Last week was my first visit and it was wonderful. The staff is friendly and informative. I felt comfortable right away, like family almost. They spent almost a whole hour explaining different skin care options for my specific skin type. The procedure I received was painless and turned out really pretty. Wow! Skin Renew is awesome! I love the team here and have been coming here for years. Roxanne is truly a specialist for turning back the clock! She is a licensed professional and extremely knowledge with skin rejuvenation. She is an expert in Botox and Juvederm! I have been coming to Skin Renew for maybe 4 years! They are the most professional and knowledgeable in this area. Roxanne as a Licensed professional, is more informed and trained in the latest treatments than some of the dermatologists in the area with Botox. For Skin Rejeuvanation I wouldnt trust anyone else.

I just love this place and the staff is very professional. I have been dealing with pigment damage for years and Skin Renew has really improved my skin. I started hair removal treatments several months ago and love the results.I plan on doing other treatments at Skin Renew and I will try Botox and fillers next. Great place for skin care.

Very professional staff, I have had 3 (with 3 more planned) hair removal treatments on my bikini line and one laser treatment of spider veins. They are always very helpful in suggesting what to do, and have not tried to oversell me on things I might not need. They suggested waiting longer on a second spider vein treatment to see if the first treatment completely resolves my issue, which I appreciated in that they are not rushing me to spend more money. Some people have left bad reviews about after a few treatments not seeing results, in my experiences (both here and other hair removal places) you need at least 6 to see results, and at least 12 for full hair removal, if not more. I dont even know how many Ive had on my underarms, it totally depends on your hair texture and hormones in my opinion, so just wait for groupon or half off depot sales to get a bunch of treatments for cheap!

Ive had my second appointment with Skin Renew for Laser Vein treatments on my legs. So far, i have seen promising results and I am looking forward to the end results after my next two sessions and finally being able to wear skirts and dresses again without worrying about unsightly veins. The staff is friendly and professional and I appreciate the great coupon deal that gave me the incentive to do something for myself that I have been wanting to do for a long time.

I have been going here on for a few years for laser hair removal. I have only experienced about 65% hair removal after exceeding six sessions on two separate areas. I have also been simultaneously going to Rejuvenation Group for other areas and experienced about 90% hair removal there. Still, I use the promotions here and 65% for a reasonable price is better than nothing. I generally experienced good service and a friendly staff until the last few weeks. They have called me before to reschedule appointments (because of conflicts on their end, not mine) and I have been ok with that. About three weeks ago, they asked me if I would mind rescheduling, and I was fine with that and rescheduled. I got a voicemail about a week later saying that I had been rescheduled on a day that they were not open, and could I please call them to reschedule again. I have called them and left about ten voicemails and I have also sent an email, and no one has called me to reschedule the appointment (which I only moved in the first place to accommodate their scheduling). I work nearby, and I have tried to catch them in person and the office is always closed. Im not certain at this point that they are still even in business. Im three weeks past when I needed my appointment to be, which is not how the timing of the treatment works. It is going to be interesting getting in touch with anyone at this office if phone calls, emails, and showing up in person do not work.

Ive had laser hair removal with Renew for Laser Vein treatments on my legs. It has been great and I have purchased another package for the bikini line. The staff is friendly and professional. However, they do try to sell you services at each treatment. Since some of the services are expensive, I usually wait until they offer a special. I am waiting for a special for laser vein treatments and plan to purchase one so that I can finally treat my legs.

Under new MIS-Management. I had a few bad experiences here in the past and received an email talking about under new ownership....so I thought Id give them another shot.Big mistake. After waiting 30 minutes past my scheduled appointment time, I left. The receptionist ask can you come back in the afternoon.....no going to happen.The entire time I was waiting, not a single person came through the door of this place.Be skeptical of the 5 star reviews. As someone else mentioned, the only good thing about this place is the location.I will not return.

AWFUL! AWFUL! AWFUL! ZERO CUSTOMER SERVICE! I had an appointment at 5:15 and I get a phone call at 10:30 telling me that they were under new management and that since I had a half off depot voucher that I could not come to that appointment, but could make another appointment during their new business hours. They said since they were not making money off my voucher they could not stay after hours for me. I have had this appointment for close to 2 months. Someone could have called and told me before I had made arrangements to make it to this appointment instead of telling me 7 hours before my appointment. DO NOT GO HERE!

Do NOT try Botox here!! Bruises and uneven result, not worth it!! Location is the only thing positive!!!

I had my first iLipo treatment today and lost 6.5 inches! The staff is great, I really enjoyed my experience and look forward to going back.

I had an appointment scheduled and the day of appointment I couldnt get a hold of anyone in the office so I ended up calling the business next door. The office attendant went next door and checked for me only to find that they were closed. She told me that several of the clinics patients have been showing up for appointments and the past two weeks, none of the nurses or staff have been there. Very sketchy.
