working for me!Keep up the good work ladies!! I will DEFINITELY be back and I will spread the word about this location!!

It was my first time visiting here. Got my nails done last week (a fill in with acrylic with gel polish). All of my gel polish has chipped and fell off. I am so disappointed.

I had a great experience here! Called during the day to see what the latest I could come in for a full set of pink and whites was, and they were very generous with the time. When I got there, everything was very clean, and everyone was very nice. It only took an hour for my full set of nails, with gel top coat. I was thrilled with my experience, and would very highly recommend this store!!!

While visiting the I needed a gel manicure. I was immediately greeted and welcomed and seated. showed me a large selection of gel colors. I am very pleased with my manicure and found their price reasonable. I would return and recommend this salon. I noticed they have a large back area with comfortable looking pedicure chairs.❤️

I drive 45 min to get my nails done at Serenity Nail Spa. Their work is impeccable and detail oriented. It is a place where you can feel comfortable and like family. Technicians nail art is beyond amazing and beautiful. I never used to get a design in my nails until I started visiting Serenity Nail Spa.

Best nail salon Ive ever been to. The service was amazing, no wait, the ladies were so kind and funny. My nails look absolutely fabulous and the place was incredibly clean. I went there today just walked in, bad start anyway. She did my nails every minute I had to tell her what to do, she almost cut my skin under, was a terrible job. I dont even know why I did let her continue;I guess I was speechless, they were so rude speaking their language in front of customers, I speak 2 other languages, but I always try to not be disrespectful to others around me, I tip very good every nail shop I go, but I didnt tip her at all, they do not care about customers I complain and they did not even try to fix it, very poor customer service for the price they charge you think you will get the best but guess what? the most sh.... est nail job I ever had. Do not make a mistake going there by their look (high class) but terrible quality.

Great nail place!! I was looking for a new nail salon in the Brentwood neighborhood and after reading stellar reviews, I decided to test it out.I got an acrylic rebase with My manicurist--he is amazing! Very meticulous work and such a nice guy. It was overall, a great experience.Halfway through the appointment, the manager showed up and proceeded to take the time to greet his customers and ask them about their experience. He also thanked us for being customers. It was so neat, you dont ever get that at a nail salon.Between the great nails and the friendly staff-- five stars and I will be back!

Certainly not pleased with how my nails turned out, nor the tech that did them. I have acrylic bumps under my nails that should have been filed down. I was expecting high end service with this salon being in Brentwood. Glad I have previous nail tech experience so I can make them look better. Definitely was NOT worth $60, nor a return visit. And it would have been nice (and proper) to be offered a drink while I was being serviced (like Ive read others were offered).

Wonderful !! My daughter recently booked an appointment for usand so glad she did. She was very friendly on the phone answering our questions about the healthy nail product, and then answered more with a smile before working on our nails. 05/10/2019 around 3 pm. Just finished getting my hair cut and decided at the last minute to get a manicure/pedicure. My hairdresser recommended Serenity in Brentwood, TN since it was close by. Thankfully they took walk-ins. Immediate attention, attractive facility and in less than 10 minutes, I was assigned a nail technician, Holly. Thorough professional service, soft music, relaxing atmosphere and only English spoken. VERY PLEASED with Holly and reasonably priced. Will definitely be returning.

Excellent service on short notice for a party of 3. A lot of attention to detail and very relaxing. Lynn was very thorough and kind! We will be back!

This nail salon is fantastic! I’m visiting Brentwood for a work conference and did not have time to get my nails done before I left. She did a fantastic job with my pedicure and gel manicure. The salon is clean, the staff is very friendly and as a perk they give you a drink with your service! I would highly recommend for your nail needs!!

Ive been going to another nail salon in Brentwood for years and I was in a bridal party and the bride wanted to go here. Me being my first time I was very skeptical about coming to a new nail salon, but this place I amazing! So amazing Im switching over to them regularly. The second you walk in its a clean, fresh, and calm environment. No one is screaming - not bumping into things or people. This is has got to be hands down the best salon in Brentwood! I noticed all their tools in sterile packs and disposal lining on everything. The staff is amazing and very welcoming. Thank you Serenity Nail Spa - I will be coming back!

