Friendly and charing but unfortunately I had to fix my own car after taking it in for a recall. Customer service is great. But the actual repair didnt save me anytime.

Just purchased a vehicle 3 days ago, check engine light came on and service would not be available until FEBRUARY! Thats ridiculous to wait 38 days to get it looked at.
