Great customer service.employees work as a team. I love that they have little massage pedicure chairs for little girls. It sure made it more special my little daughter and mother pedicure day.

My wife frequent this place. But appears to be new ownership now, with new name changed to Venus.I visited the day before Mothers Day to get the wifey an appointment as part of the gift package for Mothers Day. We have plans for the day and needed to do it early. I asked about hours, and they open at 10. I hesitated a bit, and who I believe might be the new owner or just a very nice worker asked, how she can help. Told her about my plans, and she said, theyre happy to accommodate special appointments @ our requested 9am.Booked an appointment for both wife and I. Most of the worker looks to be new as well. In a good way. They were very nice, professional, did a very job with our overall service. Lets just say, I now know what my wife means when she tells me a job well done / good service you leave feeling relaxed and pampered.Highly recommended.

I have always received excellent, timely service by both the prior and new owners. I only get pedicures so cannot comment on their other services. The employees are very friendly and their massages are amazing.

When this place was Hi tech pro nails the service was awesome. I had been going there for 8 years and knew everyone that worked there. The quality and cleanliness of their work was perfect. Now that it has been bought out and changed ownership, it is the worst nail place I have ever been too. Yes the chairs are new, but the quality of nails is below even one star. Two days after I had my nails done I had to go to another salon and have them redone because of lifting. And if your expecting any customer service you will not be happy. Please do not go here.

Customer service is lacking.. They had one set of prices in the pamphlets but gave you a different price once you were in the chair. Management did not accommodate the customer

Girls are friendly, nice selection of polish, long-lasting clear coat, perfect shape, always busy so make an appointment. Best place in the Brentwood and I would know, Ive tried a total of 12 nail salons.

Ive been there twice now, and within 3 days of each visit, Ive had multiple acrylic nails lift or pop off. When I went back the second time and told her, she wouldnt listen to me. Within 2 days of leaving, 3 of my nails have popped off. I will never go back there. They obviously do not care about their customers or having repeat business.

I went there 5 months ago to have my acrylic nail removed, and the guy hurt my nail and Cut my skin, it was really painful and even if I was telling him wait, it hurts he just gave me a smile like Im just being a cry baby then he continued try to peel off the fake nail until I said STOP its bleeding! then we saw my real nail was cut all the way to the skin it was really deep. Another guy took over when he saw it and try to finish the job with less pain. They didnt even try to do firstaide and I even have to ask for bandaide, UNBELIEVABLE!!! And whats worst?! They still made me pay. I know I shouldve said something when they ask me to pay, but I said to myself, they will get their karma one day. Since then I never cameback and dont even want to see that place again. And I told my daghter who use to go there, and told her to tell all her friends who use to go there too. I know its been 5 months now, but I just feel the need of letting everyone knows, to avoid this from happening to anyone else.

My girl made an appointment with someone and she ended up waiting 1 hour only to get her nails done by someone else. Whats the point of making a mf appointment. Dont recommend it dont take your girl there dudes

Waited over an hour almost 2 when it wasnt even as busy. Asked for long nails & she did them super short for a high price.

They did horrible on my fill she was rushing my nails arent evenly filled toes look horrible too