THE WORST EXPERIENCE EVER! I never write reviews, but the service was so poor that I felt the need to. I went this past Sunday just to get a gel acrylic fill in and one nail repair. I was rushed from the time I walked in until I left.The nail that was repaired was placed on crooked and was not the same shape as the other nails. The tech did not file or even try to make my nails even. He put 4 coats of gel polish on my nails which made them sticky after drying. I was charged $65, which I felt I was overcharged, but wouldve been okay with if the service they performed was acceptable. My nails were lumpy and the overall quality was just poor. When I discussed the issue with another tech who was doing my friends nails she stated Well longer nails are harder. Did you even tip? If they were unable to perform the service I asked for, they could have effectively communicated that with me. Two days after I left, my nail polish was chipping and the nail that was repaired is now splitting and is almost broken halfway. I can literally peel the polish off of my nails. I am completely disgusted with this establishment and wont be returning.

My manicurist did a great job! I got a gel mani and a gel pedi and I love how my nails came out. She was quick but also did a great job and did my nails exactly how I wanted them to. Definitely recommend this place.

I really was opposed to getting a pedicure because I hate people touching my feet, but this place has made me a pedi addict. My first pedi wasnt here but I wish it would have been because they are gentle and really nice. They make you feel comfortable and they do a great job. I visited Serenity Nail Spa on friends recommendation and it was worth it. If you, like me, are generally afraid of getting your nails did, you should visit this place. Plus, compared to other nail places in the neighborhood, this place is super affordable.

Poor customer service, unfriendly staff & a basic pedicure which was like doing it yourself at home. We were a family of four & we all felt it was a waste of our time & money. For the price that I paid, any other salon would have done a better job of scrubbing the heels! Never going back. Walmart nail salon does a better job than this one for sure.

Worth set I ever got. Makes me embarrassed to be a nail tech that’s how bad it was. Nail broke after a couple hours. Didn’t see how bad the shape was till I got back to work. Paid 80$ for trash. Definitely would NEVER go back or recommend ANYONE!

I am not from Nashville but needed a little me time due to my son getting Chemotherapy at Vanderbilt children’s hospital i found this place on google maps and thought I’d give it a try they was very nice and extremely quick to get you in and token care of my nails are my real nails and they look amazing with a manicure and shellac I will definitely will be going back when I need that time away from the hospital!!

If I could, I wouldn’t even give one star. I have cuts on 3 different fingers, because during my service she was all over the place and cut me repeatedly even in the same spots over and over again. I expressed pain and she said nothing. No apology, didn’t even look up. At one point she accidentally touched the top of my nail with a tiny drill which is meant for under the nail, which left a dip in the nail. I showed her- she acted like she couldn’t see it then finally said this isn’t even a problem.. because an obvious surface flaw “isn’t a problem”. I highly recommend you choose elsewhere. Good customer service is hard to come by these days.

I had a pedi & my friend got a mani. My experience was something I had never experienced before. She started talking to the girl working next to us immediately & rushed through my pedicure so fast. A couple of other ladies that worked in the salon walked by & observed her talking twice. My lady then started leaning over whispering to the girl working next to us. I noticed my toes looked messy & assumed she would clean them up. However, with polish all over my toes & some on top of my foot she proceeded to put my flip flops on & walk away. I was in total disbelief & I just sat there. She came back & I calmly explained my toes were a mess. That she had talked to the other girl the entire time & rushed through the pedicure. Start to finish 20 minutes!! She told me she had Not talked & she could fix my toes. I explained the only way to fix would be to redo. She did & they looked as they should have. She told me again she did not talk & did not rush. I told her she rushed & talked & it was very rude to do so. I paid my bill & there was no tip. Several could hear my part of the conversation because she was talking low. Horrible experience!Now the girl that did the mani did a great job. However, she never said hello, or smiled & never said one word to my friend. She motioned for her to go to the dryer & that was it.Good luck it you go & maybe these two will not be there or will treat you bettet!

The worst gel nail job Ive ever had. They were uneven, see through, and poor quality in general. They peeled right off 3 days after getting them done. Service was awkward and unfriendly. The table and equipment they were using did not look clean. My friend and I made the grave mistake of going here. Will never make that mistake again.

It was dusty and dirty, I had to lift my arms and hands away from table after my manicure to keep the pieces of nail dust and who knows what else from sticking to me. I could feel the grit on the table. Now one week later my gel manicure is peeling. Not happy

Not a huge fan. Went to get gel removed and a regular manicure. The woman who did my nails rushed through removal leaving my nails rough and uneven. Definitely wont be returning.

I never write bad reviews but I am writing this because I was definitely overcharged. I know I should have gone back and discussed it with her but I did not want to cause a scene in front of other customers. I got a manicure and a pedicure, and she specifically asked what pedicure I wanted and I said the basic one, which on the chart she gave me it said it was $18. Then I got a regular manicure with gel. I know the gel was more expensive but my total price came out to be $63 which I calculated over and over and there is no way it should have been that expensive. I have never had a basic mani and pedi cost me $63 and then a tip added.
