Theyve always been very timely. If they say one hour, it will be one hour. Sales people are very nice and they dont try to push a new car on you when youre just there for service, but they will talk with you for a second and be on their way.
Very helpful and polite. I recommend Heartland Toyota to anyone wanting a new car or even a great used car. They make sure you are totally satisfied with your purchase.
Worthless company!! Horrible service. Liars!! Over charging! $480 to change a cabin air filter and add a mesh screen. Factory defects. My car was a lease with all maintenance paid and I was still charges $480.

I was third in line for Service and from the back came two employees. My service rep was Amanda Mandy Martin. She whisked me in the office and found my appointment, took my mileage, explained the service and delivered me to a sales rep because I had a question about free movie tickets. I got my free movie tickets and settled in. When service was done I was still on my laptop. I told Mandy I needed to finish up. She was unfazed. Mandy said, “See me when you’re ready.” When I was ready, Mandy was on to the next customer But quickly fit me in after that. I am impressed with Heartland Toyota Service and the professionalism of Amanda Mandy Martin. Thanks Mandy! You made my day!!!
Do not recommend, I got a lease from here and I have been trying to contact them for two days now to fix a tire that keeps going flat. I don’t get responses to my voicemails and when I contact the front sales desk they say “they must be busy” and transfer me to voicemail.
They have the best service. I would take my car anywhere else. I trust them.
Fast service with nice waiting area. Food available but options are limited.
Take my Matrix there for all routine maintenance and repairs. Staff very friendly and helpful and of course extremely knowledgeable.
