It was my first experience getting a Brazilian wax and the owner was very patient with me. I loved my experience. She explained everything and was very knowledgeable in her field. The place is absolutely gorgeous and I can’t wait to go back!

I went in on my first time and did the full Brazilian wax!!! I was scared but Kezia made me feel very comfortable and talked to me through it all. She has been doing it for a long time and is so very professional and friendly. My 10yr old daughter now gets her armpits and legs waxed as well. She of course isn’t a complete fan but she loves Kezia and always leaves smiling and happy and ready to go back for the next time. I mean of course waxing isn’t pain free for everyone(me pretty much it is painless) but for my daughter to want to try it then want to and has continued to go shows that anyone can do it. So if you’re in the fence or scared go to the Brentwood location and see Kezia she’s amazing!!

Kezia is great and so sweet. She makes you feel comfortable and is very informative during the waxing. I loved it and the place is very cute. I’ll definitely be back!

Upon arrival I asked could I add the under arm service in addition to my scheduled wax and they said yes. I went back and everything was going well. I don’t know if my esthetician was doing more talking than working but time got away from her or they should’ve denied me adding that extra service if time didn’t permit. I say that because there was a knock at the door while I was getting waxed. It’s to give them a time check. I paid for service and found it rude to let her know that she was spending too much time on me. Well she continues and then someone comes to the door and they start speaking in a foreign language. I guess to let her know that she needs to get me out of the room. And at this point she starts rushing on me. So much so that after she’s done and leaves out of the room I check and find that I still have wax on me. I call her back in the room to fix it and she does but doesn’t get it all. Now I’m in their restroom plucking wax! That mess hurts! I go to the front desk to make her aware of the issue because my lady was on to her next client and she had the audacity to tell me I need to wait 30 minutes until the manager is done before I could get her to get the rest of this wax off me. Now I’m a patient person but my thing is I just had my appointment that I was rushed out of and shouldn’t have to wait for anything because it should’ve been done right in the first place. Needless to say I just paid and left extremely dissatisfied and disappointed in the service.

Every girl at Authentic Brazilian is thorough and does a great job. I havent encountered anyone who is anything other than polite, professional, and accommodating. The salon is clean and welcoming. Highly recommend.

Eury is my favorite and only person I go to. She is professional and fast with her hands.

Flame was wonderful! I’ve always had bad experiences with some wax salons due to me being a plus sized woman but I will definitely be driving 30 minutes to book with her again! She was very thorough and I couldn’t have asked for a better experience. The salon was clean and the receptionist was nice. 10/10 would recommend.

This is the only wax place I go to and sadly I have to drive like 30 mins from where I stay but I’m never disappointed so I don’t mind. ❤️

This was my first experience with waxing. I informed the woman of this. She didnt tell me what she was doing and when I asked her to stop for a second she did not. Which sent me into a panic attack. Im just saying when someone asks you to stop, you stop.

Love this place! I had never had a wax before but with summer coming I figured I would try it! The prices were super great and the entire space was clean and sanitary! The front desk girl was really nice and the woman who gave me my wax was the best. She def made me feel at ease in an otherwise uncomfortable situation.

I LOVE THIS PLACE! The staff is super friendly, professional and make you feel comfortable and relaxed. Eva does an amazing job on my brows and I get compliments of them all the time. They are always able to fit me in for a last minute appointment too. I can tell they use a high quality wax because most make me break out and leave me very red and irritated for days. I never have any issues with the product they use.I am so glad I found this little gem!

Visited to get a gift card and the place is absolutely beautiful! It is not a speed shop that is concerned about volume. They have great customer service & offered a tour of one of their empty rooms. Marble floors, a glass chandelier in the foyer, coffee, tea, & water for guests, etc.... They offer more than just waxes; Highly encourage you to stop in for their services or to get a gift card for that special someone!!!

Kamilla was sooooo awesome! This was my very first time getting anything other then my eyebrows waxed. She did the full body and talked to me the whole way through it and was very fast! Will definitely be back!!!!!

Authentic Brazilian Wax is the best place to go for a quick, professional wax! The staff is friendly and the shop is clean and chic. I went for underarm, legs, and bikini and Eury was very efficient! If getting waxed could be described as relaxing, Authentic Brazilian Wax is the place :)

I love this place. All the staff are very friendly. Any time I have come in to get a wax I am blown away by a tremendous job they do. I never feel rushed when I come in for a apppointment and the staff is always precise with the waxing I have received. The pricing for Brazilian is great. My skin is very sensitive and I never have to worry about the wax used breaking my body out. If you have not come in for wax make your appointment now you will not be disappointed.

Oh wow. It is 4:30 PM May 23, 2019. I’ll call this location and a young woman answered the phone. That is the only reason they got three stars. I simply ask if she can tell me exactly where they were located. And she stated, we are on Seaboard Lane. Then there was about a seven second pause, on my part because I was waiting for her to elaborate. On her part, after she paused, she said, across the street from Cosco. But the tone it was in just was not the nicest at all. I wouldn’t want to go to a place where they can’t even be nice on the phone. No thank you. But thank you for at least answering the phone.

Decided to try a new wax place I normally go to prima day spa and was scared to go somewhere else SOOOOO happy I tried these guys they get you in and out the wax was just as good as my normal place my waxer was Emily she was super sweet place is super cute and clean and my Brazilian was ONLY $35 I normally pay $65 and I didn’t need a appointment walked in and only waited 15 mins yesssssss now back to my HOT GIRL SUMMER

Very efficient, was in an out in 15 minutes. A little more painful than other places, but that could have been me.

Went today with my best friend/bride to be. They were so nice and even though we got caught in traffic(had an hour drive from lebanon) and ran 20 minutes late they were not upset and got us right in! Place was very clean and the daughter was very sweet. She talked me through every step (because it was my first wax) and told me everything would be ok and which parts would be more sensitive/painful than others. I greatly appreciate their patience especially in their line of work and will definitely be back and recommend them to all my friends! Great job ladies!

I was looking online for a place to get waxed before a cruise and found a Groupon for this place. I was a little skeptical but needed s deal so I tried it out. I called before purchasing the Groupon to make sure they could fit me in since I needed it done within the next couple days, was leaving for a cruise.When I called, they told me that they had s full body special for $75 which ended up being cheaper than the Groupon. Of course, I was just planning to get a bikini wax and the special included Brazillian. The receptionist was super friendly and told me they could get me in, no problem.When I arrived, I was greeted immediately, the place was clean and very welcoming. Camilla was the person that did my waxing. I let her know that it was my first Brazillian and that I was a bit apprehensive. She did her best to make me feel comfortable and she did a really great job.Overall, I highly recommend this place. I will definitely be back when it’s time for my next cruise.
